Chapter 5 Still in confusion

I was still staring at him with my mouth agape, when I heard horses galloping behind me," Princess are you ok? what happened to Silver, hope you are not hurt?" I heard the worry in Mira's voice but I was still too stunned and confused to answer her.

"She's fine, she just has bruises on her leg and a little sprain ", he said as I heard his voice for the first time in reality but not the first time ever, as I heard it in my dreams countless times, his eyes not leaving mine he dropped me on the grasses and proceeded to massage my ankle that I didn't realize I had sprained as he was about to touch my leg,

A male voice thundered " retreat or we aim, now", I raised my eyes to see my guards who were supposed to be waiting at the field all pointing their weapons to the blue eyed man.

"You wouldn't want to be doing that", the blue eyed man said in a very calming voice that held great amount of authority and threat that sent shivers down my spine.

Surrounded by my guards pointing their weapons at him, He simply tore a piece of cloth from his robe and knelt down to bind it around my leg. I tried to remain absolutely still, hoping not to startle the guards. When he finished, he suddenly looked up at me. making my face turn crimson red."You still want to know who I am?" He asked me raising his eyebrows without a single change in his expression. Of course I wanted to know who he was, but I couldn't say it out so I just nodded my head like a fool, " Well I'm Prince Brioc of..."

"Sorry to interrupt but Princess it's getting late, the King wouldn't really like to know you're out", Mira said driving me back to reality

"Oh then we better get going, but I don't know where Silver ran off too" I said trying to stand up while Prince Brioc supported me.

" The other guards already went to get him" Mira said abruptly pulling my hand out of the Prince's hand. I guess she wasn't just comfortable with him around me.

I turned to say thank you but the Prince already got on his horse and was riding away.

Out of impulse I just screamed " thank youuu", he didn't even turn around and he just kept going.

The other guards found Sliver drinking water by a little lake, they said I hit him a little to hard so he got aggressive but he was alright. My mind was so messed up I just kept to myself as we rode back to the Castle, all i needed now was to find out more about that Prince and why I saw him in my dreams and of course I also needed a warm bath to calm me down and remove his scent from my body as it was not helping my already messed up mind.
