Chapter 8 EIGHT

Maureen's eyes dilated in shock immediately but she immediately recovered from the shock and pushed him away immediately.

She glared at him for some seconds before giving him a loud slap then followed by a punch in the lips.

Ryder groaned and fell to the ground earning laughter from Stella and Woo Bin.

Maureen pushed Tyler aside and ran into the restroom.

She began washing her face immediately and she held her chest tight then she started scrubbing her lips like some dirt had stained it.

"Aaargh! Damn it! I hate kisses.." She yelled and washed her face one more before she then wiped it off. She then stared at herself in the mirror and forced a smile.

"You are safe Maureen"

"He's not here and he can't get you.." She assured herself and adjusted her clothes well before she walked out.

She walked back to see Yeri sitting with Tyler who didn't even mind her.

Then her eyes caught her headphone which was already broken. She seethed in anger and picked it up.

It was her favourite headphone.

"Ryder.." She groaned and walked up to him before throwing the headphone at him and everyone gasped in surprise.

"Get me a new one, the exact same brand, colour, everything about it.." She snapped and Ryder stood up with a smirk. His lips were bruised as a result of the punch earlier.

"Why, just give me back my headphone!" She yelled and Tyler rolled his eyes.

"I won't.." Ryder replied as he stood in front of her and Yeri scoffed.

"You know your fierce personality makes me like you more.." He replied with a smirk and Stella smiled.

"Awwn.." She gushed and Tyler shot a glare.

"Hey! Why are you glaring at me?!" Stella asked with a glare and Yeri rolled her eyes.

She hates seeing them together but what can she do. He loves being with Stella than her.

"If you only know how much I love you Tyler.." She thought.

"Stop!" Tyler said and everyone looked up.

"Keep your personal issues aside, we are here to work. You know the rules Ryder and as for you Maureen, I'll get you a new headphone, that's a promise.." He said with a sigh and Maureen smirked.

"Yes my prince!" She said and bowed dramatically earning laughter from everyone except Tyler and Yeri of course.

"Ok, fine let's start.."

Ryder: Everyday, Everynight, thinking about my past does not bring me joy but I chose to have a smile on my lips..."

Stella:(Rapping) Everyone thinks they know better but of course not, they don't and I don't wanna care bout' what they think anymore cos I'm a queen. A queen on my own.

Tyler: Finally I have got a chance to be happy, to express my joy not caring what the world thinks but just.."

Yer:( singing in a high note) Be happy, oh yeah!. Just smile all your pain out. Oh oh oh I'm happy, don't wanna look back in the past but on the future.."

Maureen smiles.

"That's great but Yeri's kinda screaming at the last note.." Ryder said.

"I was just about to complain of that and this is not the first time we have complained of that. You have to be stable Yeri.." Tyler complained and Yeri sighs.

"What's your problem? I'm trying to help you all here with voice. Do you think without me this group would be popular like this?" She yelled.

"I'm trying to hit the note but it's stressful for me too.."

"Remember we didn't want to add that part but you argued firmly that you want to do it, so why the complain now" Stella said with an eye roll.

"Hey, you shut up dear! You criminal's daughter!" She yelled and Stella's face changed immediately.

"Kim Ye ri!" Tyler yelled and stood up, anger visible in his eyes.

"Shut up your darn mouth. If you know you can't take the song. We will give you another part but then we give your part to someone else!" He yelled angrily and Yeri shook.

"Tyler I.. "

"Shut it.. " He said and looked at Maureen.

"Can you take her part Maureen?" He asked Maureen who gasped.

"I can't.." She rejected immediately. She just couldn't take the part that Yeri had been working on for months now.

"Fine but then make yourself useful as the main vocalist of this group!" Tyler said coldly and walked out while Maureen immediately ran after him.

Yeri clenched her fists angrily.

"It's all your fault Maureen!" She thought.

"Hey, Arrogant Fool! Arrogant Jerk! Wait up!" Maureen yelled and Tyler sighed and turned to face her.

"What do you want?" He asked her.

"My headphone.." She said and he scoffed.

"You are really funny, I can't get it now! Proud peacock!" He snapped and her eyes widened.

"You just called me a peacock!" She said.

"Yeah, you also called me a fool!" He muttered and she scoffed.

"That's because you are one.."

"And you are also a peacock too.." He said and she scoffed again.

"You are getting me the headphone today!" She yelled and grabbed his hand.

"Hey! Where are you taking me?!" He asked but she didn't reply.

Few seconds later.

They were seated in his car.

Tyler scoffed, his hands on the sterling but he refused to drive.

"Why aren't you moving, Arrogant fool." She asked and he smirked.

"Until you leave the car, peacock.." He replied and she sighed.

"I hate that name, stop calling me that!" She snapped.

"Then stop calling me a fool too"

"Why? You are one" She said with a shrug and Tyler sighed.

"Fine, let's go and shop for your headphone so you can leave me.."

"Silly pest!" He muttered.

"What did you just say?" She asked.

"Huh?"

"Nothing peacock!" He replied.

"Gosh! Stop calling that!" She snapped again.
