Chapter 9 POWER

Lyra's eyes blazed with fury as she confronted Aria. "You deceived us! What kind of power have you bound us to?"

Aria's smile grew wider. "The power of the ancient ones. You'll find your strength, speed, and agility amplified. But you'll also be bound to our will, serving the interests of my lineage."

The pack growled, their hackles raised. Thorne stepped forward, his voice low and menacing. "We'll never serve anyone. We're free wolves, not slaves to be bound."

Aria laughed, her eyes glinting with amusement. "You don't understand. The binding is done. You can't break it. And soon, you'll see the benefits of our power."

Lyra's gaze narrowed. "We'll find a way to break this binding. And when we do, you'll pay for your deception."

As the pack's anger simmered, Kael felt a strange sensation coursing through his veins. His senses grew sharper, his strength increased, and his instincts became more acute.

But with these new found powers came a creeping sense of unease. Kael felt Aria's influence, a subtle pull on his mind, urging him to obey her will.

As the days passed, the pack struggled to adjust to their newfound powers. They were stronger, faster, and more agile, but they couldn't shake off the feeling of being bound to Aria's will. Lyra tried to find a way to break the binding, but every attempt seemed to fail.
