Seeing she was calm now, he covered her with quilt again when she held his wrist with her sweaty palms. He stared at her sleeping face and thier connected hands.
He wanted to be a gentleman and sleep on the couch but now she was holding his wrist and stopping him from going to lay back on the couch.
But now he had no choice but to lay on the bed with her as she refused to let go. That also gave him the chance to be closer to her.
He gently laid on the bed using his other hand to cover himself and her with the quilt in the bed. Surprisingly, she snuggled closer to his body seeking for comfort.
He liked the warmth from her soft skin against his body and then he put his arm over her tiny waist pulling her closer to him resting his chin atop of her soft hair.

When it was morning as the bright light emmited through the window, he was the first to wake up. He had slept peacefully for the very first time.
He pulled back and stared at her sleeping face, her eyes were closed as her long lashes rested on her chin, her lips were a little parted as she breathed.
Smiling, he kissed her forehead " my angel, seems like you love my body as you're still sleeping unaware with your hands and legs wrapped over me " he said.
And as if Skyler heard what he said, she moved her body a little on the bed, he knew she has already woken up but refused to open her eyes.
Seems like she hadn't noticed that he was sleeping next to her on the same bed, he kept on staring at her. And then the next moment she opened her eyes wide as if she just realized she was not the only one sleeping on the bed.
Skyler then looked up saw a pairs of blue eyes staring back at her with a smile etched on his handsome face. As if that was not enough, he had his hand over her waist and her hands and legs were wrapped over his body.... Oh God !.
" Ahhh " Skyler screamed and tried to push him away from her. This pervert, he had said he would sleep on the couch and let her sleep on his bed.
So why was he sleeping next to her now, Why was he so strong. She wasn't that weak, she was a strong woman who doesn't take shits from anybody.
" Get of me..... You pervert " she said.
" Pervert ? I thought you don't want to let me go" Lucifer said.
Why was his voice so smooth and sweet this morning, he was even looking fresh and handsome this morning as if he had just taken his bath.
Why her voice was not even as sweet as his, she was a mess and her hair was like a bird nest.... How embarassing.
" Just get off me will you " Skyler said already getting annoyed and Lucifer finally let her go.
He sat up on the bed while staring at her, Skyler also sat up on the bed glaring at him.
" Do you think because you own this house you can do whatever you like " she said angrily.
" Hmm I think so, why blame me when you're the one who held my hand last night and wouldn't let me go, do you expect me to stand all night " he said.
" What?? I didn't hold you " Skyler said.
" Yes, you did " Lucifer said and there was a knock on the door.
" Come in " he said getting off the bed.
" Who's that " Skyler asked wanting to know who was knocking on the door.
" My servants " he answered and then the door opened and the three servants walked in with their heads bowed. Skyler recognize the three of them, they were the ones who had helped her sit back on the bed when she had twisted her ankle.
They were none other than Natasha,. Maria and Joan.
" Good morning master Lucas " they greeted at once.
" Hmm " he hummed.
" Shall we prepare your bath " Maria asked.
" Go on " he said to them and they were about to walk towards the bathroom when .....
" Are you three blind to see who is on the bed " he said, his voice calm and hard at the same time.
" We are sorry Master " they said with fear registered in their eyes, they walked close to Skyler who sat on the bed confused with what going on.
" Good morning Mistress " they greeted and hurried to the bathroom as their master was glaring at them.
" Why are you being harsh to them and I'm not your mistress " Skyler said with her arms crossed.
" They are just servants " Lucifer said simply.
" But.... " before she could say anything again the servants already came out of the bathroom with their heads down as always.
" Master your bath is ready " Natasha said this time.
" Hmm, go I'll be there " he said to see them go back to the bathroom.
" Wait..... Are they going to bath you " Skyler asked with eyes wide.
" Yes... Do you prefer to bath me instead " Lucifer said.
" Whaaaat... Just go, cause I need you to give me my phone and let me be on my way home when you're done bathing " Skyler said not looking at him.
