Chapter 2 Robbery

"Don't move. Or I'll slit your throat." A knife was suddenly placed on Alina's fair-skinned neck when she came to the bank for her friend.

The man was wearing a mask, and his voice was rough. The knife was so sharp that it could reflect Alina's exquisite face.

She had no doubt that this knife would make her bleed with a gentle push, but Alina was not afraid at all.

She looked at all of this with a faint smile, a gleam in her eyes.

Interesting!

The sirens of the police cars and the cries of the people in the bank. It was a mess.

While the robbers were talking to the police, due to occupational habit, Alina had already observed and analyzed the situation.

There were three robbers in the bank, and this was an organized and premeditated bank robbery. A man was stuffing money into a black bag at the counter, while the other two were negotiating with the police and holding her hostage with a knife.

Alina believed there were four of them in total, and the fourth man must be waiting for them at the door, ready to help them break through the siege and get rid of the police.

Because they were holding Alina hostage, the police did not dare to shoot.

They could only act according to the robbers' demands to stabilize their emotions so that they wouldn't hurt the hostage.

After taking all the money from the counter, the three robbers clustered around Alina and cautiously walked out of the bank with a knife on Alina's neck.

There were a lot of police cars outside.

As expected, a black van suddenly rushed out from behind the police cars.

"Don't follow us! If I see any police car chasing after us, I'll kill her!"

The police had no choice but to comply with the robber's terms. Soon, the van door was closed and it rushed out and disappeared from the sight of the police.

The driver must have studied the route map before, because he drove on stealthy paths and avoided cameras all along the way.

Four robbers and Alina were in the van.

As soon as they got in the van, a robber knocked Alina "unconscious". By the time she "woke up", the van was already parked in front of an abandoned factory.

Dried cement was everywhere, and the walls were built with tattered bricks and tiles.

Alina's acting skill was way better than that of those inexperienced yet famous actresses. She disguised herself as an innocent girl who was in a panic for being kidnapped and successfully made the robbers let down their guards.

To her surprise, she was not the only victim in this place. There was someone who had been kidnapped inside.

In the abandoned factory, a boy about five years old was tied to a chair.

What was more shocking was that there were ten people standing in the factory just to watch this child!

Who was this boy? Why did they need ten people to guard him at the same time?

The child's lips were sealed with adhesive tape, and his fair and tender skin was slightly red. He looked like an exquisite porcelain doll, but he was treated rudely.

Alina's gaze became colder. Originally, she had planned to have some fun with these people, but she was furious at the way these people were treating the boy!

In an instant, she was no longer in the mood for pranks.

After Alina entered the factory, a dozen people all stared at her with crave, as if she were a lamb among a pack of wolves.

However, Alina was not a lamb.

Back then in the bank, Alina had allowed the robbers to take her hostage because she had some concerns.

First, she didn't want any trouble. If she subdued the robbers, she would be reported on the news and even make headlines. This would be very annoying for Alina, who had just returned to the country. She did not want to be famous.

Second, her friend Tina was in the bank. When Tina had called out to her, the robber had already glared at Tina.

The last thing Alina wanted was the robbers to hurt Tina.

"This chick looks pretty!"

"Guys, shall we have a taste?"

Alina pretended to be afraid and took a few steps back, towards the boy. "What do you want? Don't, don't come closer..."

"That's right. We should enjoy ourselves before taking her to the boss!" The dozen or so burly men in the abandoned factory laughed wildly.

Alina glanced at the little boy, who didn't cry or say anything. He was wearing a cold face, just like the younger version of a cool protagonist in those idol dramas, which made Alina want to pinch his face.

"Kid, close your eyes."
