Chapter 2 Electric Shock

"Get out of my face, weirdo." Danny spat, and Natalie's ego crashed as Tiger bursted out into laughter completely. with Tiger, and the girls followed as he left her there.

He just left her on standing, a whole big her!

" Told you he wouldn't answer." Venessa mocked and giggled.

" It was all revealed before." Riley added in a more mocking tone, and Venessa and her both laughed and walked away.

Natalie got herself back, then she smirked heavily and followed them too.

" Come back here, you mutts." She sneered after them.

♠RESTROOM♠

April had left Silvia after dragging her out, and she had been following April and tried calming her down, but she totally refused as she kept going.

She left Silvia and went into the restroom, closing the door behind her as she leaned on it and sighed with her eyes closed.

" April, come out. You can't be like this now." She said in front of the door, but April said nothing.

" Meet me later then, I have science class." Silvia added and left, and that was when April opened her eyes. There was a mirror in front of her, and her reflection was staring back.

She left the door and walked closer to the mirror, and noticed that food was still on her face.

She wiped it off with a handkerchief she brought out, and she dumped it on the ground when she was done.

She arranged her hair too using her fingers, but she suddenly slowed down confusedly on seeing something grey in her hair, and she pulled it up.

Her eyes widened as she was shocked to find out it was her own hair.

The grey colour had now spread to the whole back of her hair.

" What the f..." She closed her mouth so she won't scream, and began touching the whole back, still seeing it was still her hair.

" How did this happen!" She yelled unbelievably at the reflection, then she began staring in thought.

" So Silvia was right? But how do I cover this? My hair wasn't like this before!" She panicked as she held her hair.

She puffed out a sigh and looked away from the mirror, pacing around the restroom.

" I have to cover this. No one can see me like this. Something is wrong with me." She panicked in her mind, and suddenly remembered that her yellow raincoat had a cap attached to it like a hoodie.

She grabbed the cap of the raincoat and wore it completely as she tucked in the hair that was left, and fastened the ropes. She looked at herself in the mirror.

" Good. No one can ever see this." She said and came out of the restroom like that, going to her class.

April got to class after two minutes, and she met students seated already with the teacher scribbling notes on the board.

She rushed to her seat at the back, feeling lucky that no one made jest of her raincoat, and she sat in the middle of a seat with someone else.

Natalie came in almost immediately April entered, and smirked when she saw April from afar. She was also in April's class.

She walked straight to April, and saw that the space left was too small for her to sit on.

" Scoot off, loser." She ordered April arrogantly.

" But it's too small for you. It can't fit all three of us, please." April said reasonably, but Natalie went ahead to sit there.

" Of course it can." She said sarcastically, and used her strength to push herself into the seat, squeezing in April tightly in the middle. The other person wasn't disturbed.

" Prepare to see hell, nitwit." Natalie whispered into her ear and knowingly stepped on April's foot, and April yelped as she bit her tongue to quickly shut herself up, making the teacher look back.

" Is everything alright back there?" The teacher asked.

" Yes Miss Clarence." Natalie nodded with a fake smile, and April kept her face in the abnormal way it was as the teacher faced the board again.

Natalie killed the smile and stepped on her foot again. April almost wounded her tongue while biting so she won't scream, and Natalie squeezed her more into the seat.

If she reported, it would be useless because Natalie would deny it and beat her up later, so she was taking it all in.

Natalie squished April's foot to the ground, literally crushing it as April felt hell indeed.

Oh, if only she could crush her back the same way too.

She kept on crushing April's foot non-stop, and April moved her eyes uneasily as she twitched in a silly way, trying not to scream.

And when she suddenly grabbed her hand to press it against the seat and crush it too, that was when she had it.

She partially didn't know what she was doing, but she stood up immediately, and the electric energy in her body surged through her hand, literally shocking Natalie as she let go of her and staggered out of the seat.

" Ouch! What'd you do?" Natalie shouted at April as she got on her feet, and everyone in class turned to them.

They were both currently standing.

" Natalie? What's the problem?" Miss Clarence asked.

" She is! She did someth... I don't know, I think she shocked me or..." Natalie grabbed April's hand to see if something was there, but April was still agitated, so the electric energy activated again and shocked her.

" Aaarrrgh!!" She shouted as she let go of April, and April stared at Natalie confusedly along with others.

Or why was she acting like that all of a sudden?

" Miss Natalie, you're disrupting the class with your silly game. Would you mind exhibiting it outside, or sharing seats with someone else?" Miss Clarence said.

" But... Miss..." Natalie stuttered.

" You heard what I said." She repeated, and Natalie scoffed annoyingly.

She glared at April, and knowingly sat in front of a seat just right beside her again, and everyone faced their fronts while April kept standing.

" I'll kill you, whatever you're doing." She mouthed to April, and April found herself trembling when she tried to sit down again.

" I'm outta here." She muttered, and walked out of the class swiftly.

♣HALLWAY♣

April later got her bag from where Natalie had thrown it earlier, and she was currently carrying it on her shoulder as she walked clumsily in the hallway in thoughts of her hair, and clumsily because of her hurting foot.

" But, why did she do like that when she touched my hand? Was it me? Or just her?" She questioned loudly, and looked down to stare at her hands without looking front.

Unfortunately, she failed to see Danny Super and a group of flirting girls right in front of her, and as she came closer, the expected happened.

She bumped right into him, and they both fell as they tumbled on the ground, rolling over each other.

The rough rolling caused the ropes of April's hoodie to loosen, and Danny had landed on his back while April was on top of him.

Her eyes were closed throughout, and Danny lifted up his head a little to see her face. She opened her eyes to see her hands on his chest, and his arms were wrapped around her waist.

