Chapter 5 Secrets Revealed

Gavin and Sophia's relationship continued to blossom over the next few weeks. They spent every spare moment together, exploring the city and getting to know each other. Sophia took a deep breath before speaking. "I'm not just a businesswoman, Gavin. I'm also the daughter of a rival gang leader." Gavin's eyes widened in shock. "What?" he exclaimed. Sophia nodded, tears welling up in her eyes. "I know it's a lot to take in. But I had to tell you the truth. I couldn't keep lying to you." Gavin felt like he'd been punched in the gut.
