Chapter 4 First Fight

Chapter 04

Heedah stood still on the spot as she bent low, her hands wrapped around her body, hoping someone would find her soon

She knew they were going to find her, Gabby has guards and great connection not to talk of her mom, one way or the other they were going to find her

She was feeling intense cold, and was hoping someone could find her at that moment

Not too long, she could hear someone screaming her name and her hopes became high, she sighed in replied but bent still

" Heedah! " Jace's voice came nearer

He looked out of breath , he had been looking everywhere for her and he was scared

He sighted a figure bending far away from him, and he hoped it was her

He ran with the remaining Strength in him and when he got to her, he breathed out in relief

" You're here?.. we've been looking everywhere for you, you got us worried! " He said and made to touch her but she jerked his hands off

" Stay away from me!, That will be best " She replied and stood up

He sighed and brought out his phone, he dialed Anna's number

" Mom!, I found her! " He said

" Really? " Anna asked, excitedly

" Yes mom, we're on our way home " He replied and hanged up

He sighed as he turned to Heedah who cared less and was looking elsewhere

" Let's go " He said and led the way

** Silver's Mansion **

" Oh my baby! " Anna gushed and pulled Heedah into a hug

" Am fine " Heedah muttered as Anna engulfed her into a hug

" What happened to you? " She asked, breaking the hug and staring deeply at her

" I went for a stroll and got lost " She said

" You could have gone with Jace. He could have gone with you " Gabby said

" Am sorry.. it slipped off my mind " She said and left her mom and started approaching the stairs

" Aren't you eating dinner? "Anna yelled after her

" I would be right there ! " She yelled

Jace watched as she walked to her room and wondered why she wouldn't talk to her

** Dinner time **

Gabby wondered while the children gave each other the silent treatment

" You two haven't gotten along? " He asked and Jace looked up while Heedah continued eating

" We have.. we've been talking.... "

" I told him I love being alone " Heedah chirped in

Anna dropped her cutlery and faced her

" You're still on this loner thing.. you've never had a Friend " Anna scolded and she kept mute

" And moreso Jace is your brother, you two are supposed to get along, it doesn't matter if you're a loner " Anna said and Heedah stood up

" Am sorry but I can't withstand you talking a lot.. I like being in a silent environment and you know that, am sorry if am being disrespectful right now " She said and carried her meal

Gabby looked at Anna and she nodded

Heedah suddenly turned and walked back to them

" And dad, can you please make Jace's room soundproof. I don't think I can withstand some unholy sounds coming out of his room when his girlfriend is around, else I might have to go out for a walk and get lost again " Heedah said and left

Jace was surprised as he finally got while she was given him the silent treatment

" She heard her moans? " He thought as she suddenly became embarrassed as Anna and Gabby stared at him

Gabby cleared his throat

" Brett came here? " He asked and Jace nodded shyly as he picked on his food

"Um.. I think you should pay more attention to your sister than to your girlfriend! " Gabby said, sternly and he nodded

" Is that understood?!! " He asked more sternly

" Yes sir " Jace replied

Jace stood up and carried his meal

" I'll leave now " He said and starts to walk away as he couldn't stand the atmosphere

He left and Anna chuckled

Gabby raised his brow

" He looks cute right now " She said

" Should I make friends? " Heedah thought in her room, pacing around

" Buh, if I wanna make friends, it shouldn't be with a girl.. those girls are evil!, Can't stand them ". She thought

She walked towards her window and opened it wide

" Hmm " She inhaled the air softly and opened we eyes

Her eyes caught the room opposite hers, the window was open. And the lights were on

" First time am noticing that " She though and almost immediately a guy came into view

" Ooh, he:s hot "She thought staring at his naked chest

The guy suddenly looked up and caught her, no doubt his whole body is hot, cause his face looks out of the world

He's damn handsome and hot

Right now she had to wonder who was hot between the guy and Jace

She saw the guy stick a yellow card on the window and saw some writings

And she wondered what that was, she walked further into her room and brought out her binoculars

She positioned it and zoomed in at the card

""What are you looking at? ** The card read

She scoffed ,, closed her window and drew her curtain before landing on her bed

** Jace's room **

Jace was restless as he kept pacing around in his room, he was thinking of ways to apologize to Heedah

He sighed and took his phones as he walked out of his room

He got to Heedah's room and knocked at the door

" It's me Jace " He said even without hearing a word and he entered

He met her just laying on the bed

She got up slowly and sat on the bed

" I thought I made it clear that I wanna be alone? " She said

" It's 'cause you're angry, right? " He asked and she looked away

" I only talked to you yesterday 'cause I wanted to " She muttered, but loud enough for him to hear

" Ok.. am sorry, if you were bothered by our..... Um.. by.. you know " He said suddenly feeling embarrassed

" Oh, you're shy to say the word, right? " She asked, teasingly and he looked away again

" Aww.. you look so cute when you're shy " She said, smiling and somehow seeing her smile made him smile

" So, you're not angry anymore? " He asked and she nodded

" Of course, how can I be angry at you when you're this cute " She said and he smiled

" Thanks "

" So tell me.. " Heedah said, moving closer to him

" Did you two have s.ex? " She asked and he suddenly choked on nothing and started coughing

Heedah smirked and moved away

" Heedah!!! " He called in surprise

" What? " She asked, blinking her eyes cutely

" You're really naughty " He said and she smiled

" Yeah I know " She replied and he shook his head

" So, tell me.. Who's the hot guy next door? " She asked and he raised his brow

" Hot guy?, I don't know of any guy " He replied

" Come " She said and held his hands, pulling him towards her window

She drew the curtains up, and pointed at the window opposite her

" I don't know anyone leaving in the house, but I think the guy's name is Ian , I've always seen him in the neighborhood and in school but we never talked " He said and she nodded thoughtfully

" Ok... She said and drew the window down

" Thanks for your cooperation " She said and landed on her bed

" You can kindly leave my room " She said, closing her eyes

" Um.. do you mind us going out tomorrow.. I mean, eat in a fancy restaurant, eat ice cream, and we could go sightseeing .... " He said and she flew up at the hearing of * sightseeing *

" Really? " She asked and he nodded

" Ok " She nodded, blinking rapidly like a baby

" Ok, I'll leave now " He said and advanced towards the door

" Um... You're leaving your phone behind " Heedah said and he stopped, he turned and she pointed the phone at him

" Oh.. thanks " He said and collected the phone

" Goodnight " He said and due to their closeness, he pecked we forehead which took her by surprise

" That's for being a cute sweetheart " He said and winked at her and she blinked her eyes rapidly
