When Jonathan got into his black car with his assistant, Sergeant Brown, he sighed heavily.
Brown looked at him and asked, "What do you plan on doing to help your lover? You know the T-Group are very dangerous, and we have been looking for evidence since to arrest them, but none. They are vigilant. Why would your girlfriend's father get himself entangled in a business dealing with Damian Tucker? I'm sorry to say this, but I see no help coming their way."
Jonathan growled and grasped Brown's shirt, "Don't say that nonsense, Brown. Damian is getting on our nerves, and as officers of the law, we must apprehend him and hand him over to the government."
"I know..." Brown's gaze dropped, and he said, "but how do you intend to do that? Your father has tried to get Damian's father arrested and behind bars, but failed. And now you want to risk your life to fight with the devil. Damian Tucker has the higher-ups backing him. So I'm suggesting you wash your hands off this case and help your girlfriend raise the money. That's if Damian doesn't come for her, as I can see that she is beautiful and his kind of woman that he messes with."
Jonathan grasped Brown's shirt further and yelled, "Don't you dare say that crap to me, Brown. I will kill Damian Tucker before he gets his hands on my woman. Start the car, we are heading back to the police station branch to file a complaint about the case."
Jonathan released Brown's shirt, his gaze hardened.
"Alright," Brown sighed and started the black car. Holding onto the steering wheel, he drove out of the Dawson's residence, heading to the police station branch in North Haven.

At a luxury white villa, three black cars drove in and parked.
A black Maybach and two SUVs.
Damian Tucker got out of his car and looked back at Jeff's car.
"Bring Mr. Dawson out and escort him to the lockup room," Damian ordered, his voice firm, and the men bowed, "Understood, boss."
Damian left them and walked away to his luxury white mansion. The house was a magnificent two-story building, surrounded by lush greenery and a vast swimming pool.
The garage had several black cars parked, and there were several houses at the back of the main white mansion.
Damian had gotten a phone call from his father asking him to return home for urgent matters.
However, Damian couldn't afford to miss going to Mr. Dawson's mansion. There was nothing more important to him than getting Mr. Max apprehended.
Damian walked ahead to his mansion's frontage. His men in black, working for him and guarding around their territory, bowed and welcomed him.
"Welcome back, boss," they said.
"Thank you," Damian replied.
The man at the door unlocked the door, and Damian entered his property as the men escorted Mr. Max to their cell.

Damian entered the exquisite living room that was furnished with black couches, a large flat-screen television, colorful lights, and tall curtains covering the windows.
Damian made his way upstairs to the second floor where his bedroom is. He ignored responding to his father's frequent calls, believing that his father was calling him related to business.
"Maybe Dad wanted to know why I got Mr. Max apprehended?"
Damian smiled, recalling the sight of Alicia Dawson.
He had seen her before, during his visit at the T-Group hospital, popularly known as the Town's teaching hospital in North Haven.
Damian fell in love with Alicia at first sight. He wanted her, he wanted to marry her, and knew of her involvement with Jonathan Leonardo.
Damian made up his mind to interfere with Mr. Dawson's business to use him as a tool to get Alicia.
"There is no way that the Dawson family would be able to generate 10 million dollars within a month," Damian smiled and went into his bathroom.
He stripped off his clothes, black hand gloves, took off his short guns, and prepared for his bath.
Damian entered his pristine bathtub, his body hard from thinking about Alicia. He badly wanted her and couldn't stop dreaming about her.
Damian sank in his cold bath for a while, washing his hard-toned body and rinsing it off.
Once he was done, he got out of his bathroom and tied a white towel around his waist.
Damian entered his luxury white bedroom. He went into his closet and picked up a white robe and black trousers and donned them.
Through with dressing up in sleepwear, Damian heard his phone ringing on the nightstand.
He took it up and saw his father's name on the phone screen.
Damian canceled the call, and it rang with an incoming call from Jeff.
"Boss, should I arrange for any woman for you tonight?" Jeff asked, knowing Damian didn't desire to go to the club.
Damian was in no mood for any woman.
"No. Contact the Dawson family and let them know about my offer," he said.
"What offer is that, boss? We just left their mansion not too long ago," Jeff replied, getting confused.
"I know," Damian replied coolly. "Let Mrs. Dawson know that I am interested in having her second daughter, Alicia Dawson, as my bride, in exchange for her husband's release. Failure for Alicia to show up here tomorrow morning will get her father punished."
"Oh! Is that all, boss?" Jeff asked.
"Yes. Send the proposal to Mrs. Dawson tonight. I expect to see Alicia first thing tomorrow morning," Damian replied.
"Alright, boss. I'm on it," Jeff replied, and the phone call ended.
Jeff then proceeded to contact Mrs. Jennifer Dawson.
However, Damian smiled anxiously, wondering how Alicia would react to his offer. He desired to see her and to make her his woman.
Damian awaited for the following day to arrive as he longed to have Alicia in his arms.
He went back to his home office to get himself busy with some online deals that needed his attention.

