Chapter 4 Her Reply

"What do you want, Mr Blackwood?" Ava folded her hands the moment they got outside the company. Ethan ignored her question walking to his black car slowly."Mr Blackwood?" Ava called, standing still refusing to follow any longer."Mr Blackwood?" Ethan laughed as he opened the door slowly."I liked it better when you were moaning my name in that room.." Ava's eyes widened as she rushed to him and placed her hand on his lips once again."I told you you were mistaken." She clicked her tongue."Then why are you covering my lip?" He mumbled and she let him go."Get in.

I figured it will be better we eat at a restaurant than talking about our matter here...at your workplace." He said, opening the door widely. Ava sighed and folded her hands as she looked up at him."Look, Mr Blackwood. Whatever happened last night was a mistake. And see, we both got what we wanted." She said and suddenly lowered her voice as she whispered "I even get to lose my virginity to you."Ethan laughed slowly."Well, you offered it. You said to keep going." He spoke out."Shh." Ava shushed him immediately."I know I did. But why are you trying to black mail me this way?" She asked."Because you are trying to hide it." He said."Actually, I wanted looking for you. I even had to get the CCTV footage of what happened last night. Lucas?" He called and Lucas passed him a tablet."Gosh, you are such a monster on bed." He shook his head as he pressed play and Ava dragged the tablet from his hand, switching it off."What do you want?" She asked."Come for lunch with me and I'll think about what I want." He said."Why would I.." She started but suddenly went quiet, sighing."If I come for lunch, that's it? Right?" She asked instead."I'm not sure. Maybe." Ethan replied and she looked at him for a long time, pondering on whether to knock him out and spend the night in a cell."Fine, but not today. I'm so busy." She shook her head as she gave him his tablet back, walking away."Then when?" Ethan asked."I'll text you." She replied."Please do." Ethan responded."You'll also have to keep a copy of this." He muttered afterward, watching the video as he got into the car slowly.Going back into the company, Ava hit herself mentally again for being so stupid and getting drunk. What kind of a man was Mr Blackwood anyway? If he had fun with her for the night, then why don't he just let the matter be and let them go their separate ways?"Hey." Enamel suddenly appeared in front of her and she gasped in fear."What's going on with Mr Blackwood? Everyone is talking about what just happened inside the meeting room." She winked and Ava sighed, holding her hands and leading her to the lobby."Wait, what?" Enamel gasped in shock after hearing the whole story and her brain spinned multiple times as she tried to wrap her fingers around the whole scenario."So you are trying to tell me you lost your virginity to Mr Blackwood? Where's the video?" She asked quickly and Ava hit her hardly."Why do you ask for the video?" She scolded."Arrghhhhhh. And you, why were you so h*rny that you could hold yourself. How could you have slept with a man you didn't know." Enamel muttered."But what I don't understand is why he is here right now?" Ava shook her head and Enamel smiled slowly."B*tch, you just bagged a billionaire." She ticked Ava and Ava hit her hand away."Bagged a billionaire, my foot? Just because he owns a company doesn't make him a billionaire." She rolled her eyes."Since things have gotten to this extent, you should try and get some info on him, not just his company, about his life, then you can decide if you want to have fun with him or not." Enamel shrugged."Have fun?" Ava scoffed."Do you play with someone's feelings like that?" She folded her hands and Enamel pursed her lips for a while."So what do you propose Mr Blackwood wants to do with you?" She asked instead and Ava shrugged, blinking as she didn't know the answer."He met you as a one night stand and got interested in you after you gave him the night of his life. I can pretty see how clear his intentions are." Enamel pointed out and Ava sighed, pouting her lips."You know what? Go for the lunch tomorrow and ask him at once. What do you want from me?" Enamel said."And what? You think he would reply me?" Ava shot."Well, he looks bold, so I think he would. Anyway, don't think about dragging this further. Just go for the lunch date first and since Jaxon apologized, I doubt he would be in the way." She replied."I'll prefer going on a date with Jaxon a million times over going to lunch with that devil." Ava spouted."Technically, you are the devil here. You practically seduced him from your explanation and you have such a great body, bestie, I doubt he'll be able to look away." Enamel smirked."Whatever." Ava blurted out.****"I'm home!" Ava screamed as she got into her house and collapsed tiredly on the couch."Big sis." Her younger sister, Sophia jumped on her excitedly."Hey, Soph. How are you doing?" Ava patted her hair lovingly."I'm fine, sis. What took you so long to return. I didn't see you before bed last night and also before I went to school this morning." Sophia pouted, playing with Ava's hair."I got into a bit of a mixup, darling. I'm sorry." Ava gave her a forehead kiss and dropped her on the couch as she got up to check on her mum."Where's mum and dad?" She asked, leaving the kitchen."Oh, dad suddenly rushed out this afternoon and mom did too after an hour. I don't get what's happening." Sophia muttered and Ava sighed, picking her phone as she dialled her mother's number. After ringing severally, Lily finally picked, her voice shaky."Ava, your dad is in the hospital."
