Chapter 2 (Two sides of love)

Bob pulls her hands out from his neck. "I won't ask you twice, Ava, leave my office right now, "he told her in a commanding tone.

"Seriously Bob, what's up? You ain't checking up on me like you used to; you don't call, nor do you bother returning my call. Did I do anything wrong? you?" Ava told him with disappointment and curiosity written all over her face.

"May I remind you that there's nothing serious between us, Ava, so just cut this drama short, and please leave. This is my workplace, and it would not seem appropriate to be creating scenes in my office. Leave right now," he said in an angry tone.

Ava understood that Bob was a hot-tempered man and might lose it with her if she wasted a minute longer in his office. She picks up her bag from the desk and walks out of his office.

The school bell rings and students can be seen, packing up their bags as the excitement of going home is written on their faces, as their voices echo in the school building and chatter as they leave in groups

Emily was heading out of the school building with a tired look on her face when she got outside, entered her car, and drove off; she made a stop at a cafeteria and walked inside.

"Hey, can I get a cappuccino please" she said

"Right away, ma'am," the lady said, fixing her order and handing it over to her. Emily was about to get her money when she heard a muscular voice behind her.

"Hey, lemme get that, Nancy you know my usual just add her to my bill," he said nicely

" Sorry but that's not necessary I'm capable of paying for it okay" Emily sounded in an annoyed tone

Bob lifts a smile and says to her

" were you planning to run away before, of course, I'm well aware you can pay for it but I still wanna pay for you"

Emily was not having it with him as she was annoyed by his attitude but she did admit to herself that he is a fine man.

"I get it, that's what y'all do, thinking spending your money on every woman you see defines emotions right"

Bob took his time to look at Emily properly and examine her. Emily is a woman embodied with grace and elegance; her eyes sparkle like diamonds, and her figure and shape are captivating, drawing people in the aura of confidence; he likes her and would most love having her in his bed, without her clothes on.

"Does one need emotions to buy a cappuccino for you?" he said, smiling while handing his card over to the waitress, taking his stuff, and leaving without saying anything else to her.

"He's a multimillionaire, you know, but he's a big-time flirt. You seem like a decent woman. I think you should avoid him," The waitress said and handed her the stuff she bought, and Emily thanked her and left.

Emily and Kate are seen drinking in a bar at a club; they seem to be having a nice time; the bartender brings an expensive bottle of champagne to them as he is about to walk away when Kate calls his attention. "Sorry but, we didn't order this"

" I'm aware of that, but those gentlemen over there did," he said while pointing over to two men seated at the VIP table.

Emily Indicated she knew one of them but certainly wasn't happy about it so she called back the bartender again and said

"Sorry but we do not want it, take it away"

The bartender smiled at her and told her, " Sorry, but we don't take returns; you can drink it or just leave it here, and it has already been paid for," he said in a calm tone and left them immediately.

"Ohh my God Emily, that's Bob Walter, jeez! Jesus! The Bob Walter bought us champagne"

Emily was surprised by her best friend's reaction to the whole scenario. One of the men approached them, it was Benjamin, Bob's best friend.

"Hello ladies, hope y'all are having a good night," he said staring at Kate directly

Emily didn't pay attention to him and was sipping her drink; Kate smiled back at him and said.

"Sure we are and thanks for the drink" Benjamin pulled out his right hand at Kate and said gently

"Mind dancing me beautiful one, let's shake off the drink and save room for more drinks" Kate smiled shyly brought out her hand, and said

" Of course, the night is still young, Emily. I will be right back. "They both left, leaving Emily all by herself at the bar.

Shortly after Bob walked up to her, holding a glass of champagne in his right hand, Emily turned around and saw him and did like a dazzling and tempting man wasn't asking for his attention, knowing that she had an attitude he came closer to her ears and whispered.

"You know, if you're not gonna allow someone to flirt with you, then you shouldn't be putting on a captivating and tempting dress, just like the one, you're putting on right now "

Emily pulled him away gently, stood up, and was about to walk away when he held her back by her hand.

" When do you plan on telling me your name" Emily stared at him annoyingly, dragging her hand away but his grip was tight

"Is this the way you treat a woman, huh? You're harassing me," Emily said; he stared at her for a while, smiled, and released his grip on her.

"I'm sorry for that, do you wanna dance? Or maybe wanna go somewhere else?"He asked

" If you couldn't behave properly In Front of other people, what would you do in private" she said with a daring look on her face

Bob laughed softly, came closer to her, and said.
