David P.O.V.
I took a deep breath and exhaled. It might be hard to remember that incident that made her forget me. "Give me one day, Dad, to consider this big decision. I would rather not make a rash decision because it will have a bad impact one day."
Dad and Mom looked at each other and smiled. "Dad knows you are an adult and all decisions are left up to you. Dad asks you to make the best decision, don't forget to think about it carefully and ask your heart if you are ready to accept her as your wife," explained Dad Doni then patted my shoulder then got up to his room.
Mom Rina stroked the top of my head affectionately. "Mom knows you won't disappoint us, David," Mom said, then followed Dad.
After they left, I sighed, I didn't know what decision to make. This is all basically my desire to tie him up. But, I would rather not be rash in making big decisions like this. Maybe Dad had some point in saying I should think about it carefully and ask my heart if it was a good thing to accept her as my wife so soon. Looks like I'll be thinking about this problem all night.
At eleven at night I woke up because I couldn't sleep well, remembering the decision that I had to make immediately. I closed my eyes and rubbed my face in exasperation.
"Huft... This is really hard," I complained in a low voice.
"I just hope that whatever decision I make will be the best way for the development of my relationship with her. She may not remember me, but I always remember her in my heart."
My gaze wanders far into the past that not many people know about. Perhaps it was just me and him at our first meeting. Unfortunately, those memories can't be recalled now.
I threw myself on the bed and started to close my eyes again. Thinking about the past just made me sigh heavily many times. Too bad she can't remember me.
She...
Kalya Aurelia
David off.

The next day, Doni and Rina were waiting for David at the dinner table to hear his decision. David just came out of his room with his shirt neat as usual. He sat down on one of the chairs at the dining table.
"Have you made up your mind, David?" asked Doni.
"Mom, hope you make the best decision," said Rina.
David took a few deep breaths to steady himself. "I hope this is the best decision. I'm ready to accept this match and will try to be a good husband for Aya later," David said firmly and made his parents smile with emotion.
"Thank you for not disappointing Dad," Doni said with a warm smile.
After finishing his meal, David rushed to his campus by using his car. When he arrived at the parking lot, he again found Kalya holding Vion's arm.
"Maybe she already knows, or she knows but doesn't want to accept it."
David felt his heart pinched at the sight where Kalya smiling at Vion and hugged him. He rushed to his room with clenched fists.
Meanwhile, Kalya was currently smiling in Vion's arms, without Kalya knowing that someone was watching her from afar. Vion let go of her hug forcibly and confused Kalya with his attitude.
"Why Vion? Vion doesn't like Aya hugging?" asked Kalya with pursed lips.
"It's not like that, Aya. I... have an assignment, so I want to hurry to class first, okay, bye..." Before she could protest, Vion had already left Kalya alone in the parking lot. Why does it feel like Vion is drifting away from Kalya more and more each day? Kalya took a deep breath.
"How come Aya was left here," Kalya grumbled while looking at Vion's back, who was walking further and further away. Kalya walked unsteadily towards the canteen where her friends used to gather. In her heart, Kalya continued to strengthen herself.
"This is just Aya's hunch, right? Don't let Aya and Vion ruin their relationship just because they don't trust each other."
Kalya gasped in surprise when suddenly a hand gripped her shoulder. When she turned around, she just put on a grinning face without feeling guilty.
"Tsk, it's surprising, Ly," Kalya said annoyed. That person was Emely and Gladys beside her.
"Hehe... Sorry, Aya, I didn't mean to startle you."
"Wanna go to the cafeteria?" asked Kalya.
"Yes." They went to the canteen and were greeted by their friends who had gathered.
"Btw, Princess Aya, why did you have a problem yesterday? Tell me a story." Emely spoke and made everyone lean over, so they could hear more clearly.
"Hmm, Aya knows why Aya is beautiful, but you don't have to call Aya princess either. Aya's embarrassed haha..." Kalya smiled shyly with an expression that looked annoying in the eyes of all her friends.
"It's up to you, the important thing is you're happy!" grumbled Emily annoyed. Everyone snorted in annoyance because Kalya and her confident said that with a fake shy face.
"Let's be serious, let's tell a story first," Regi said, joining in. Kalya took a deep breath and started looking at the faces of her friends one by one.
"Relax, relax, you don't have to look at Aya like that really ahh..."
"How come I feel that there is something you are hiding from us," said Okta, who got everyone's nods.
"It does look, huh?" asked Kalya innocently, which made everyone excited.
"Yes, look stupid!"
"Okay, let's talk. So..." Kalya hung up on the story and made her friends more curious.
"... Done," continued Kalya.
"Idiot! When's the story?!! All of a sudden, it's over!" grumbled Rafly.
Kalya just laughed crisply, even though her mind was still thinking about the arranged marriage and about the strange dreams that kept haunting her every night.
"Aya, ... please tell us, don't make us curious," grumbled Emely, who was already very annoyed and furious at the same time.
"Huhh... I don't want to. I can't tell stories," Kalya replied languidly.
"Let's go to class. It's time for Mr. David's class to start. We'll be late again," Gladys said, standing up, followed by Reva, who pulled Kalya's hand.
"Aya is going to class," Kalya said goodbye to her friend. When she arrived at class, it turned out that kindness was not on Kalya's side and both of them because David had already entered the class.
"Excuse me, sir, may we sit?" asked Gladys politely.
"No! Why are you guys late?!" David said coldly.
"Well... sir, you're only one minute late," Kalya grumbled while pursing her lips.
"For me, one minute is precious Kalya Aurellia!"
"Yes, sir, than we don't go in at all."
"Yes already seated!" Kalya, Gladys and Reva went to their seats triumphantly. Meanwhile, David held his breath to regulate his rapidly rising emotions. Seeing Kalya and Vion together this morning made David furious.
"You're really great, Aya," Gladys praised, winking.
"Yes, that's why, don't underestimate an Aya." Kalya smiled widely.
"SHUT UP!!" David snapped with rising anger again. Kalya swallowed her saliva with difficulty because she was so scared to see David's face turning red with anger. "How come it's so scary."
David's discussion ended and before leaving he had time to say. "Kalya Aurelia, you come to my room."
Gosh!
"Ouch, die Aya!"
