Chapter 6 I Despise You

Angela's Point Of View

"How was work yesterday?" Georgia shouted immediately as she barged into my room.

"Hectic! Chaos! Chaotic! Illegal!" I mentioned as I mindlessly scrolled through my phone.

"Wow! Give me a detailed gist of what happened!" She requested as she jumped on my neatly made bed.

"Ouch!" I cried out.

"What is that?" She asked. Doesn't she know what she just did?

"Are you asking me that? Didn't you feel your foot hitting something?" I asked her, as I rubbed my thumb against my big toe.

"No! I don't... I didn't," she replied feigning innocence.

"Stop being a terrible liar!" I yelled at her. "You used your hardened foot to hit my tender big toe!" I explained, staring at her in the eyes, and just as I expected, she started laughing.

"Who does that?" I complained, "Aren't you supposed to apologize to me for being uncultured? Who jumps on someone else's bed when the person is seated in the middle, legs crisscrossed? Like who does that?" I complained, she was just too mannerless and uncultured for my liking.

"Oh, baby girl! You are just too posh for your 'uncultured' bestie," she commented, still laughing.

"Can you stop laughing?" I demanded. "It's irking me off!" I complained.

"If someone hears you now, they will think we are enemies but I know you love me and I am used to all your tantrums, so I amn't surprised," she replied before laying fully on my bed.

"What the heck? What does that even mean? Whatever!" I said in confusion. What was I saying? What was she saying? Wonders!

"Just apologize, lady!" I demanded.

"Apologize now! Don't use silly words to cover up your sinful act," I said aloud. "Don't you dare laugh! Even if you do, you won't like what's coming for you!" I threatened with my index finger in her face, my nail was trying to elongate.

"Take that off my face! Eww!" She screamed, slapping my hand off her face.

"Ha-ha!" I burst into laughter.

"Don't do that!" She yelled, "You this immature ladywolf!" She cursed.

"Ohh I'm sorry! That was uncalled for!" She apologized but it was already late as I got off my bed.

"Come on Angel! I'm sorry, I was just being immature!" She yelled before stopping me at the door then proceeded to hug me.

"Help me!" I yelled before pulling her away from me. "You stink girl!" I complained.

"Don't tell me you haven't taken your bath after work?" I questioned her, eyeing her from her head to her feet. I got a wild smile in response.

"Oh, my bloody loss!" I yelled before lightly pushing her away from my way and running out of the room. "You are just a pig!" I screamed, she was at my tail, smiling like a proud witch.

"Don't be a baby, Angel! Come and give big sis a hug! You know how much I hate water!" She explained still running behind me. I had to fly down the stairs.

"Aren't you ashamed of yourself?" I asked, standing in between the wall and our couch.

"What's there if I decide not to take my bath after work?" She asked me, smiling, standing before the couch akimbo.

"What's there? Are you seriously asking that question?" I asked her.

"You were in the factory for over twelve hours and you aren't working in an office! You work in the main production area! How dare you ask such silly questions?" I reminded her.

"How did we get here?" She asked, looking around like she wasn't the one who got herself to where she was standing.

"I won't talk to you unless you go take your bath, now!" I threatened her to her face.

"Whatever! Just tell me what I came to you for!" She demanded but I just leaned against the wall watching her.

"What do you think is right for breakfast?" She asked again, yet I refused to give her a response.

"Will you be going out today?" She asked me, still trying her luck.

"Do you know that the new neighbors are..." she said, well I think I should just tone myself out of this conversation.

"I bought different tomatoes..." I was zoning in and out of our conversation.

"Will you seriously ignore me?" She asked me, pleading with her eyes.

I couldn't be more sorry for her, I could only see her mouth moving but no words were hitting my ears. I turned to face the window. Shit! We didn't close it yesterday night before going to bed, even though the curtain was up. I turned to the other windows in the sitting room and they were all opened and up.

Wonders! I need to add an extra alarm for the windows and curtains. I saw a young couple outside having a discussion and I once again craved for my hearing senses...

"Angela !" Someone yelled my name.

"I have a juicy gist for you! It happened in the factory yesterday..." she tried getting my attention again but I won't fall for that.

"Okay! You win! I am off to the bathroom," she said, expecting my response but I have known you girl for a long time for this to work on me again. I continued looking at her blankly.

"Okay! Okay! Fine! Shit!" She said before moving for a while then turned to look at me. She was smiling like a fool because she knew all her plans didn't work this time.

"I'm going for real now, seriously!" She uttered again, moving a few steps towards the stairs before turning to face me.

"Won't you escort me to the bathroom?" She asked.

Angela , you can do this! No reaction, no speech!

"I seriously will need your help in the bathroom, girl!" She called after a few more steps on the stairs. Ew! No reaction, babe!

"Are you seriously going to keep ignoring me?" She questioned again. Yes, baby girl, I will till you get in the damned bathroom and take your freaking bath.

"Okay, since your silence is for the betterment of my life! I will do what you want," she said before moving a few steps again.

Girl, just move your naughty ass to the bathroom and stop taking baby steps, it is annoying as what! I would have seriously loved to shout that in her face. I haven't moved since we started this.

"Okay! Fine! I give up!" She uttered before going straight to her room and five minutes later I heard her singing with the water flowing in the background.

"Oh, my bloody lost!"
