The night smelled like blood. Ryker Storm stood at the edge of his territory, his chest rising slowly as the wind carried a scent he had never forgotten. Dark. Powerful. Dangerous. "Kael Draven..." he muttered, his jaw tightening. The Alpha King had finally come. A low growl rumbled deep in his chest as shadows moved between the trees. Then- He stepped out. Tall. Dominant.
