Chapter 4 Trinity Curse

Mekra finally arrived on the Main Land. He set the autopilot for his flying ship with two giant sails to go back to the Green Valley. His older sister, Cakra, kept on monitoring the flying ship in case there were uninvited passengers such as big giant spiders or even vampires. She needed to make sure the ship went back to the Green Valley without containing additional troubles that could harm the lives of the werewolves in the Green Valley. The Nasriantra clan.

It would be easier if the ship was just destroyed and Mekra would be picked by a new ship, but that would be even more trouble in Cakra's head. She would need to think harder to trade goods with other clans in other cities or villages outside of the Green Valley. And that was how Nasriantra werewolves lived their lives. Being smart in making good use of the resources provided in the Green Valley.

Just like what his dad said, Mekra could see that life in the Main Land was a whole lot different from what he usually had in the Green Valley. The pace was amazingly fast. Unlike the calm and peaceful life in the Green Valley, people could be easily turned into monsters just by staying in the Main Land, a corrupted place, structurally soulless.

Arriving in Main Land made me realize that I'm so lucky to have the Trinity – that was how I call them: Neal, Cakra, and Crystal. It was like I had my guards and I felt safe all the time. Moreover, we're family by blood. I'd never feel lonely even though I was called the lone wolf.

The funny thing happened when I called them like that, Crystal warned me not to create such a term because it would also apply to me one day because I'm a Nasriantra, we're not supposed to talk badly to others.

I was just joking, but Crystal took it too seriously. She said that I'll be trapped in the same form, Trinity. That's the thing she saw from her crystal ball.

I'll be trapped in three forms of Trinity. A rare curse happened to the Nasriantra clan. It happened once and crystal thought that what she saw was the first Trinity. She didn't know that it would appear in my life until I mentioned it.

I didn't remember I ever read about it in the library, or I read it and I just forgot.

Crystal explained what happened to the first Trinity, a long time ago in the Nasriantra clan. It happened in the form of three phases. The first phase was when the Nasriantra alpha found the true mate and a beta. They formed a bond of a strong friendship more than just a pack that lasted for almost 6 decades. They were faithful to each other, the Luna and the beta to the alpha.

The second phase was when the Nasriantra alpha found out that the Luna has another mate. They hadn't mated yet until this second phase of Trinity. The third phase was when the alpha caught between two mates and he had to choose between those two female werewolves. The true Luna was all along the one that was always beside him since the first phase.

In the end, that Nasriantra alpha could be with his true Luna, the one that was always faithful since the first phase.

She had ever been captured by another mate in the second phase under an ancient spell, but they broke the spell, and finally, they lived happily together for the rest of four decades along with the beta from the first phase.

I got dizzy the first time I heard Crystal's explanation about this Trinity curse. I felt relieved that in the end, my ancestor of Nasriantra alpha finally lived with his true mate, his true Luna. But to get through those three painful phases was painfully challenging.

Through her Crystal ball, she said that my process of getting through three forms of Trinity is to find my true mate. My true Luna.

Again, she thought it was the old story of the first Trinity. She couldn't see it coming after I mentioned it, the image of the Trinity curse became clear that it finally referred to me.

Besides finding the curse breaker in that particular campus' library, I think I'm going to weaponize myself with more knowledge to face this Trinity curse because it's inevitable for me and impossible to avoid it.

The Trinity – Neal, Cakra, and Crystal - warned me about many kinds of creatures taking the shapes of human forms in the day that we didn't know how they would be shaped when the twilight, nights, or even when the full moon comes.

Neal warned me about the night creatures such as male succubus who bled pheromones to attract any female companion to be preyed on. The kind of creature who corruptly feed on the satisfaction of women's peak of sexual intercourse. The more it – the male succubus – drank the juice out of the women, the more it became powerful.

I just didn't get it, why dad wanted me to know about this kind of creature? There wasn't much info written in the Green Valley library about the male succubus. Dad said it was an ancient form of some demon. But I believe this knowledge would come in handy one day. To be honest, after I arrived in the Main Land, I really would want to have all the knowledge and weapons I could get to be able to survive here. Just until I get the answer for the curse. Yeah... for the curse.

Besides male succubus, Crystal warned me about some anomaly in the form of a centaur. I just couldn't think logically. Centaurs are supposed to be there in Greek mythology. It's supposed to be a myth! For God's sake! But I believe in Crystal because her knowledge is beyond comparison when it comes to anything unearthly.