" Are you sure you can walk "
" Of course, I'm not that weak to walk "
" Okay, wait for me " Lucifer finally went to bath.
When Lucifer left, Skyler came down from the bed. She was sure she could walk, most missions she had went on she had broken her bone, even dislocated her shoulder.
She then realized that she was still wearing her night gown, now that she thought about it she didn't have any of her clothes to change into.
She can't just wear her night gown going back home " shit " she cursed. Even her clothes she had worn for her last mission was nowhere to be found, she was sure that the clothes must be torn and dirty.
Maybe when Lucas comes out from the bathroom, she will ask him if there's any female clothes she can wear, she then stood by the window which viewed the city below.
Cars were passing on the road, her mind then thought of Mr Ken and Chris, even Maya they must be worried about her.
When she gets home, she'll call Chris and let her know that she is doing okay. Just as she was lost in thoughts she failed to noticed Lucifer who now stood behind her all dressed in his blue fitting suit.
He wondered what she was thinking about that she didn't noticed he was standing right behind her, the red night gown she wore was really sexy on her smooth skin.
Skyler who was lost in thought finally saw Lucifer's reflection through the window and turned around with a gasps " What... You're dressed.... How long have you been standing there " Skyler said inhaling his sweet frangrance which smelled like their favorite ice cream, vanilla.
" Twenty minutes, five seconds " Lucifer said buttoning his suit jacket.
He looked so clean, the suit he wore suited him perfectly as if it was made for him. His black shoes were polished and neat, his hair was combed neatly as some came to fall on his face.
" You need to bath and dress so we can leave " glancing at his wrist watch " we have about forty minutes ".
" Leave ? To where ? "
" Ain't you going home "
" Well yes... I need my phone and I can't go home with only my night dress "
" Don't worry about it... Your phone and clothes will be provided for you when you're done bathing " Lucifer said.
" Thanks "
" Anything for you " he smiled.
Skyler then walked right where he followed to take his bath, when she got to the bathroom. Her eyes widened when she saw how big and wide it was.
The walls were made of glass, even the floor. The bathtub was white and clean, then she noticed that the servants were still waiting in the bathroom, she thought that they had left after bathing Lucas. They had their heads down.
" Uhmm... You don't need to bow for me " Skyler said.
" We are sorry Mistress, we're just following Master's order " Joan finally said.
Skyler rolled her eyes " I'm not your Mistress, you can stop calling me that. You can leave so I can take my bath "
Skyler wasn't comfortable with someone touching her and bathing her, as long as she knew she had been the one bathing herself.
" But Master said we should.... "
" I know but I'll bath myself, you can leave now I'll call you guys when I'm done "
" We'll be waiting outside, the towel is on the shower when you're done " Joan said and they left.
When they were gone, Skyler went to soak herself in the bathtub, it was so refreshing and cool. If it was her bathroom she would have stayed longer in the bath tub but then she need to bath and leave as quick as she can.
While Skyler was bathing, the maids were in the room luckily Lucifer wasn't in the room so they were free to talk.
" Is it just me or Master Lucas is getting harsh on us ever since he brought that girl into the mansion " Natasha said crossing her arms.
" Yeah, I noticed. But to me it seems like she doesn't want to be here " Maria said.
" Who cares, as far as I get to bath him and touch his perfect body I'm okay " Joan said in a dreamy voice.
" Stop dreaming of what can never be yours Joan " Natasha said irritatedly and Maria rolled her eyes.
" Oh my God " Joan suddenly gasped staring at the bed.
" What " Natasha and Maria said together.
" Look " Joan pointed at the bed and Natasha and Maria looked at the bed to see what Joan was pointing at.
They saw Lucas favourite blue t-shirt on the bed " it can't be what I'm thinking right " Joan said.
" Did he want her to put on his T-shirt " Maria said
" Well what does it look like " Natasha said rolling her eyes.
" Aww, he wants her to wear his T-shirt that's so romantic " Joan said.