Her eyes widened as they stared at each other speechlessly, and the cap on her head came off suddenly as it exposed her hair completely...

April's eyes became wide naked as she felt the cap loosen off her head, and her hair came free and fell down to both sides of her shoulders.

" Freak! Freak!"

" Oh my... Grey..."

" What's this? A witch in our school?"

" Witch! Grey witch!"

" Look how long it is..."

The students commented endlessly at her hair, and April felt her heart rate beating faster as she remained in that position.

Her eyes turned electric blue colour immediately, but Danny was too lost staring at her naturally grey hair to notice.

Her whole hair had transformed grey completely while it was covered in the hoodie. No single strand of brown hair was left there anymore.

Danny's good conscience seized for a moment as he darted his eyes from her hair to her own eyes.

Really, her eyes were... Electrifyingly gorgeous.

He stared longer than his mindset could take, and as he did, he felt his heartbeat getting louder and faster too.

April suddenly started panting and stood away from him as she dusted off her body and shifted back with a worried look. She began to receive jeers from the booing students and she faced the ground shamefully.

Danny stood up too and noticed the worried look on her face.

She bravely looked up to take a glance at him shortly, and as soon as their eyes met, she folded her arms protectively around herself and literally ran off across the hallway.

Students had long gotten their phones and captured every scene of the moment, and chattered as they uploaded it to the media.

Tiger suddenly came rushing down the hallway towards Danny, and Danny faced him without blinking.

" Hey, you've got some modelling activity scheduled since five minutes ago from that SPLASH agency. You're late." Tiger panted as he packed his hair, and that was when he stopped to notice Danny's surprised state.

He looked around him so swiftly too, seeing the students murmuring in active chatter and holding their phones across the hallway.

" You're okay? What happened here? Did I miss anything?" He asked, but Danny ignored the question and walked away.

" Hey, wait for me Danny!"

Meanwhile, April couldn't bring herself to even hide as the news spread among the students faster than wildfire, and she kept panting as a result of fear as she bowed and walked amidst the students.

They were either laughing, calling mean names, making fun of her hair or gossiping loudly about her.

The pressure was just too much for her all at once. She couldn't even lift up her head to see one student's face, butterflies would eat up her intestines immediately. She was panicking.

Her panting even got louder while walking as she held her chest slowly and walked through it all, feeling like it would explode in its cage soon.

Her agitatedness and uneasiness built enough pressure in her body to call out the force that dwelled in her body again, and she suddenly felt her hands shaking than usual.

She lifted up her hands, but before she could see the electric force that was in them...

She got pulled into a corner by someone, and the electric force around it dissipated immediately, making it seem like an imagination in her head as she beheld who rescued her.

" Oh, Silvia..." April almost bursted into tears while looking at her, but Silvia was staring at something back in return. Her grey hair, and her blue, electric eyes.

" Wha... How.. When... What!" Silvia exclaimed, but April could only cry back in response.

" I need help." She cried and buried her face on Silvia's shoulder, hugging her as she began crying from there.

Silvia broke the hug reluctantly and made April face her at once.

" What's all this? How'd this even happen? What's ... Should I still ask who you even are? Your eyes, your hair... What's happening to you!" Silvia questioned all at once.

" I don't know! I don't know, okay? I think everyone has seen my grey hair part, and they're currently talking about it and making fun of... I just don't know what exactly's wrong with me, I literally don't know..." She cried and held her own hair, then Silvia brought out her phone.

" No, you don't get it. Take a look at yourself." Silvia held out the phone screen to her face.

April collected it while staring at her, and she looked down slowly at the phone.

Her expression was so blank when she saw her reflection. She wasn't thinking at all, just so shocked to even react at her own self.

Silvia collected the phone from her, but April didn't move as she kept staring into space, traumatized at the realization she can't even give a logical explanation of her own eyes and hair.

" April, so what's going on? What's with the... Everything?" Silvia gestured at her whole look, and that was when April slowly looked up with her traumatized face.

" Oh Father Lord.." she felt her last words roll off her lips before fainting, and Silvia panicked as she quickly held her from falling and injuring herself.

" April!" She shouted and lifted her back to her feet, and April opened up her eyes again.

"So... Everyone saw me like this?" She asked still shocked, and Silvia made her stand upright on her own.

" Just, please don't faint and fall again." She warned, and they both heard something behind them, and turned back instantly.

Something like metal fell far away from them, and they turned sharply to see that it was an axe, and someone stood behind it. No, three people.

The Big Guns.

Natalie picked up the axe, and Venessa and Riley stood behind her, each held a toy gun just to scare their main target.

But the axe was real.

" If there was one rule I never told you in your life..." Natalie began, taking slow strides towards April who stood rooted to her spot as Silvia shifted backwards slowly, not taking her eyes off.

April gulped nothing down her throat at that moment.

"... Is to never ... Ever... Come close to my boyfriend, Danny Super!" She seethed as she lifted the axe sky high at April, just to scare her as April closed her eyes and fists madly tight to the electric force in her body.

She released her palms and held the two walls by her sides as she expected the hell of an axe to descend upon her in the next flying seconds, but suddenly, an electric blue wave of energy surged from herself to the walls, and came rushing towards Natalie.

It shocked her alongside with the axe, and Natalie let go of the axe into the air over April as she staggered back violently into her associates' arms, and Silvia swiftly pulled April back before the axe could land down on her.

It pulled back down into gravity and chipped the bare floor tiles hard before resting.

Natalie held her head insanely as she felt it spin around, and April and Silvia ran away from there immediately before she could get conscious again.
