Chapter 3 We could make a good match

~Ellie's POV~

She was so desperate to go to the party. No doubt, the party must be a luxurious one. I came out of the cab and paid the cab driver. I was heading towards the restaurant where Mia lived when suddenly a car was about to hit me but the driver pulled the breaks on time.

I hit the ground hard and couldn't stand because of the pain in my right arm and left knee. "Are you blind or something? Can't you see someone is walking in front of you". I couldn't stand to beat him but I could yell at him.

I was so busy in grabbing my stuff that fell from my bag and I didn't saw the man who came and tried to help me. "I am really sorry; it was my fault I was talking on phone. Are you alright?" is he an angel or I must be dreaming. 'Wake up Ellie' I said to myself while pinching my arm. "Are you alright? Do you want me to take you to the hospital?" he asked me again and that's when I realized that I wasn't dreaming.

"No, I am okay. Just help me stand up" I really couldn't stand up. "Where's your home young lady?" he asked in a husky tone. "Actually I am here at my friend's house. She lives here" I pointed towards the restaurant building. "Okay, I'll help you" he said while carrying me. "Hey! What are you doing? I said help me to walk. I didn't tell you to carry me; at least not like this" I whispered.

"It's okay, I won't eat you" he said while chuckling as he carried me all the way up.

~Tyler's POV~

I was talking to Liam when suddenly a lady came in front of my car. I pulled the brakes on time but she fell on the ground. I came out of the car to see if she's okay or not and that's when I heard her yell, "Are you blind or something? Can't you see someone is in front of your car" I just looked at her. She was so freaking beautiful, just like an angel. "Are you okay?" I asked her but she just looked at me like she saw an alien. She then said that she is okay and asked me to help her stand.

I asked her where she lived and she pointed towards the building a head. I helped her stand and carried her. She reacted in no time, "Hey! What are you doing? I said help me walk. I didn't tell you to carry me; at least not like this" she was so scared. What was she afraid of? "Do you have a boyfriend?" I asked her out of the blue while carrying her into the building. "No" she whispered that could be barely heard. "I also don't have any girlfriend" she looked at me. "So what?" woah she is savage. "I mean, we could make a good match" I finally said it. "Woah you are fast. Don't you think it's weird of you to say all this in our first meeting" we finally reached and I made her stand on her feet. "Can I know your name?" she checked her bag for the last time and said. "I am Ellie Cameron and you?" Tyler forwarded his hand. "Tyler Duncan." "Nice to meet you" they shook hands. "Can I have your number?" Ellie gave me her number and then we went our ways.

~Mia's POV~

Why is this girl taking so long? I was furious. She said she was coming and her home is not so far from my apartment. Then why is she taking forever to come. I was sitting in the living room when I heard the bell ring. I jumped off the couch and opened the door ready to punch Ellie in face. "I know you want to punch me heard on the face but I got my reason's so let me explain" she said in a go like she knew I was about to punch her.

"Hmm come in" she came in and threw her purse on the couch and sat with a thud. "Okay, so I brought you some clothes. My mom gifted me these on my birthday. These are some expensive clothes and I want you to select from one of these for the party." I was a little reluctant. "No Ellie these are yours and p.s your bought these for you as a gift how can I take them, no" Ellie sighed. "Girl, you are like a sister to me. What's mine is yours so don't make a fuss and go on try these" I took those dresses and went to my dressing room to try them.
