Introductions and Formalitiies

The board might call a press conference when this blows up and i don't like that in any way.

"I looked at the people that were to be interviewed and i saw Esther's information on the paper and it hit me. "The elevator girl" i unconsiously yelled out.

"Who is that?" Mum asked me as i was still trying to find out what had happened.

"Luios, please play the video on more time, i need to find something" I sai to him and as soon as i found the video, the outfit of the girl that was being yelled at, matched the outfit of the girl that i saw at the elevator this morning.

"Mum, what was the name of the girl, that you yelled at? Was her name Esther?" i asked mum as i signaled Luios to get me the file and he did.

"yes, it's this girl, why are you asking and how did you know her?"Mum asked.

"She is the elevator girl, Luois do everything you can to find out about her before one this afternoon, We have to make sure mum is protected and she doesn't use this against us" i said

"I doubt it, she seems like all this mummy girls, she didn't talk back or try to defend herself, so it won't be an issue" Mum said.

"Well, I would want this issue to die before it becomes an issue" I said to mum.

"That might be an issue Sir, it's already trending and they tagged it "the quoter"

"

The quoter?" why?" I asked Louis"

"Well, Mrs. Bond talked about how she quotes her favourite role model and all, some are supporting her"

"Get me the information, let me fix this" I said to Louis and mum.

"I still stand that she can't do anything" mum said firmly

Esther's Point Of View

I got down from the cab and my face was swollen. I hadn't checked my phone yet. As soon as i got into the building, eyes were all over me and i heard whispers.

"Isn't she the Quoter?" i kept seeeing faces and hearing words, i didn't understand them, the elevator ride wasn't any different.

i made sure to hasten my steps and get to my apartment

I went up to my room, changed my clothes and went to sleep, I had enough of the day.

Ding Dong

I heard the door bell over and over and it made my head ache over and over.

I opened my eyes and i was still tired and half awake, I didn't want to relive the whole day. I had a beautiful morning, only for it to be ruined by the old lady.

I couldn't wait for Lisa to get back, I needed her around, I stood up to at least stop that excruciating door bell sound.

I went to open the door and I saw him. The elevator guy.

"Hi, my name is Alex, and yours is Esther. Let this be our official Meetup".He said and I was utterly confused. It seemed like i was in a movie scene, that had it episode to be continued the following week, pardon me I watched to many series and drama that it seemed unreal and funny.

i stared at him for two minutes before opening the door.

"I am sorry, i am confused, i know we met at the elevator and my life isn't a romantic comedy or a book that is being written by an author somewhere. So, it is actually funny if you think about it, the universe is probably playing tricks on me and well, i had a rough morning and i wouldn't want to take it out on you" I paused to catch my breathe.

Mr Alex right? please tell me everything i need to know" I said. He smiled and giggled in the most beautiful way ever.

"Okay, okay. i will answer all your questions but if i may, can i come in? you skipped that part in your explanation" He said and i became embarrassed.

"awwn, that's cute" He said as i walked him in.

"what's cute? i asked him. "Your face, it lights up and your cheeks turn light red" As soon as he said that i became more embarrassed as I covered my cheeks immediately, he was still smiling.

"Okay for the explanation part..You were at the office today, which is very obvious and i am here to apologize for my mother's actions and i would want to plead with you that you don't press charges, But i assure i am nothing like my mother, and i am here to tell you, you can have the job of being my secretary" He said.

"Okay? I am sorry tho but how do they all interplay?" I asked as i was getting confused.

"Yes, i went for an interview today and oh, she is your mum. She was the one that yelled at me, but you didn't do anything wrong and also, i don't need an apology. So here is the big question, How did you know and what do you mean by press charges? i mean it only happened at the office, so sending you the CEO is a little too much but then you are her son so it is given.

"Uhmm, i don't think you checked your phone all day at all right?" He asked me.

"My phone? i haven't touched it all day, at least not since then why did you ask?" I replied him.

"The scene that happened between my mum and you was recorded and it got uploaded online, so that's why i am here" He said it and i became sad.

"Oh i see" i said in a sad tone,

"you are here because of what your mum did and said and not because of me or my skills or how i got insulted but instead because of the video right?
