ALYSSA
The next few days went by in a blur.
Alpha Reinhardt returned back to the pack, urged his sons to reject me, but they didn't. They seemed to be having so much fun with toying with my emotions each day.
Rolan could have figured out how painful it was for me.
He made sure he fucked different ladies each day.
They all made sure they traumatized me.
I didn't go to school because I wanted to avoid them for the whole day, but I didn't even get enough peace in my room.
Suddenly, my door was banged so hard, I thought it was an earthquake. I scrambled to my feets, catching my breath quickly, but as soon as I opened up the door, two large, burly men walked past me with so much force, I fell to the ground.
"Oww." I winced, crying for my butt. It took a while to get up, but when I did, I was pulling one of the men's wrist. "Why are you going through my things?"
He raised my bed up, checked beneath it, pushed me aside, walked towards my closet and packed all my worn out clothes out.
Staring at my bra and panties on the ground, my cheeks flamed up. "You...you shouldn't harass me this way."
Then, the other guy, the taller one, pulled a white substance from my drawer. "She's really the culprit." He said darkly, slowly turning to face me.
I took a step backwards, my voice slightly shaky. "What...which culprit?"
"Drag her out of here." His voice was so cold, I could literally feel my heart freezing up.
I was in the dark here.
Someone had to explain something to me.
The other guy threw me over his shoulder like some stash of flour, and with how hard I kept punching his back, he didn't stop.
"Where are you taking me?! I'm the Alpha's-"
"Shut up." He growled. "Just hope you won't be beheaded before day break."
"Be..beheaded?" I stuttered, my voice barely above a whisper. "What..what the hell is going on? I didn't do anything. Put me down. Put me down."
"Alpha Reinhardt." He grunted, placing me on my feets. "We really found it in her drawer."
I glanced around, staring at the unfamiliar faces glaring back at me. He'd brought me to the case room-a room for criminals-but I wasn't a criminal.
My eyes trailed towards the man who'd said he was like a father to me-Alpha Reinhardt-but he never really acted like one.
I took a step backwards, but the guard pushed me forward. "You're 18 now, you can be punished for a crime."
"I didn't commit any crime." I spat, feeling all eyes on me. "Alpha Reinhardt." I swallowed the lump in my throat, clutching my dress hard. "I didn't do anything."
"Then how do you explain the poisonous substance?"
My eyebrow shot up. "A poisonous substance? I don't know anything about-"
"Liar!" Rolan spat, striding Into the room like the prince he was. Kieran didn't spare me a glance, Cole was busy with his phone, but Zane kept staring at me with.... pity.
Pity?
"Don't believe that scheming bitch." Rolan stood right next to me, voice incredibly low, I feared he'd kill me on the spot. "She definitely did it."
"Did what?!" I argued. "I didn't-"
"My Beta is dead." The Alpha revealed. "And a maid revealed that she saw you poisoning his coffee this morning before serving him."
It suddenly felt suffocating.
The pressure was so intense, it took a few seconds to gather my words. "I didn't kill the beta." This had to be ridiculous. "Beta was always nice to me. I'd never kill him." As much as I felt like mourning his death right now, I had to sort out my issues too.
"LIAR!" Rolan growled. He grabbed my wrist, sinking his nails into my flesh. "Tell them the fucking truth! Tell them you slaughtered Lucas." I could understand his anger, his pain, he was close to Beta Lucas as well, but I really didn't kill him.
"I didn't do it."
"Get the maid." The Alpha said coldly, and a red head took slow steps towards me. In her maid uniform, she stared at me viscously. "If you didn't do it, how did the substance get in your drawer?"
"I...I don't know." I stuttered.
"You served the Beta coffee this morning, right?"
"I always serve the Beta his morning coffee."
"And yet, you deny killing him?"
"Yes." I spat back. "I can't murder someone."
"But you murdered your own mother while coming to this world, bitch!" Rolan spat. "No one wanted to tell you the truth, but I'll tell you. You caused your own parent's death!"
My heart snapped.
"Rolan." His father warned.
"You tore your mother so much, she kept bleeding until she died. And your father?"
A tear slipped down my cheeks.
I wanted him to stop.
"He died because he couldn't handle the loss of his mate. I bet he couldn't handle your sight too because you're a murderer!"
For the first time in my life, I raised my palm and slapped him. "I didn't kill my parents." I yelled, falling to my knees. "I didn't kill anyone."
"You bitch." Rolan tried to grab my hair, but he was stopped by the guards.
"You all should hear her out." It was Zane. "Put her on trial."
"The evidence points at her." Cole responded coldly. "Why would we put her on trial when the truth is staring at us in the face?"
"No one believes me?"
"That's because you're a mur-"
"Silence!" The Alpha growled, imposing his Alpha aura on everyone. "Alyssa, I allowed you into my home and took care of you like my own child." Liar! "I made you attend a prestigious highschool with my sons, but killing one of my own is my reward?"
"I didn't do it" I gritted out.
"I've made my decision."
Hearing that statement, a wave of shivers ran down my spine. I clumsily got up, wanting to run towards the Alpha and cry on his legs, but I was grabbed by the guards.
Would I be beheaded?
Would I be hanged?
"Alyssa Vale has been hereby banished from the Silvercrest pack."