In the Dawson's residence, Mrs. Jennifer exited her sitting room and went downstairs to the living room after multiple failed attempts to reach her older brother on the call.
"Mom, what are we going to do to get Dad out of the T-Group's clutch?" Alicia asked, watching her mother descend the stairs. "We cannot wait for Dad's brothers or your brother's to help us, and I don't know if Jonathan will be able to help us?"
Alicia was shedding tears and standing in the living room.
Lady Jennifer Dawson sighed before taking her seat on the couch.
"I don't know, Alicia. But you shouldn't tell your boyfriend anything about your father," Lady Jennifer warned. "We cannot trust those two police officers even if he is your boyfriend. They shouldn't publicize us on the news and tell him you don't know anything about your father's work."
"But, Mom... Jonathan is only trying to help us," Alicia mumbled. "Why not tell Jonathan what you know about Father?"
Lady Jennifer's eyes narrowed at Alicia.
"No way, Alicia! You shouldn't dare to trade love over your family. Your father's life is in danger, and you're thinking of getting the police boyfriend of yours every detail of your father's business will help us?" Lady Jennifer yelled. "What will happen after your father's release from Damian's den, and the police find something off about him? They will come and arrest your father for fraud or anything else they want to use to hold him in arrest. So no!"
Mrs. Jennifer's face looked serious, and Alicia sighed.
"So, Mom... What do you plan to do now?" Alicia asked, still standing in the exquisite living room.
Samantha sighed and said, "Mom, I don't know who to turn to for such a huge amount of money. I can only be able to pay up 1 million dollars. The remaining 9 million dollars is off my limit. Why not ask Damian Tucker if he can accept another offer?"
"Another offer like what?" Lady Jennifer, Alicia, and Caden asked Samantha.
Samantha blushed and replied, "To become Damian's woman."
"What?" They gasped.
"You're crazy, Samantha! How dare you think of offering your body to that lunatic!" Caden charged forward to his younger sister to smack her, but Lady Jennifer interrupted him.
"Caden, don't you dare hit your sister!! What can you do to help your father? You are a lawyer, yet you couldn't do anything to challenge Damian! Only one kick of his boot sent you flying away, and now you dare to raise your hands on Samantha, forgetting that your father's life is in danger!" Lady Jennifer yelled.
"But, Mom..." Caden tried to speak, but his mother cut him off.
"I don't want to hear it. Samantha is right, and we should think of how to contact Damian and offer the proposal to him," Lady Jennifer said. "Samantha is very beautiful, and a top model here in North Haven. So, Damian will consider her proposal."
"Mom... What if Damian rejects Samantha's proposal?" Caden asked. "You know Damian had records for being a dangerous man and was involved with multiple women. What if he is a carrier of any disease? Haven't you thought about the dangers in having Samantha become Damian Tucker's woman, a man who engages in multiple women and is a Mafia kingpin? Hell no!"
Caden showed his disgust, his expression stern, and his mother sighed.
Lady Jennifer shook her head and replied, "I cannot sit back and watch your father get killed. The police cannot challenge Damian without evidence, and I cannot give them one. Damian is a mafia boss in this part of the state, and the best we can do is make our proposal known to him and try our luck so that he doesn't beat your father to death over his debt. Besides, you benefited from it. You went to the highest law firm because of your father's influence."
"But I never asked Dad to engage with Damian," Caden replied.
Lady Jennifer frowned and said, "You are only an ingrate, Caden, and I wish I had another son who is smarter than you."
"Mom..." Caden frowned, unable to rebel against his mother.
Just then, Lady Jennifer's phone rang in her hands, and she took it up to see who the caller was.
"Who's calling you, Mom?" They asked her.
"I don't know. Let me find out," Lady Jennifer replied and answered the call. "Hello, who is this?"
