CHAPTER 3: Be his tutor for 1 month

"Mr. Seviller, you failed my subject. What can you say about it?" Mrs. said sarcastically. Alfonso, everyone looked at Zero who is now being preached by ma'am, he's really a terror teacher, the type who doesn't do anything wrong and then suddenly gets angry, all that's missing is for his nerves to burst.

Zero put his hand on the back of his neck. "Because, ma'am, we were practicing volleyball so I couldn't comply, the intrams is close, I wish you good luck with us, ma'am." It's really good that he changed the topic but that didn't work for ma'am.

"I don't care Mr. seviller if you are busy practicing, if you can't do what I asked you to do then you are really failing. But... since you have a reason, I will choose your tutor to help you."

"Okay ma'am." Zero sighed. Does he have a choice? Nothing.

"The one I chose to be your tutor is... Ms. Hera, she is a very smart child, I know she will be disciplined and teach you well. Ms. Hera, you start tomorrow, you will teach her until the end of the school year. " Huh? Me?? Zero and I were both surprised but Yesss! this is what I've been waiting for the most, finally, me and Zero only envy you.

"Me ma'am? Go ahead." Zero is just strong for me. Shall we refuse? Of course not.

One month, One month I will teach Zero, After this I will leave. After all, he's going to do it all the way.

When ma'am finished her non-discussion, she approached Zero. Our other classmates came out.

"So, shall we start?"

Our baby is a slow learner but that's fine, I accept you.

It seems like just yesterday I was jealous, now I'm thrilled.

He started teaching. It's really a career for you guys. Don't worry Zero, I'll help you pass. After 30 minutes the lesson is over.

"So you get it?" I said when I finished teaching. That's all so he doesn't have a hard time. I explained the lesson to him in the easiest way I know so that he doesn't have to struggle anymore.

"Yes, thank you." He said, I could feel the sincerity in his words, Aunt Astraea, you are strong.

"Alright tomorrow, right?" I smiled at him and stood up.

"Sure." He said and smiled. there's a gosh he smiled at me ahhhh. Mom I think I'm in love.

FAST FORWARD

"What's wrong with you? You look like you're crazy when you're smiling."

I still can't get over what happened earlier.

"I'll just tell you later."

"I'm so happy!" I shouted in the hallway. They all looked at me but I didn't care how beautiful my day was.

"So that's it, he's handsome up close and then he smiles at me and then he's still kind." I said while talking to Cassidy on the phone. I can't stop the thrill every time I remember our interactions.

"I know Astraea, I know I said that twenty times before." He is pouring me with excitement.

"Oh, he's just so handsome." I said excitedly.

"Yes, I'm happy for you. but you know you'll only be here for 1 month, right? How about Zero? What if it gets attached to you? how are you?"

"Maybe he won't be attached to me, maybe he won't notice that I left. It's up to you, if one day we don't see each other again, that's fine with me, he's been a big part of my life and they say if you're really, really you, destiny will make a way."

"I'm so proud of you Astraea. Proud mama here." Cassidy said on their line.

*1 month later*

Today is our graduation day and this is the day when we leave for Canada. I'm happy for Zero because he passed the subject of Mrs. Alfonso at the same time I'm also proud of myself because I was the one who taught him.

During that one month I got to know Zero better, I got closer to him and I fell in love with him more and more, because we often talked and together we always laughed, he's perfect in every aspect.. .how I wish those moments will last forever, but sadly Ineed to leave.maybe now is not the right time for us, maybe in the next years, or maybe in our next lives.

All the moments we spent together I will treasure it forever.

This is the day.

I'm nervous. A lot of questions are still lingering in my head. What if he rejects me? What will be his reaction if he finds out I'm leaving? Will he be sad? Will he miss me? Will he stop me?

But either way I'm going to say my goodbyes.

He was going to approach Cassidy but he seemed to be busy talking to Maacim and seemed to be pushing hard, so I just looked for Ezeckielle.

I saw Ezeckielle laughing with her friends that's why I approached her and asked a question.

"Ezeckielle where is Zero?" Ezeckielle's gaze turned to me.

"He's in the room, why are you looking for him?" Maybe it's surprising.

"Nothing, I'll talk to you."

He just nodded at my answer.

When I went to the room,

I saw Zero with his back facing the window, looking like he was deep in thought.

"Zero." I called him. His attention turned to me.

"Oh Astraea what brings you here?" he asked and faced me.

"I was going to say something." His forehead was wrinkled. He's probably wondering what I'm about to say.

Well, better late than never.

"Sure, what is it?"

I came closer to him so he could hear me better.

"Zero I like you, I really really do. only you make my heart beat. Every time I see you, you leave me breathless. I wouldn't have admitted it yet, I would have waited for my feelings to go away but I realized that our lives are short. and there is another reason why I want to admit, I will leave Zero, I will continue my studies in Canada. In the future, I hope we will meet again."

He stood there shocked by my words.

"Astraea I.....-" He didn't finish what he said when we heard someone yell.

"Fire!"

When I turned around, I saw that the fire was spreading throughout the school. Many screamed, panicked, and some rushed to get out.
