Chapter 7 The finding

After hours of reading in the library we found a name. He is probably not going by Christopher anymore Charlie looked at me. What do you mean? After so many decades of the cold ones changes their name. Just incase they run into a person that they were close to with their family. So how would they change their appearance? They don't and they move into a new area. But they can never be to careful. We have to get his scent they keep their scent. So we need a wolf? Yes and After we get his scent it will go from there if we find an object of theirs I can do an easy tracking spell. So are you up for a long trip to England? Do you think Peter will allow it? Of coarse but you are asking not me. Why do I have to ask you knew of this? Charlie smiled and let a little giggle. Humans she said. What? Kentana she let out, Peter likes you. I sure hope so cause if he didn't I probably wouldn't be alive still. No Charlie replied. Peter doesn't just save everyone or anybody. He saves the ones he grows close to. You will find it out later. Come on she walked out the library. I looked at the mess we had made of the books. Dembe looked at me and said don't worry I will have some omegas ¹come clean up. No no I said we will come back and clean it up. I don't want anyone cleaning up after me. Dembè looked at me said it will be fine. Fine first and last time I replied walking out the library.

Heading to Peter's office my head started to hurt I had fell and doubled over in pain. What is going on with me. I screamed as I felt my bones crack and my stretch. I began to scream in pain. KENTANA! Dembè had shouted running up to me. What is going on with me? I had said in pain. I don't know but Peter is on his way. We have to get you outside it looks like you are shifting. I looked up at him and I could see in his eyes my eyes were violet purple.

Dembè picked me up and I could hear that he was mind linking Peter telling him to meet him in back.

Why Peter had asked.

Apparently she isn't Dembè linked back. Rushing me through the front doors.

Dembè put me on the ground gently and noticed I had caines but my were bigger than a normal wolves.

I was fully shifted time Peter came out. I am ten times bigger than the normal wolf. My fur is pure white with red tips. Beautiful Dembe whispered. Peter stood in shock couldn't believe what he was seeing.

Kentana can you hear me he asked. I barked. He laughed just shake your head yes or no. I shook my giant head yes.

I am going to let Alec out okay? I shook my head to confirm.

Peter shifted into Alec. Alec came close to me. Can you hear me? Alec asked.

Yes I can a soft voice I heard before I could I have a chance to answer.

Who are you? Alec tilted his head with his ears perked up.

I am violet Kentanas hybrid.

Alec stepped back. Hybrid? .

No need to worry I will not harm my mate only those whom decide to cause harm to me or you.

MATE! I shouted confused hybrid I said. What is going on!

Violet began to laugh. Kentana I have been with you your whole life but you had to find our mate first.

We play a very big role in his case she said. What role I had asked. You will see when the time comes. We have to do the ceremony the completion of the mating bond.

So how do I shift back? Clear mind she had began to say. View what you look like in human form. I had done what she had said. And had shifted back. When I got up from the ground I was completely naked. I quickly ran behind the trees. Ummm.... DO we usually shred clothes? Peter came over with his jacket that he had worn and laughed normally we would take off our clothes hence when I showed you Alec for the first time you had asked what I was doing. Where is Charlie I stepped out from behind the tree with his jacket hanging below my knee. She is already headed to England. Peter replied. We will meet up with her soon.

But in he meantime we have to figure out what a hybrid is.

We will have to speak to the elders. Peter said walking back in with his arm wrapped around me. I couldn't help but feel comfortable and happy like a kid on Christmas. Peter looked at me with his bright blue eyes and brown hair and smiled.

What is that tingly sensation I had asked. It's the connection Peter said. As we walked into Peter's office he asked Dembè if he could get me some clothing from my bedroom before he had summoned an elder.

Dembe had gone to my room and there I was alone with Peter. I sat in a chair just staring at him.

Is everything okay? He had asked. Uhh yeah, sorry I shook my head. Just really trying absorb what happened. He bent down with his hand under my chin. Don't worry he whispered you are safe with me and he had planted a kiss on my forehead. We will help you adjust.

Dembe returned with some clothing. I took them and told him thank you as Peter shown me his bathroom in the office.

Violet I looked in the mirror, yes she replied. Why did I need a mate for you to come out? Hybrids existed years ago before Alec was made and born. We go mad if we don't find them. There are no others Iike us, we were made for a reason under the elders noses. Mother of all wolves had suppressed me until we found our mate. Cause once mated the elders cannot interfere. But they can interfere now can't they since the mating thing isn't completed. No she replied that would be interfering they can't kill what has done no harm and what was already born. We were made to prevent the beast from awakening. And if we don't? We will fight, beside the lykons and our mate.

Is everything okay in there Peter knocked and asked. Uhh yeah just washing my face I quickly turned the water on.

We have the scent of the orginal cold one and his first violet said. How? His blood runs through ours. We are connected with him. Now when we find the first cold one we have to stick him back into the cave he was trapped him and if we succeed his first will be human and he will live a normal human life. Even though he should be dead. We need the flash drive that he holds. We will get that the will and the directions on how to awaken the beast is on that flash drive. As well as its location. Violet had said once more. Now let's meet the elder I hear him and he is a little scared.

I walked out of the bathroom, and there stood a man in a white long robe blue eyes and white hair. He didn't look like a day over 60. My eyes were a violet purple. Peter looked at me and said it's okay Violet he isn't here to harm you or take you just to set some rules until we get this whole beast thing figured out.

My eyes went back to hazel. The man swallowed hard reached out his hand to shake my and introduced himself as elder Leo. I shook his hand to be polite, and he ment no harm just as Peter said. That's cool I said out loud. What Peter raised his eyebrow. Violet took over. We are able to tell if someone is meaning harm just by their touch. I wish she could just tell me what to say instead of taking over. I was stuck in the back of my mind. You will in time I heard Peter's voice. Violet let me back out.

We sat at a big round table. So what's the rule. You aren't to be seen meaning no shifting Leo stated. Peter looked at Leo and said that's not possible. Now that she has her wolf she needs to be able to make runs to let Violet run and stretch. How do you suppose we tell your pack that they have a hybrid as their Luna and deal with this so called beast.

My pack will support and accept their Luna. Violet had popped in again. Not meaning to interrupt but one you can't tell me when i can and when I can't shift two we have two days to complete or atleast be marked by our mate before I go mad. He raised his eyebrow. Mad he said. It's a long story that could take a while to explain. I will explain after I am marked. Then we have three days to find this will to make sure the beast isn't risen. I need to train as well as kentana needs to train to work together. Fair enough Leo had stated. Is there a private spot you can go to without being seen? Yes dembe had replied there is an old cabin no goes to I will look before she goes for her training and daily running. As well as I will be with her.

As well as I Peter said. Fine but if your pack finds out before this whole beast is dealt with you will have to explain.

Like I said my pack will accept her they think she is human and already dont like the fact she is here. So I think if revealed sooner it will be better off.

Anything else? Peter asked. Yes, she is not to be alone at any circumstances. Now that she has already shifted things may get a little tricky. Tricky I took over and Peter smiled. We cannot destroy you cause one you have found your mate you caused no harm and you obviously have been born. I have no idea why mother had created such a creature but I am sure it was for the best. Dembe had bowed in confirmation that he was to be my security when I want to leave and Peter can't come with.

Leave? I said angered with my nails digging into the table. Leo had scooted back in his chair. Umm.. yes he said shaken. I can't say it will mess things up. If you don't nothing good will come out of what is about to come.

The finding of me has become scary but I didn't think wolves are real but they are and now I am just finding that I'm a hybrid and my parents aren't my biological parents and they may cause me harm. Like they knew what I was and didn't tell me anything.
