Chapter 1 The Last Sex

"Your period is over?"

"Yeah."

"7 PM. Come find me."

Rose looked at the man's cold message on Facebook and smirked before replying with a single word: "Okay."

At that moment, she was riding her motorcycle with a few teammates, racing through the mountain roads.

Seeing that it was already past six, she twisted the throttle.

On her high-end Harley, worth hundreds of thousands, she sped through winding mountain roads, arriving at a secluded villa by the water.

She removed her helmet and gloves, then stepped into the living room-

The grand hall was elegant yet cold, exuding an air of mystery and detachment.

The man was reclining on the sofa, smoking silently, as if he had been waiting for her.

Through the haze of smoke, his sharp, chiseled features were strikingly handsome-so perfect that he almost looked unreal.

Rose didn't bother with pretense. As she walked toward him, she began undressing...

She shrugged off her jacket, letting down her long hair, instantly transforming from a cool, valiant biker girl into a sultry beauty.

Standing before him, she lifted her long legs and straddled his lap!

Casually, she snatched the half-burnt cigarette from between his fingers,

took a slow drag, exhaled a delicate stream of smoke, then pushed it back between his lips.

"Should I take a shower first?" She wrapped her arms around his neck, her enchanting gaze locked onto his.

"No need."

He hooked her chin with his fingers, his thumb brushing over her soft lips before he leaned in and kissed her-fiercely, possessively.

She met his passion with equal intensity, wild and deep.

His touch ignited tiny flames across her skin, sending electric currents through her body...

His name was Alexander.

A year ago, Rose had been surfing in the deep waters of Hawaii when a shark attacked her. He saved her life.

An hour later, the storm finally settled.

Rose lay against the headboard, completely drained, unwilling to move.

Meanwhile, Alexander had already showered and dressed, restoring his usual cold and abstinent demeanor-the epitome of a high-quality, elite man.

Lighting a post-coital cigarette, he exhaled slowly, his deep gaze locked onto her.

Watching her absentmindedly playing a mobile game, already detached from their earlier passion, his expression grew complicated...

This woman-he had always known-was nothing more than a reckless, free-spirited little vixen.

Yet, for some reason, he still felt irritated. He took a sharp drag of his cigarette, his mood unreadable.

Then, he picked up his phone and made a transaction.

Moments later, Rose's phone chimed with a bank notification.

Opening it, she found a wire transfer from Alexander's account.

The string of zeros made her eyes blur for a second.

She counted carefully-seven zeros after the one.

Ten million.

Just as she was wondering if he had accidentally added an extra zero, the man's cold voice broke the silence:

"This is the last time we'll see each other. Don't contact me again."

"..." Rose was briefly stunned. "Why?"
