Chapter 4 Emily and Prince Kendrew

Emily kept her mouth shut after dropping her aunt's water jar; she held her head wondering how her aunt will receive the information about her precious vessel being broken. The poor girl weakly bent down and started trying to pick up the pieces of the jar trying to connect them together with when she heard the sound of someone swimming in the water. Emily was shocked and turned to see who it was, she saw a young man diving in the water, coming to land, and she followed him and stood on land angrily while holding her waist.

"I'm waiting for you to pay me my aunt's jar because it was you who caused me to drop it and break it" she told the young man angrily while holding her waist.

"I grabbed that jar of yours and broke it!?" Kendrew asked, coming out of the river by swimming. He stretched out his hand to Emily, asking for help to be pulled up, Emily looked at him for a few seconds, letting the boy swim in the water, and then she stretched out her hand to the side of his neck and pulled him up and pushed him to dry land.

"Don't you know the swimming area that you came to swim here, when you know that it is a place for people to fetch water for home use and it is not allowed?"

"Water is water and I swim wherever, there is no one to touch me, what are you saying, koh koh koh!!" Kendrew coughed and spat water while sitting on the ground soaking wet in his female clothes.

"But he's a man hahaha, he's wearing women's clothes, you must have been found there when you came out" Emily laughed at the angry boy who got up and approached the girl very close, looking at each other face to face, eye to eye.

"Do you know who I am?" he asked her

"As far as I know you are a young man who used to swim in the water just now"

"I'm a Prince, have a little bit of respect, I've come from the king's palace and my father is King Sebastian of this whole country of WESLAT, so I'll do something bad if you don't look after yourself, girl" Kendrew spoke angrily, rolling his eyes at Emily, who in turn approached the young man closer.

"And you know who I am? I am Emily, a girl who is not afraid of anything and is not intimidated by anything. I believe in myself and accept myself no matter who you are. I am not afraid since when does a prince come here to swim for the poor like us? stop bragging and boasting about qualities that are not yours, the prince is in the beautiful palace of the king, swimming in a pool of clean and cold water with beautiful flowers in it, a king cannot come here in the river to swim in the water of the river like ordinary citizens" Emily also flowed

"Who do you really think you are, a woman to answer me like this?" Kendrew was caught angry, wishing he could grind Emily's teeth while looking into the face of the young lady who was answering him as she felt

"Emily!" one of her girlfriend who came to the river to fetch water called her while she was standing with the boy and they were sizing each other's muscles

"Hey??!" Emily turned and looked at her friend,

"Have you heard the news that Prince Kendrew is missing in the king's palace, it is not known where he is, so the soldiers in the city are looking for him by order of the king" Emily's friend told her when Kendrew turned around lest he be discovered by the two girls that he is the prince Kendrew who is wanted. He started to leave the area little by little but he was very angry with that girl Emily.

"I haven't heard anything my friend." Emily answered her friend

"Who is that woman you were talking to?"

"I don't even know him, and he's not a woman, he's a man wearing women's clothes. I don't know who he is but he says he's a prince, I don't know. He was threatening me here, he's caused me to break my aunt's jar, what will I tell her? I don't know how to approach my aunt aah" Emily complained sitting down

"It is possible that he is really the prince, Emily. Let's go and look at him, maybe we will win a rich gift from the king that was announced"

"Mh, if it was him, he wouldn't wear women's clothes and why would he follow in the valleys of the river?" Emily replied her friend who remained looking at the young man to see if he will see him but he did not see him again, he had already left their sight.

"Your right, it's not him" her friend answered and went back to Emily and started to help her pick up the pieces of the broken jar and gather them together. Emily was really sad thinking how she would be received by her aunt Eliza who is very strict.

King Sebastian was inside his palace while in the royal council looking down because it was upstairs, General Mathew his main bodyguard followed him and bowed his head (respectful greeting)

"Long live your majesty king"

"Where is Kendrew?"

"They are still looking for His Highness the prince"

"If the sun sets and my boy is not found, then consider yourself unemployed. Mathew, you will no longer be useful to me."

"I will not allow that to happen, Your Highness the king" the general answered and the king turned and looked in the other direction

"Father!" prince Pascal called his father

"Talk Pascal I don't have enough time"

"I feel like Kendrew is not lost, but has left the palace on purpose because of following his girlfriend after you called us and told us about getting married"

"Are you sure of what you are saying, who is that girl and of what status? do you know her, I am the one who will find girls of your status, girls from royal families are the ones you will marry and not the other way around"

"I also tell them that word and repeat it every day but no one understands me except Henry, not Pascal or his colleague Kendrew. They think they have the final decisions than me, their mother and you their father" His mother, Queen Zoe, answered, Queen Zoe came in holding her husband king Sebastian on the shoulder while looking at their boy together

"But father and mother, I love Cynthia and she is the only girl I want to marry"

"Cynthia is only the daughter of the Prime Minister and not a girl from the royal family that will not be possible. Not ever" his mother replied.

"Your mother's word is my word, I will not speak again"

The king spoke and left slowly

"Listen to your father Pascal" Queen Zoe told her boy and left him, Pascal looked at his two parents when they were leaving and then he punched the wall in anger...

On the other side in the great forest that surrounds the land of WESLAT in a cave in the middle of the forest a young man on a horse, brakes outside the cave in the middle of the forest and gets off the horse and runs into the cave inside with lights and fires burning everywhere with pirates camped out, rebels and a criminal gang based in the forest.

"Prince" he called his leader as he entered

"What news is there, where you're from?" he asked

"The prince is lost in the castle, it is believed that he has escaped, he must be among the citizens"

"Very good news, make sure you look for him and find him before the king's soldiers do"

"Okay great!" they responded and scattered at the same time...