" Joan please just shut up " Natasha said

When Skyler was done bathing, she took the towel from the shower and wrapped it around her body securely. She hoped that Lucas won't be in the room and he had given the servants her phone and the clothes he said he would give to her.
" I'm done " Skyler said and Joan quickly went to meet her to bring her to the room " Wait, is he still in the room ".
" No Mist.... Miss "
" Okay " Skyler said and went out of the bathroom into the room to see the other two servants.
" Miss, Master Lucas didn't give us any clothes to give you except his T-shirt " Maria said.
" What !!! Are you kidding me " Skyler was dumbfounded.
" We are telling the truth Miss "
" What about my phone "
"....."
Seeing them not saying anything, Skyler pinched the space in her brows and let out a helpless laugh " Where is he " she asked.
" Miss.....Master already left for work " Joan said.
" What the....You can go " Skyler said wanting to be alone.
" Miss would you want something to eat " Joan asked.
" No... I'm not hungry just go " Skyler said, she was really angry now.
" If you need anything, you can just call us "
" I don't think I'll need anything " Skyler said.
" Okay, we will leave now " with that they left closing the door behind them.
As soon as they left, Skyler sat on the bed staring at the neat blue t-shirt ' what did he think he's doing, he had said he would get her clothes and her phone then she can go home finally, did he plan to keep her here in his mansion ' thought Skyler to herself.
Picking the shirt with anger, she saw her phone on top the bed with a white sheet of paper with something written inside it.
" What the...." putting the cloth aside, she took her phone, tapping the power button to see if it was on. Thankfully it was still on and her battery was fully charged, tapping her password she unlocked the phone to see......
70 missed call and 20 text messages from Chris
50 missed call from Mr Ken
25 missed call and 10 text messages from Maya
She checked the date when Chris sent the text message, it was 5 days back " shit " Skyler gasped covering her mouth.
Had she stayed 5 days in the mansion, they must think she was already dead. She needed to leave ASAP, she then pick up the piece of paper on bed to read what was written inside.
' MY ANGEL, I'M SORRY I LEFT WITHOUT TELLING YOU. I WAS DRESSED UP BECAUSE I WAS GOING TO WORK AND THOUGHT YOU WOULD BE DONE BATHING IN SOME FEW MINUTES SO I CAN GET YOU BACK HOME, BUT SEEMS YOU WERE ENJOYING THE BATH, YOU MUST HAVE SEEN YOUR PHONE BY NOW, CALL ME IF YOU WANT TO ASK ANYTHING '
There was a number written at the end of the letter.
" This man must be nut " Skyler said and then dialed the number waiting for Lucifer to pick up.
AT LUCIFER'S OFFICE
Lucifer was typing on his laptop as usual, Jared was out for some meetings in the company. Lucifer had been expecting Skyler's call ever since.
What hasn't she called him by now?
Has she not seen her phone and the letter ?
Was she angry with him and then decided not to call him ?
He hadn't mean to leave her in the mansion, but she had stayed longer in the bath and he had an important meeting in his company.
Not that his company, or the meeting was more important than her, she was the most important person in his life, but then jared can't attend all the meetings all by himself and he would do it faster than Jared.
" My angel, don't be angry with me " he said when he imagined her angry yet adorable face which made him smile.
But then he thought of her wearing his T-shirt and how cute she would be in it, he was sure it was going to be oversized for her as she had a small body.
All of a sudden his face darkened when he remembered the text message from Chris sent to her such as....
' Hey baby girl please pick up the call and let me know you're fine, tell me where you're so I can come and get you my love, I missed you please call me when you see my text , don't forget I love you '
After reading that text, Lucifer didn't read the rest so he wouldn't crush the phone accidentally. Just then his phone rang on the table.
Picking his phone, it was an unknown caller but her knew it was his other half who decided to call him finally.
Picking up the call, he pretended as if he doesn't know who was on the line " Hello, who is this " his voice sweet and calm as usual.
" Don't pretend as if you don't know it's me on the phone " Skyler's voice was hard.
