Chapter 2 Meet the stranger

To a point she got filled up, thus It was eight in the morning and was time for Juliana to get ready for work, as she leaves the others at the dining table.

After breakfast, Ivanna slipped out without the knowledge of her parents, so she could shy away from doing the dishes.

Minutes later, after getting dressed, she went to the store to assist her parents, while sited there, the store bell rang and Ivanna perked up and was stunned with the spectacle she saw.

Hello, please do you sell table cloths" a voice lets out to her .

Huh! Ivana mumbled forgetting what to respond to him,until the sales staff came in and attended to him, leaving her alone with her mischievous thoughts.

She(Ivanna) thought of a way to stir up a conversation between her and Derick, so she left to meet him where he was, searching for a suitable table cloth.

"That color looks pale, she stood behind with a smile on her face, that made Derick smirk and asked for her option.

She surveyed all, giving him a royal blue flowering pattern table cloths.

Thank you," he said, and walked off to pay for the table cloth.

" What!!", Ivanna stuttered trying to ask of his name but didn't get the chance too.

Aguh!! She shrugs locking her fits, decerning she didn't get the chance to inquire about his name a frown appeared on her face.

The moment he left, she rushed to the counter, reading through the register, and checked if she would come across his name inside, thus when she finally saw what she was looking for, her face lit up.

" Derick green" she altered smiling, and let's go of a deep whiff.

The day passed by but Ivanna was still clouded with Derick, to her, it was and I quote" love at first sight, I wonder if it still happens even in the twenty-first century.

" Why that look", her sister asked with her eyebrows up, plopping next to her.

" Hmm" Ivanna turned toward the direction her sister was with a huge smile on her face.

"Spill it," she yelled, eagerly waiting for an answer from her sister, so Ivanna informs her all that happened at the store hours ago.

" Wow," Juliana mumbled, seeing how much her sister spoke about a man she just met with so much love in her eyes and her words true.

"Am happy for you"

She hugged as Ivanna reciprocated too.

"Dinner is ready" Mrs. Idris yelled, as both sisters left heeding her voice.

Wow, honey!! You sure know, how to make a delicious meal".

Mr. Torres said complementing his wife for an amazing meal.

The following morning, immediately after breakfast, Ivanna went to the store in hopes to meet the man she suddenly loves, glancing at the store's entrance.

Meanwhile, Julianna was informed that a client was waiting at her office, she steps in beholding a spectacle sited with a smile on his face.

"Hi, my name is Derick Green, and I was told to meet you"

He let out, standing to shake her.

"Yes please, how may I help you"

She altered getting sited also.

"Am new in town, and I feel like my home, it needs a total makeover"

Derick said, listing out all he needed her to do.

Abruptly Juliana kept shaking her head, hence he thought she was paying heed to what he needed, but her head was playing a different tone.
