The information department won't let her in because she hasn't made an appointment with Christian yet.
"Please, let me meet Christian!" cried Audrey annoyed.
"Sorry, Miss. We can't, you have to make an appointment first."
"My son could die if I had to wait for him to come down this way!"
Without thinking Audrey forced her way in, she turned around and avoided the security guard who was chasing her from behind.
"Get the girl!"
"I have to be able to meet Christian at any cost," she says.
Several times the security guard almost caught Audrey, she ran quite fast through the crowd of people passing by.
"Ugh!"
Audrey bounced from hitting someone's body.
"Sorry, I'm sorry," Audrey said without daring to raise her head. She is finished! She would definitely be caught. Audrey stood straightening her clothes, and shook off her slightly dirty jeans.
"There ahe is, take her away from here. I'm sorry, Mr. Chris," said one of the security guards.
Chris?
Just now that person mentioned Chris' name?
Audrey dared to lift her head, and sure enough Christian was right in front of her.
"What is the problem?" asked Chris.
"Sorry, this girl tried to barge in to meet you. We will take care of it," said the security guard feeling guilty when Chris glared at him.
"Hurry up, I still have some business to do with a client," Christian replies, then passes Audrey who is frozen in place.
The security guard grabbed Audrey's arm roughly, that's when Audrey realized her original purpose. She turned around and shouted with all her courage, "Christian Butt! Save your son!"
Christian immediately stopped in his tracks when he heard Audrey's scream.
Child?
Didn't he hear wrong?
He haven't married yet, then how to have children!
Christian turns, then walks over to Audrey. "Let her go," Christian pleads. He looked deeply into Audrey's eyes. That face he had seen a few days ago.
"But Sir?"
"Get off my word!"
"A-alright."
"Chris," Audrey called softly. It felt like Audrey wanted to slap the face of the man in front of her. Her chest ached, her body trembled, cold sweat dripped from her temples, flashes of her past memories flashed through Audrey's mind.
"I remember your face, you're the boy's mother, right?" asked Christian. Chris tried to get closer to Audrey. But really, Audrey suddenly feels disgusted when Christian approaches. His scent that night brought back memories of Audrey's long-buried.
"D-don't come near me," Audrey said quietly.
"W-why? Did you say save my son? Who are you?"
"I'm a nobody," Audrey replied.
"If you're a nobody, you know you've embarrassed me. The whole building hears your voice," Christian whispers.
'God, what's wrong with my body. As soon as I saw him I couldn't move my body, he was right in front of my eyes, I had to take him to the hospital,' Audrey thought.
"I want you to come with me to the hospital," Audrey replied. Her eyes stared blankly with teary eyes.
Chris raised one eyebrow.
"What for?"
"I need your blood AB rhesus negative type, otherwise... he will die. Your son is going to die," Audrey answered quietly, holding back her chaotic feelings. She felt like she wanted to hurry away from Christian.
"If I don't want to, then?"
Audrey closed her eyes, inhaled slowly, her body decayed and then knelt in front of Christian.
"I'll beg until you want, no matter how long it should be," Audrey replied once again. Her eyes couldn't hold back the tears she was trying to hold back. She looked so weak, helpless.
Christian gets flustered. A woman who was stranger for him just now kneeling in front of him just asking for help?
"How do you know my blood type?" asked Christian in surprise. Audrey clearly said with certainty the type of blood type.
"Because you're the father of Jack, the boy you brought to the information department a few days ago. You are the biological father," Audrey replied expressionlessly. Her face looked sluggish, the two glazed eyes looked desperate.
Christian is silent. He remembered Jack's face, it really looked like him, but since when did he have children? That question now haunts him.
'From her eyes, this woman doesn't seem to be lying. But I have children? How is that possible?' Chris thought to himself. He was still confused, very confused.
Lody, his personal assistant approached Chris, then whispered, "Try asking for the hospital phone number, is it true that the child she mentioned just now really needs a blood donation. Don't be blackmailed."
"Give me the name of the hospital, your child's full name, I will check it now. If you lie, I make sure you won't live long," Chris threatened.
Audrey said the name of the hospital, and Jack's full name. She is still kneeling in front of Chris, hoping that Chris would melt and come with him. She didn't care if people thought she was crazy or whatever. In Audrey's mind, she had to get Chris before it was too late.
"How? Have you called the hospital?" Christian asks Lody.
"Yes, accurate. Shall we go now?"
"Hey!" called Chris to Audrey. Audrey didn't pay attention to Chris' call, she just stared at the floor blankly.
"Miss, we are leaving now. You come in the same car with us," Lody whispered into Audrey's ear. Audrey snapped out of her daydream, a faint smile spreading across her pale face.
"Is that true?"
"Earlier you begged, now you don't believe it?" quipped Christian. Several pairs of eyes were still watching them. Lody helped Audrey to stand up.
At least throwing away pride for a while paid off. Audrey followed the footsteps of Lody and Chris who were walking in front of her.
"Back off! You're not watching a drama!" Lody shouted, seeing several people still standing without moving from their place.
Chris took a step back, and walked right beside Audrey. Audrey, who realized Chris was beside her, immediately shifted away from Chris. She was still too disgusted to look even close to Chris. If she didn't have to, she'd rather not have to see Chris forever.
"What happened to you? You're disgusted to see me. What relationship did we have before?" asked Chris curiously. This girl must know something.
Audrey shook her head.
"No."
"If not, then why can you have a child from me?"
One question that left Audrey speechless. What should she say? How could Christian possibly remember that!Sav
