Chapter 2 Agreement

'Has the will been read?' the hoarse voice of an old man, be heard over the telephone.

'They agree, sir.' He answered.

A sly smile spread from the Old Master who spied on Kevin's meeting with the heirs of these two families.

No one would have thought that this inheritance would ensnare these two families in its power.

'It's all your fault! Rahardi and Supraja...'

'I assure you, the descendants of your family will pay for your sins to me. They will become dolls that I will play with.'

By holding tightly to the head of the stick that was holding his body up. The old man still couldn't accept the humiliation he had previously received.

The night that had not passed yet still left Lili's mother feeling worried. Still surprised by the name Lili mentioned. She couldn't stop thinking that the son of the man who used to be her fiancé would propose to her daughter.

Raharja Rahardi is Relli's father. He used to love Lili's mother very much and had done everything to separate her relationship with Lili's father. This man also had made Lili's mother removed, from her extended family name.

Unexpectedly, Lili's grandfather still matched his granddaughter with this large family. It is very clear that the business matchmaking mission, was still carried out in his grandfather's final moments.

"You better think again. The man's family was not a good one. I doesn't want to have a relationship with them," Lili's mother worried about her daughter's future.

"I already agreed, Mom."

"You did it...? Marriage is not a game. Are you going to marry for money?" Mother was surprised that her daughter had agreed to the marriage.

"I'm not sure I can raise that much money for college," answered Lili, who was desperate.

"We already have our fortunes arranged, if we are sincere. That will give more," Mama took a deep breath and tried to calm her daughter.

"I'm not sure about all thinks that seems uncertain. I really want that faculty."

With a deep sigh, Lili's mother was very worried about her daughter's decision to be so focused on wealth.

She had just turned eighteen years old and she decided to get married. Just could continue her studies in the field she was so interested in.

Meanwhile, Relli conveys the testament by her grandfather to her father. He felt doubtful about his decision to marry.

"I'm getting married. There's no other way," Relli dropped her body on the sofa where her father was sitting.

"What do you mean?" Mr. Raharja was confused by Relli's words.

"I've met Kevin. He has read the letter and the tastement been given when Relli gets married," he said.

"Hahaha... Papa's boy will getting married? Unbelievable! Forget about the inheritance, you can make money in other ways."

"Married..., do you think marriage is just a joke?" Papi said his opinion again.

"Isn't it all because of this old man in front of me?!" Relli blamed his father.

"If you wanted to pay my credit card bill, I certainly wouldn't be like this," Relli answered annoyed.

"I means, you try to work with your own hard work. Instead, looking for a solution with grandfather's inheritance."

"How is it possible that working people can earn five hundred million in one week?" Denies Relli.

"Well... you know that. How could that be! So you asked me for money, where did five hundred million come from? Have you ever thought about it?" replied Relli's father, who didn't want to lose.

"Okay, if that is the case. I will marry that crazy girl and become an even crazier child," said Relli curtly.

Mr. Raharja who saw that face, then remembered his late father's face, which was so similar to Relli. They are both really handsome and are female idols.

The visible difference is the way of fighting for life. Relly's grandfather is very hardworking and much disciplined, while his grandson is very lazy about working. At his mature age, he still likes to play and far from responsible people.

Relli's father admitted that he had taken, the wrong step in educating his son. From childhood, Relli was spoiled with wealth. Relli's mother chose to divorce because she was unhappy with this marriage.

This makes Mr. Raharja feel guilty and always doesn't have the heart for his son. It turns out that the results of him upbringing were wrong and actually turned Relli into a spoiled child.

"Okay, just get married. Your wife is not my responsibility. It's yours, you're really a man now, just carry on..." replied Papa to encourage Relli.

"Dad, please don't joke. You know that you haven't paid my card bill," replied Relli curtly.

"You have to learn to make money, not spend money. Already a student and should have graduated, you still asks his father. It's embarrassing," Relli's dad, scolded.

"You should have been wiser, by telling us the plan first. So I can prepare with my finances."

"You're ready. You can only make excuses. Many men in your age, already support themselves and even their girlfriends. Meanwhile, you still treat girls to meals with my money."

"That all wrong, I never conquered a woman with wealth. They even rented a hotel just to be able to date me," Relli answered proudly.

"Wow... really. Then you just ask them for money, to pay off your bill," Mr. Raharja suggested while laughing out loud.

"This is the first time, a parent fell proud. About their son, gets money from selling themselves," Relli exhaled, holding back annoyance.

The father and son's debate stopped, when they heard that Kevin was visiting and wanted to meet Relli. Mr. Raharja welcomed Kevin very well and invited him in.

"Haven't been to this house in a long time? Don't you miss your uncle?" said Relli's father.

"I am is busy with my work, Uncle. I'm sorry..." answered Kevin, walking closer and hugging him.

"I've heard it from Relli. I hope this problem doesn't bother you." Papa said.

"It is my job and responsibility, Uncle. Sorry if this is a big problem for this family," said Kevin.

Relli, who heard the conversation, felt insulted by all the sentences Kevin said. This little friend has been independent since the first semester of college.

Kevin has entered the world of law directly, even though he is still studying at university. Now he has graduated with satisfactory results and successfully joined his family business.

"It's normal, don't brag about your work. I am who is unemployed, will not be able to match you, Mr. Lawyer."

"Relli, watch your attitude. Kevin's family has been our friends for a long time, this brotherly relationship has been tied since our ancestors. Learn to respect other people," Papa didn't like Relli's attitude.

"Don't worry, Uncle. We never really got along. If we don't fight, it will seem strange," answered Kevin jokingly.

Kevin then explained the purpose of his visit. In accordance with the existing will, he had to explain in detail to Relli's father.

"I understand, it all depends on Relli's decision. After all, he will be the one who through all this," answered Papa wisely.

"Thank you because Uncle has so much confidence in our company. I promise to handle this case well," answered Kevin, relieved that Mr. Raharja did not object to the contents of the will.

The testament was made a long time ago. But, waiting for Relli to be old enough to read it. So, Kevin is responsible for handling it. Moreover, Relli had asked about this inheritance.

"May I, know who Relli's future wife is?"

"Of course, Uncle. She is Litahayu Supraja," answered Kevin.

"Litahayu Supraja..., wait a minute. Is she Linda Supraja's daughter??!" Mr. Raharja was surprised to hear that name.
