Farah could only walk while continuing to imagine how just a few minutes ago Kairo had said something so painful.
"I know I'm just a wife who's being used. But you can't do that. Just be polite with me. Why must Cairo be so arrogant with me? Astaghfirullah hal adzim," Farah snorted in annoyance. Her heart really hurt. This was the first time she felt such pain.
"Okay, this time I won't be friendly with mas Kairo anymore," she said firmly as she walked to her mother's room.
Her phone rang loudly when she reached her mother's room.
"Hello? Ms. Salsa?"
"Tomorrow night you will be ready. Because Cairo will come to the house. Don't make him angry. Do what he wants," said salsa firmly on the other side.
"Oh, I see you're good," Farah said with a thud.
"I've already spent a lot of money. So don't let me down," after that. The call was disconnected.
Farah was now left staring blankly.
"Farah? Farah?" called Salamah quite loudly.
"Hey! Farah!"
"Uh, yes ma'am, what's wrong?" Farah looked shocked to see her mother's face.
"Why are you daydreaming?"
"It's okay mom. I just had some work to do at the shop," Farah lied.
"Who's Ms. Farah, your boss at the shop?"
"Yes ma'am, Ms. Farah is my boss at the shop," Farah replied quickly. She really felt guilty for lying to her mother so many times.
She even worked in a clothing store, which was also a lie from Farah.

"Duh how is this? Kairo is coming here soon, what should I do?" Farah looked confused while sweeping the living room.
"Huh, everything is already done. I've swept all the rooms. Now what?" asked Farah, scratching her head that wasn't itchy.
The sound of a car could be heard. Farah immediately looked out the window. Her clear eyes widened in surprise.
"Duh, what to do? What should I do? Is my outfit right yet?" she asked with a pounding heart.
Knock knock knock
Farah immediately opened it. This time she didn't smile at Kairo for fear of being ignored.
Farah just bowed respectfully and then gave her hand to kiss her husband's hand.
Cairo was silent. He even looked confused. Because he never did that with Salsa either.
"There's no need for that kind of event," Cairo said curtly.
He then passed Fatah and sat on the living room sofa.
"Geez, how could I be ignored again. I just want to be a solehah wife," Farah said in her heart with annoyance. She even wanted to smack Kairo on the head.
"Make me some coffee, with more sugar," Cairo said firmly.
"Oh, yes good sir," said Farah quickly going to the kitchen.
"Duh, where's the coffee? I've never made coffee while living here. Is there any coffee?" Farah was confused while continuing to open several kitchen cabinets.
"Well here it is! It turns out that Ms. Salsa has prepared coffee too," said Farah with relief.
She immediately made coffee for Kairo. The tray containing the coffee cup was now carried by Farah to the living room.
"Here's the coffee," Farah said as patiently as she could.
Cairo looked at the coffee on his table skeptically. He then sipped it slowly.
"I already told you. There's a lot of sugar. I don't like bitter coffee," Cairo said with a stern face.
"I'll get the sugar then," Farah quickly grabbed the sugar box from the kitchen.
"Is this how much sugar you have?" asked Salsa while showing the spoon filled with sugar.
Kairo just nodded and watched as Farah stirred the contents of the cup.
"Please drink," Farah took the cup and gave it to Cairo.
"Is it sweet enough?" asked Farah curiously.
"Heh, it's too sweet," Kairo replied sardonically.
Farah's face pouted. Kairo caught a glimpse of it and it made Kairo laugh in his heart.
"I want to take a warm bath. You prepare everything," Cairo said firmly.
"Yes, good sir," Farah quickly went to the bathroom.
"Duh, that's terrible. I can't even make coffee. Mas Cairo looked angry. What do I do? I'll get angry with Ms. Salsa," Farah said as she filled the tub with hot water and then filled it again with pool water.
"I think this is warm enough," Farah said and went outside.
Farah was at a loss as to what to do. Finally, she made fried bananas for Cairo. This was actually Farah's favorite. But she hoped Cairo would like to eat her fried bananas.
"Instead of being confused about what to do, let's just cook fried bananas," said Farah while draining the cooked fried bananas.
"Farah?" called Cairo loudly.
The girl who was still wearing the square headscarf immediately turned off the stove quickly.
"Duh, I'm patient with you, Kairo," said Farah as she walked hurriedly to her room.
"Farah?"
"Yes mas, yes," said Farah and now saw Kairo who had just taken a shower wrapped in a towel.
"Astaghfirullah hal adzim," Farah immediately looked down.
"What's wrong? That's really weird. I'm wearing a towel," Cairo said with annoyance.
"Sorry, why did you call me earlier?" asked Farah softly.
"Where are my clothes? I looked in the closet and it's not there."
"Duh, where are they? Didn't you bring any clothes here?"
"Why are you even asking me back? Salsa said everything was already prepared in this house," Kairo said firmly.
"Yes, I'll look for it," said Farah, quickly opening the closet and seeing a bag in the corner.
She opened it quickly and took Cairo's clothes. She gave a pair of costume clothes to Cairo.
"Here you go," Kairo quickly took it from Farah's hand. Farah now quickly left the room to head to the kitchen.
"Heh, you already found clothes and didn't say thank you again. How annoying," Farah said as she arranged the fried bananas onto a white plate.
She sat on a kitchen chair and ate one fried banana.
"Hem, delicious," Farah chewed happily.
"What's that?" asked Kairo, who was suddenly behind Farah.
"Uh, do you want some fried bananas?" Farah immediately stood up and took the plate of fried bananas.
"No, I'm tired. I'm just going to my room," Kairo replied quickly and turned to go to his room.
"Dih, what a strange person," Farah said with annoyance.
She sat down again and ate her fried banana while looking at her phone screen. There was an incoming message from Salsa.
(Has Cairo come to the room?)
(Yes, ma'am)
(Yes, you already came in)
"Huh? What do you think? What should I reply?" Asked Farah in confusion.
(Farah? Why don't you answer?)
(Yes, I'm going to the room now)
Farah quickly put down her cell phone and washed her hands. Then went to the room.
