Chapter 6 Fifth Chapter

**Liam**

I step out of the hospital room, knowing Ava was safe with the Doctor and Tyler keeping watch to make sure James don't make his way back inside. I took the opportunity to go outside and call my father to inform him of the new and current situation. I pull out my cell phone and punch in my fathers' number as I walk out the front doors of the hospital.

"Liam son what do I owe the pleasure?" His sounds on the other end. I swear this man sits by his phone all day.

"Dad I finally found her." Is all could say.

"Found who son? You are a ladies' man when you say her it could mean anyone."

"My mate dad I finally found her. But listen I need a few things done with my room before we come back on Friday."

"That's great news son. Who is she? Your mother will be so extremely excited when I tell her the news! and whatever you need done we will have done." He says with chipper voice.

"Her name is Ava, but listen I need a bigger bed brought into my room, and it needs to be completely redone to accommodate for two people by the end of the week." I take the next few minutes going over all the plans for when Ava, Tyler and I get back to Blue Moon. Putting my phone back in my pocket I turn around to see Ava and Tyler walking out of the doors of the hospital. I smile as I approach Ava and wrap my arms around her pulling her against me.

"Who was you talking too? I saw you on the phone when we were coming out." She asks breaking the silence.

"My father I called him to have everything prepared for our arrival." I say as Tyler pulls up with the car and loads the few things Ava had in the trunk.

"I don't know about you guys but I'm starving! How about we find some where to eat? Liam you're buying." Tyler said with a laugh jumping in the driver's seat.

I open the back door for Ava as she slowly slides her small body in seat "What do you say my love do you want to get something to eat before we go back to Crescent Moon? We will get you a few new clothes while we are out as well if you wish."

**Ava**

Liam is offering me food and new clothing? I couldn't take him up on the offer of both things. I'm not very hungry but I'm sure it's a lot cheaper than new clothing.

"Lunch sounds great please!" I say looking up at Liam as he folds his tall masculine body into the back seat of his car.

"Where options are there?" I ask Looking back and forth between Liam and Tyler

"Well there's Macdonald's, Wendy's oh and there is Jack's they have a burger that is to die for!" Liam spent the next fifteen minutes going on about how this place has a burger that's infused with bacon and how he and Tyler always come here when in the area. I stared out the window and the guy's voices just faded away as we left the territory. I've never been this far away from the pack house before everything was different. Everything was alive and colourful unlike the Crescent Moon back that's practically dead and decaying. Despite being feared they are a small pack of only 120 people and how they got that number is beyond me.

After an hour of driving and Tyler maneuvering along the streets we finally come to a complete stop in front of a cute river front diner. Liam climbs out of the back seat and races to my door; opening the door Liam extends his hand and helps me from the car. I have no idea what town, area, or even which province I am in anymore. But this place is breath taking beautiful. The streets lined with building some of them look like they came right out of history books. Liam wraps his arm around my waist as we walk in the front doors of the building. A bell jingles as the door swings open and a female voice sounds out.

"Sit anywhere you would like, and I'll be right with you."

We make our way to a booth that's perfectly positioned in front of a large window overlooking the river. As we slide into our seats a tall brunette approaches us carrying menus and cutlery. She placed a set-in front of each of us and listed off that day's specials before handing us menus and going back to the kitchen. I am not sure what they are cooking back there but it sure smells delicious. It took all of five second of looking at the menu before Liam and Tyler began arguing over what things I should try on the menu. By the time the waitress came back to take our order I was settled on ordering the bacon infused burger. Mainly because I haven't had bacon or burgers since I was nine years old.

You could see the steam coming off the food as the waitress made her way to the table. Tyler has ordered a Club house sandwich and French fries and Liam ordered a pulled pork sandwich and a poutine. With a growling stomach I pick up my burger and take a bite, a selection of toppings landing on my lap. Liam laughs as he reaches over with a napkin and cleans the ketchup off my legs.

Lunch was filled with conversation and laugher. As Liam finished his coffee the waitress placed the bill on the table. Liam quickly grabs the bill and went to pay it while Tyler and I went outside and waited for him. Liam walks out of the diner with a large smile on his face and announce he announced he was talking all of us for ice cream.

We spent the rest of the afternoon eating Ice cream and going from shop to shop buying me a few new pieces of clothing and actual toiletries. We had only gone to three shops and my feet was already hurting and I was fighting to keep my eyes open.

"I don't know about you guys, but I think I'm ready to head back. Ava my love when we get back to the pack house you can come stay in my room with me that way, I know you are comfortable and most of all safe." Liam said as we walk back to his car holding hands. Thank God to I was ready to fall face first on the ground. When we got back to the car Tyler unlocked the doors and Liam helped me into the back seat. I laid my head against the cool window while they loaded my bags into the trunk. Closing my eyes, I find myself quickly drifting in and out of sleep. It didn't take long before they closed, and I drifted into a deep sleep.
