Chapter 4 I will marry you

"Mr. Dempsey it's ok if you're not interested in the money...I will transfer it all to the orphanage" The lawyer said making Paco sign in frustration...he was confused, he just don't know what to choose..he loves Andan so much, but he also wants to be rich ... that's always been his dream.

"I will marry her...I love her" Paco said making it sound like he got married out of love.....Maddy stared at him in shock..she was supposed to be happy that the man she loves also feel the same towards her but she did not want to rejoice early.

"Great ...after the wedding be expecting me," The lawyer said before bidding them goodbye and he left.

"Paco ....what did you just say now?" Maddy asked curiously.

"I said I love you....and I mean it" He repeated causing Maddy to hug him tightly...

"Thanks, Paco ...I love you a lot," Maddy said in happiness...Paco is the most caring and honest person she knows and she is sure her dad had also seen that in him.

"We will organize the wedding together yes?" She asked with a smile and Paco nodded...she moved forward and claimed his lips ...Paco felt odd, the only lady he ever kissed and wished to kiss again was Andan ...he felt like crying now, he just betrayed the love of his life, how is he going to face her?.

He kissed her back before breaking the kiss.

"What type of wedding are we organizing?" He asked trying to change the awkward moment.

"A very big one of course... it's a Spark wedding, so it has to be a blast and also a way to show the Korina family that they didn't break us" Maddy said sadly...she hated that family and anyone who is a part of her life must hate them as well.

"Whatever you want," paco said with a fake smile.

It was already 7 years...Paco was not back and Mary just disappeared one night...

Andan has a beautiful baby girl ...she is so pretty that she disguises herself sometimes just so that she could look less pretty...she was not just pretty, she was rude and arrogant and also protective of anyone who dare hurt her mom ....she was no other than Michel Iana.

"Mom they are here...please cover me up" The little girl ran towards Andan and hid inside the little kitchen when some men with sticks approached the mansion.

"Where is that little brat ?" One of the men scolded.

"Uhm...excuse me, who are you talking about?" Andan asked in a pretentious tone..she is getting tired already of her daughter always causing trouble and running home to hide.

"Stop pretending...where is that little thing you call a daughter?" The man scolded again angrily.

"Andan stop protecting that daughter of yours when she causes trouble...she ran down the next street" Mami walked towards them while saying.

"Thanks, Mami...you have good training," They said before running down the other street to search for the girl.

"Grandma, are you an ex-actress or what? You nailed it " Michel said before walking out of her hideout.

"Why do you always cause trouble for us? What did you do this time around" Andan asked pretending to be angry.

"Nothing..the man is a cheat, they tried stealing from the man at the shop town street so I just reported them," Michelle said and scoffed.

"Can you be a lady for once Mich?" Andan pouted before walking away.

"What? Am being the man of the house" She yelled from behind.

"Ok man of the house let's go in," Mami said but Mich refused to leave...instead she sat down.

"Mami ... Mom says my dad will come one day so am waiting for him in case he shows up," She said causing Mami to frown...Mich has been doing this same activity for years already..she always sits out and waits for her dad.

"Do you think your dad will be happy seeing that you are outside in the cold?" Mami asked trying to convince her to come in.

"Just say you want me to go in...what's the use of using that same phrase for years" she scoffed and walked in before Mami followed from behind.

They all had dinner and decided to sleep early..but Andan sat beside the window staring outside.

Mami walked towards her.

"Andan " She called out and Andan faced her with a smile.

"Why are you not asleep Mami?" She asked.

"Andan are you still thinking about Paco? " Mami asked sadly.

"Mami I just can't help but think about him...is he ok? Did something bad happen to him? And Mary she just went missing one night and has never returned, she left a letter saying she is very ok" Andan cried out.

"Do you want to know what happened to your mom?" Mami asked and Andan nodded...she turned and spied towards Mich who was already deeply asleep.

"Your mom fell in love with a rich guy ...they were so in love and even made a mistake and have a baby, I had warned your mom about that man because the first day I met him, he wore a wedding ring and I had also seen him with his family on TV, your mom did not trust me....she got pregnant at that young age and later discovered about him being married, but the man pushed her away claiming not to know her ...she left home all those months, she was ashamed to face me ..it was doing her 8months of pregnancy that I saw her standing outside the hurt under the heavy rain in tears...she was on her knees...she cried and pleaded for apology, I did apologize her till the day she went to labor, she was too weak to continue after giving birth to you ...before she died she had just one wish....

"Please advise my daughter a thousand times than what you did to me so that she won't commit my same mistake, and even if she does commit the same mistake..let her learn to stand up"

Mami explained everything and Andan cried more...she had ignored her grandma's advises, but she believe Paco loves her so much and will be back one day.

Tears rolled down the cheeks of the supposed sleeping Mich...she has been eavesdropping on the conversation all along, has her dad abandoned her and her mom? Or will he be back?

"Men are all scums...mom, I will protect you always" She thought angrily.

Paco and Maddy had made the Spark company grow and are soon going to be the top in the world seconded by the Korina family their blood rival.

Maddy had a cute little boy ..he looked messy and cool, and maids refer to him as the heir, he was just 5 years old but was quite naughty and caused a lot of trouble at home.

"Dani come over to mommy," Maddy said while opening her arms widely for the little guy to come but he refused to approach her...she took out 5 dollars from her purse and pointed it to the kid ..he smiled then ran towards her.

"Mom.." he called out then hugged her ..Maddy laughed at how cute the baby was.

"How have you been?" She asked before giving him a peck on his cheek and carrying him up...

Paco walked in with some security guards...he was dressed in a complete suit set.

"Honey " Maddy called out before approaching him, he gave her a half smile before pecking her lips and doing same to the baby.

"Am tired, I will go rest" Paco said before walking upstairs.

"Won't you have dinner first?" Maddy asked in a worried tone.

"No, am not hungry," He said without staring at her and went straight to his room ...

"Why does he keep treating me like it's our first time meeting?" Maddy thought sadly..she felt like his heart and mind were not with her, just his body was hers.
