Chapter 2 MARRIAGE!!!

I was nervous as the guards escorted me to the Great Hall. My palms were sweating, but I maintained my composure. We arrived at a secluded area of the castle that was dark and cold. I shivered, not from the cold but from the eerie energy emanating from the place. Finally, we reached a path where everything was slowly turning pitch black. The guards lit their candles, which only served to heighten the creepiness of the atmosphere.

By candlelight, I saw strange carvings and drawings of dragons, nude women burning in flames, a peculiar throne with a horned figure seated upon it, and other carvings that i couldn't explain. I was so engrossed in examining the drawings on the walls and ceiling that I failed to notice when we arrived at the door of the hall. Before me stood a large door with the word "AMEN" boldly inscribed upon it. My father was seated on a grand throne in the hall, speaking with visitors whose faces I could not see. When he looked at me, all eyes turned in my direction. I perceived a look of deception and remorse in my father's eyes. "Guards, dismiss!" my father's voice boomed with authority. I approached my father and his visitors and curtsied. "Your Grace, you requested my presence," I addressed him formally, as was my custom when we were in the company of others.

"yes i did, and I expected you to acknowledge the visitor too", he said with a hint of annoyance

I simply turned to the visitors and curtsied, i was about to turn back to face my father, When suddenly one of the visitors bowed a little, and raised my hands to his lips with a look of lust in his eyes, i tried my best to hide my disgust and not wipe my hand on my dress.

He straightened up, adjusting his dark blue robe which complemented his eyes that still held a hint of lust

"I'm Prince Jeff of The Largest Kingdom in this Empire,Strong like a horse,brave like a lion blah blah", i didn't pay attention to what he said as i was boiling on the inside because My father, the king just watched as this scumbag kissed my hands without my permission
