Serenity's pov

Serenity was sitting on the porch looking out at the forest that surrounded the pack house that she lived in. She loved it here it was so peaceful and made her feel safe. Something she hadn't felt ever since her parents were brutally murdered three years before they moved here. It was just her and her twin brother Seth now. They were all they had left of their family. Her brother was dealing well with the tragedy he was the new alpha of the red moon pack since their father was killed.

She was waiting on her brother now he was out doing Alpha duties checking to see if the rumors were true that there were some rogues in town causing trouble. She always worried when her brother went out on patrol because he was her rock the only thing keeping her going. He was the only one she trusted. After their parents murder the once popular Serenity closed herself off from everyone else but her brother.

Seth stood in the shadows so that he wouldn't be recognized he loved watching the killings he ordered personally loved hearing the screams of those he wanted tortured. Loved having their blood on his hands. Watching them beg for their lives. No one knew how dark and twister Seth truly was everyone loved him he was a kind a devoted Alpha or so they thought.

He often wondered what they would do if they ever found out he was the one that killed his parents. He had to his father never would have given up the alpha title willingly. He loved causing chaos. He was supposed to be looking for the rogues in town, but they were working for him turning packs against each other taking out strong players so he could take over and be even more powerful.

Right now he was spying on the white wolf pack the top dogs. He wanted their pack, but knew it would be hard to take down Xavier all on his own. So he has been building an army to do his work for him. He never liked getting his hands dirty. Why should he when he could have others do it for him?

He wanted to be powerful and strong so that Serenity would look at him with love like he did her. It's funny how she thought he was her brother. He was not her twin her twin was locked away in a basement. Taken away as a baby so I could take his place our fates were planned out for us.

My father hated theirs and he wanted revenge for them taking his beloved mate away from him. He gave me up so willingly so I could grow up and do the one thing he never could get revenge on the red moon pack. Little did my father know that I would grow up to fall in love with the women people thought were my sister? I will make her mine soon very soon.

Serenity kept trying to reach her brother threw the pack link, but he was not answering her. She was frantic he never ignored her. What could be happening? Where was he that he couldn't talk to her? Was he in danger? Seth where are you?

Xavier looked out and saw over fifty wolves just waiting to jump his pack any moment, but he was prepared for this. He knew they would come they always do. They want power so eventually they all came after his pack. But these wolfs seemed different than most rouges they seemed more together like they were being led by someone. Someone that had power yet wanted more.

He didn't have time to think because the war has started wolves were coming at him from all sides now, but he was after one wolf in particular one that he felt was in control. The wolf was the weirdest color he had ever seen he was burnt red with the most dangerous eyes he has ever seen.

This wolf was pure evil he even grinned at him. He went charging after him and grabbed him by the neck. He held on for dear life as he felt the life drain out of him. He no longer had to worry about any other wolves they had all retreated.

Serenity heard a faint voice in her head yelling help me she knew it was Seth she didn't bother with her clothes she immediately shifted and yelled for the pack to follow her that Seth was hurt. She ran for what seemed like forever until she reached a deep black wolf with her brothers' human neck in his mouth.

"No stop what the hell are you doing to my brother?" She yelled.

Xavier stopped what he was doing and immediately looked up into the most amazing green eyes he has ever seen and his wolf screamed for joy and said one word "Mate." He has finally found his mate after all this time, but she most not have felt it. Because she didn't look at him with love nothing but hate was in her eyes.

He couldn't understand why she was here why she was so angry until he looked down and saw that she was cradling the evil wolf that has now turned back to his human form in her arms. Did she think this evil man was her mate? How could you do this to my brother she screamed at me? The rest of her pack was there then snarling at me as if they were ready to tear me apart.

Serenity looked up at this man and was ready to tear his throat out. She was so angry that she didn't notice she was now in front of him and her entire pack nude. All that mattered was her brother was lying her bleeding to death.

The beta her brother best friend Dominic picked up her brother and ran to the pack doctor, but she couldn't move. She wanted to kill this man. She looked to see if Dominic made it out ok with her brother and then turned around to face the man that hurt her brother, but by the time she turned around he was long gone. She sniffed trying to find his sent but it was as if he just vanished. She ran back to the pack house to check on Seth, and to declare war on that monsters pack.

Seth laid there screaming he knew he was about to die. The pack doctor left witch he found very odd. He heard the door close behind him and almost jumped when he heard his father's voice.

" Well, my son looks like I sent the wrong person for the job, didn't I?"

"Father what are you doing here?"

"I came to take you back with me to heal you. We will replace your body with another they will all think you have died until I decide it's time for you to return. The plans have all been worked out."

"But what about the pack doctor surely he will know it's not me as well as everyone else."

"Stupid boy the pack doctor works for me. As far as everyone else he will say it was your request for no one to see you. That you are to be burned and have your ashes scattered around the woods that you loved so much."

"What about Serenity I'm all she has left?"

"Why do you care about that stupid girl? Come we must go at once it has all been done."

Don't worry Serenity I will come for you again one day Seth thought and then we will be together....
