Chapter 5 Five

The Omega was lost in thoughts on how her life was like, before she even came across the shadow lake pack.(Earlier Years)"Ugh!" Isabella slapped her forehead for the umpteenth time that day.Tyler, the alpha's son had brought home another conquest for the night. The alpha and the Luna couldn't find out, that was why Isabella had to endure and keep his secret. Plus she had a secret of her own that no one could ever find out.She was in love with Tyler.It all started when they were 16, Tyler just got his wolf and wanted to transform, so he stripped.

Isabella couldn't help but notice how ripped he was, slowly from there, her feelings became genuine, an upgrade from the list she initially felt.As she couldn't take the noise again, she walked to Tyler's room, knocked on the door.The door opened almost immediately, and there stood Tyler, wearing nothing but a pair of boxers. Isabella felt her cheeks heat up at the sight of him. She tried to compose herself as she spoke."Tyler, can we talk?" she asked, trying to keep her voice steady.He just nodded and stepped aside, letting her in. Isabella walked into the room, avoiding looking at the bed where the girl from earlier was still sleeping. She took a deep breath and turned to face Tyler."You can't keep doing this, Tyler," she said, her voice soft but firm. "You know that your father and the Luna won't tolerate it if they find out."Tyler just shrugged, a cocky grin on his face. "Relax, Rach, I've got it all under control."Isabella rolled her eyes. "That's what you always say, but one of these days, you're going to get caught. And I won't be able to protect you anymore."Tyler sighed and took a few steps towards her, stopping in front of her."Rach." He put a hand on her shoulder. He was so close to her, she could almost feel his warmth. "I know what I'm doing. And I know it's not always about me."His face was so close to hers, she could feel his breath on her face. She looked up at him, and he leaned down.Their lips almost met before Tyler pulled away."I'm really sorry Rach, I know I'm being an idiot." He looked deep into her eyes. "But you're the only one who can keep me sane."Isabella smiled to cover up her flustered face. "I know. But you're going to have to find another way to cope."Tyler smirked and suddenly Isabella felt hot."You know what? Do your thing, I'll keep out of your way." She ran from his door like her skirt was on fire."Thanks Rach, you're the best." He called after her before closing the door."Where were we?" He pounced on the girl that was quietly waiting on his bed as she giggled.Isabella closed her doors, putting her hand on her chest to stop her racing heart.No matter how much she tried to deny it, she wished that little teasing was real, she wished she could relish in the feeling of having Tyler all to herself, but she couldn't. All she could relish was the feel of his breath on her skin, from afar."Isabella? Tyler? We're home!" Alpha and Luna called out, going straight for her room.Her eyes widened, she knew it, that one day Tyler would get caught and it seemed to be that day. She thought of what to do and nothing came to mind.I'm the end, she resulted to sitting on her bed, pretending to read a book, while secretly hoping they would catch Tyler, just so his nightly rendezvous would stop and she could finally have some peace."Oh hey honey, where's Tyler?" The Luna asked, popping her head through Isabella's door."Luna!" She faked her enthusiasm, "I'm sure he's in the room, probably doing boys stuff." Luna Dennis chuckled but nodded."I'll leave you to your book then." Dennis moved to close the door, but at that moment Isabella could hear Tyler trying to break his girl of the night out. So, to keep her word, she decided to stall the Luna."Luna Dennis!" She called out, startling the unsuspecting Luna."What is it Isabella?""Can we talk please?" Dennis's heart beat with joy.Ever since she took Isabella in, she had been longing for the time the girl would consider her a mother figure indeed and talk to her about all her worries. Tyler became her least worry when Isabella spoke those words."Of course darling, anytime." She fully moved into the room and closed the door behind her.She sat in the bed with Isabella, holding her hands in hers, silently urging her to speak her mind."What is the problem?" Dennis asked in a soft tone."It's not a problem, I'm just having issues taking someone off if my mind." Isabella confessed. It was actually different from what she wanted to say, but her heart was so full that she needed someone to discuss her feelings with.Dennis's eyes glowed with mirth, the girl she thought of as a daughter is finally confining in her.Seeing the Luna's reaction, Isabella quickly changed her words, knowing that the wrong turn would make her confess everything."Not like that, Luna!" She exclaimed, breaking Dennis from her little mental dance."What is it like then?" The Luna questioned with a raised brows."That person is just nasty and I want to teach her a lesson." Isabella concluded, taking her hands out of Dennis's before walking out the room, leaving a dumbfounded Luna staring at her back."What?" The Luna whispered."You there!" Isabella called out to the figure sneaking away.She knew the route Tyler often took his girls, ams she knew if she didn't take action, she wouldn't get what she wanted.The fury in her eyes was quite noticeable, the girl shivered."If you ever walk in the direction of Tyler, or even looked at him, I will find you and kill you, got it?" With a grave tone, Isabella delivered her message, looking straight into the girl's eyes.Shocked to be threatened and unable to find her words, the girl nodded.Isabella smirked.That was a phase in her life. With a deep sigh, Isabella looked around her room, for the first time she felt lonely and began to curse out the rogues that killed her parents.
