Chapter 5 ALEX's POV

"WTF, what do you mean by she left the hospital?" I roared on the poor dean.

' How dare she? she didn't even recognize me and moreover, she left me.bwhat the fuck she thinks about herself?'

"Sir, she was there with you the whole time. My staff told me that she got a call and after receiving the call, she wrote this card and placed it in the table and paid your hospital bills and medication, and then left the hospital in a hurry, sir." Dean said to me while giving a card which contains ' get well soon' and even an emoji was also drawn in that card.

This small gesture of that beautiful girl brought instance smile on my face. A warm feeling hit my heart, by seeing that card. A sudden desire to see her face stirred in my heart.

"Bring the CCTV footage and fire that fool who treated me. Listen, no one should know about my accident, if this leaked on media then that day will be your last day in this earth. Got it?" I ordered that dean and dismissed them. I love my image a lot and I won't tolerate anyone or any rubbish act which damage my image in the society.

I started playing that footage, I saw that girl and her move. She is indeed beautiful and hot. While I was busy staring at her moves, John came by rushing into my room.

" Hey man, are you alright?" John asked me as soon as he entered my room. He was looking like a mess. Then, I remembered about his invitation to the pub. I just nodded my head and resume in staring my work.

" Dude, who's is she? She looks damn hot and sexy." By hearing his expression I felt jealous and angry. This is new to me. But I knew very well about my annoying buddy, so I shut my mouth and close my lappy.

"Cool dude, I won't snatch her away from you." John said this with a smirk. I know he won't let it go easily. To my luck, my manager, entered my room. Looks like dean use his brain. Good.

" Good morning sir. How do you feel now?" My manager asked me? I just nodded my head. Actually, he is my dad's manager, he is trustworthy. So I kept he as my manager. John was shaking his head seeing my attitude.

" Take care of this whole shit, even my parents shouldn't know about this. And inform my PA to clear all my schedules for tomorrow morning session. Inform her to adjust the schedule. And I need each and every details about this girl by the end of this day." I said to my manager while showing the footage of that beautiful girl.

After giving him a few more instructions regarding work I gestured him to leave the hospital.

"Alex, why the heck are you roaming carelessly on those small street instead of coming to the bup. I knew about your driving skills. So spill the beans dude." John asked me with a serious look on his face.

Then I informed him about the project, dinner, marriage and everything. At the end of his expressions were priceless.

I think he imagined himself in my situation during the marriage topic.

John is going to inherit his family business from his grandpa by the end of this year. He want to spend his life like a carefree guy without any responsibilities but he can't escape from it as it is his grandpa's condition more like order.

" Dude, why do you want to know about that girl?" John asked me with a smirk.

I just shrugged and got ready and left to my office as my injuries are minor so that I can at least attend my meetings without much delay. I went to my office and got stuck with my usual routine meeting's.

After completion of those lineup meetings, so I sat on my swivel chair in my office, then I opened my mail. Among all, one grabbed my attention it is about that mysterious beautiful girl, I read about her to know each and everything about her, then an idea popped into my evil brain.

I smiled devilishly thinking about my evil plan which gonna change my kitten's life completely and is it also the best solution to my problem.

It is like killing two birds with one stone.

On the other hand, our Maria is hardworking doing various part-time jobs. Poor girl, she has no idea about the evil plan of Alex. She still doesn't know that her life gonna take a complete u-turn by tomorrow.

MARIA'S POV:

I'm so happy I have been selected for my two part-time jobs, one is a cashier in the xxx store and one is in yyy drycleaners. As today is my first day working in these part-time jobs, I got hell tired at the end of today. By the time I reached my home, I was completely exhausted, I took a hot bath, I instantly felt relaxed.

I just drank water and ate a pizza which I ordered after coming home. After dinner, I fell asleep immediately in my lovely bed, hoping for a miracle to happen, that can bring peace and lots of smiles to those orphanage kids.

I woke up due to the annoying sound of my alarm. I did my morning routines and prepared pancake and ate them. Then I took my phone which was on my kitchen counter, I saw a message from an unknown number.

I opened those messages,in the first message, there was an 'address', 'if you want to save the orphanage then come to this address texted to you by noon.' This was the second message.

'After entering the building, the receptionist will show your destination, where you will get solution for the orphanage.' This is the third message.

'who is this, how do they know about the orphanage? Why do they want to help me?' These creepy thoughts started flashing in my brain as soon as I read those messages.

'Something is wrong. Don't go there.' I subconsciously spoke.

Maybe it's better not to go there. With that thought, I ignored those messages and started walking to my restaurant. While I was takky orders from my customers, my mobile buzzed indicating that I had a new message. I ignored it and resumed my work. I went back to the storeroom during the short break.

I opened the message and it was David.

"Sweetheart, the manager informed me that all of a sudden, the investors stepped back and stopped the funds to the orphanage. We can't understand the situation, till dawn everything was good. But in just one hour everything changed.

Every investor sent a notification that they won't be giving any funds to the orphanage from now on. Now we don't even have an investor and if we don't get any funds in the future then those kids will become homeless. Come home, we will speak about it.
