cHAPTER 2: Going to Canada in 1

month

I was doing an assignment when mom called me.

"Nak, come down there first, we'll just talk about something." Mom shouted so I got up and went downstairs. I left what I was doing first.

"What is that?" I will ask.

"Nak, we're going to go to Canada. First, your father has enough savings to go to that country and he found a job there with a great salary, besides, your graduation is coming soon, right? You told us you want to be a psychologist, there is a great opportunity to have a prestigious school that offers scholarships. Are you coming?" I was stunned by what mom said.

Leaving? How about Cassidy?

Ezekiel? What will happen to me without them? I can't handle it. How is it?

"Is there really no other way?" I will ask.

"I'm sorry, but this is for our future, for your future. But if they want to come, they can." Somehow the sadness in my heart was relieved.

"I understand you ma'am, I'll talk to them about that." That is if they come along.

"When are we leaving?" So that I can prepare.

"After and after you graduate." Does that mean I'm only staying here in the Philippines for one month? I will make the most of my 1 month in the Philippines. I will make memories that I will take to Canada.

After we finished talking, I went out for a while. I need to be able to think.

Zero entered my mind. Is this where it all ends? I can't admit it to him. I'm ready for a cup myself. But I think I will be admitted in no time. Can I do it? I don't know if I think about it first.

We went on a fo-food trip and wattpad here under a tree that we always hang out when we have free time. here I will tell Cassidy and I must tell.

"Cassidy I have something to say." Cassidy turned his gaze to me.

"Because mom said we are leaving for Canada. after and after graduation." He was surprised by what I said.

"How about that? It's only 1 month until our graduation day. I can't do it. Maybe when you come you won't know me." He even managed to make a joke.

"You're terrible, I can't forget your ugly face, right? But mom said if you want to come, you can. We'll study together in Canada. After all, you also want to be a psychologist, right? But if you don't want to it's ok with me." Cassidy and I have the same dream, to become a Psychologist to help those who are going through life.

"Don't worry, I'll come with you, you know we'll be close. Mommy and daddy will let me because you're there, you're their strength." I knew it.

"Really, thank you, tell Kay Ezeckielle too in case she comes with us." I said and hugged him.

I am really thankful when our bruhilda came into my life. Since we were young, our parents were friends. His family is rich but he befriended someone like me who is simple and ordinary.
