Chapter 2 Ferris Wheel

Krystle chimed in, saying she loved cooking for everyone, feeling it was a way to show her love. She believed that even the little things she did for her family brought her joy.

Lilac grinned and complimented her, saying she was truly thoughtful She felt lucky to have her as her daughter-in-law, believing her presence would only bring happiness to the household. She had brought two wonderful kids into the family, making their lives joyful.

Edward her Father in-law, nodded in agreement with Lilac. He acknowledged her talent but also saw her as more than just a daughter-in-law; she was like their own daughter, treated her like family.

As Eric listened to his parents' praises for Krystle, he couldn't stop smiling, falling for her more deeply every day. She was kind, caring, and everything he had ever wished for. Time and again, he told her she didn't need to do anything-just enjoy life with him and spend his money however she pleased. But she never would.

She was incredibly well-organized, always guiding him toward the best in life and handling everything with grace. He deeply admired her, along with the delicious meal she had prepared.. A sense of pride filled him-he was truly a lucky husband. She radiated beauty, glowing as if surrounded by a halo, looking every bit like an angel.

Edward raised his glass to Eric and Krystle for anniversary, wishing them a lifetime of love and happiness together.

They had invited the prestigious families and friends, reminding everyone to be there by 8 PM for the banquet.

Both Eric and Krystle nodded, excited about the feast. Ryan and Leo, the kids, couldn't stop raving about how delicious everything was,mom you're really a good cook.

They asked if they could go to the amusement park they happily agreed.

Dad smiled and said, go and have fun." encouraged Eric to take a break from work and spend time with everyone.

Krystle said Let's go with the kids, as you've promised.

Edward reminded Eric to bring along bodyguards, as a precaution. He then looked at Ryan and Leo, saying, "Enjoy your time. Whatever Ryan and Leo say, you should buy it. Just remember not to overindulge them in candies. They're quite naughty, but that's alright. Listen to your parents hold hands, and stay close. Don't wander off."

After saying their goodbyes, they arrived at the amusement park. The kids were bursting with excitement, eager to try out every single ride. Ryan, in his childlike voice, exclaimed to his mommy, "I want to go on that ride and that one too! I really want to ride the roller coaster!" Krystle smiled and gently patted his head, explaining that he was too young for the adult rides. She suggested they try something suitable for both Ryan and Leo, like the cute elephant ride. As they settled in, Krystle sat with Leo while Eric took a seat with Ryan. The ride began, moving at a moderate pace, going up and down. Krystle's hair floated in the air as Leo excitedly pointed out his dad waving at them. They all waved back with big smiles and laughter. As the ride came to an end, Krystle lifted Leo and Eric held her hand tightly with Ryan in his arms, determined to make sure the kids tried every ride. They had a blast on the fairground rides, water slides, and more. When they finally got tired, they decided to take a ride on the Ferris wheel. Both Leo and Ryan fell asleep as they reached the top, where they were greeted with a breathtaking view of the scenery, the beautiful sky, and the fresh air.

Eric leaned into Krystle and planted a sudden kiss on her lips, leaving them both breathless. He then whispered about a saying that when a couple kisses at the top, they will be together forever till eternity, with no one able to separate them. Krystle giggled and gently placed her hand on his cheek, admitting that she found the saying cheesy but felt good hearing it from him. She expressed her desire for their love to remain strong in all situations, whether they were on a Ferris wheel or not. Eric beamed with happiness, promising to stay by her side until death did them part. He playfully mentioned having two girls in his heart, causing Krystle to grumpily ask who the other girl was. Eric quickly reassured her that she was the only one he loved, and the other girl would be their future daughter who will just look like you. Krystle laughed, pointing out that they didn't have a daughter yet. Eric grinned, expressing his hope for two daughters in the future, eager to shower them with love and protection alongside their adorable sons. He believed daughters were cute and a true blessing and he vowed to cherish and safeguard them always.

Krystle blushed and exclaimed with a bright smile, "I would love to have a daughter! It will bring so much joy and liveliness to our family. Just thinking about it makes me feel so happy and content."

Ryan and Leo were wide awake when they overheard the conversation. "Mommy, daddy, I want a sister too," Ryan chimed in.

Leo added, "I want a little sister so I can be her big brother. Mommy, I can't wait for our sister to arrive!"

Krystle was taken aback and unsure of how to respond. Eric reassured her, "Don't worry, you'll have a sister in about a year."

Krystle blushed even more at the thought and playfully nudged Eric on the shoulder.

They got home around five and rested for half an hour. Krystle and Eric exchanged gifts - Eric gave her a beautiful designer maroon gown with a diamond necklace, and Krystle gave him a black shirt, pants, and a blazer with cufflinks, which they planned to wear to the party.

As they started getting ready, Eric couldn't take his eyes off Krystle, mesmerized by her beauty. Krystle, with her dark blue eyes and maroon gown, looked drop dead gorgeous, outshining her beauty and perfect figure. When Krystle asked if she looked good in her outfit, Eric replied with a smile, saying she looked the most beautiful and that no one could be as beautiful as his princess. Krystle laughed and said she was worried that other girls would drool over him at the party he was looking so good looking she wished she could keep him all to herself. Eric laughed and said he wished the same for her, suggesting they skip the party and just enjoy each other's company in bed, falling asleep in each other's arms.

Krystle chuckled and exclaimed, "Everyone's waiting for us! We're the showstoppers, after all. Let's go check on our kids before we head out." They intertwined their fingers and made their way to the kids' room, where the little ones looked adorable in their black suit jackets.
