Chapter 4 The Pack House

The next morning, to say I was nervous was an understatement mingled. I packed my belongings. Sam and I were moving to the pack house, where I would begin my training and learn to embrace my wolf nature. It all still felt like a dream.

Unlike me Sam was filled with excitement,that child is just crazy ,we finally finished packing and we we're about to leave

Sam's father appeared with a supportive smile on his face. I'll miss you boys he said

"We'll miss you and it's not like we are going forever Sam added

"True I'll come visiting you guys",Sam's father added

"Are you ready, boys?" he asked, his voice filled with a mix of pride and concern.

We loaded our things onto the truck, ensuring that everything was securely packed. The journey to the pack house felt both surreal and exhilarating. The anticipation of what awaited us filled the air.

Upon arriving at the pack house, I was taken aback by its beauty.It stood tall and imposing, nestled amidst the dense forest.

We got to front of the house and we were welcome by Jake and some other pack members

"Welcome to the Lucien pack"Jake said

He introduced me to some of the pack members

"This is Mark" ,my beta,Andrew my delta

You'll meet the rest of the pack as time goes on

Alright then ,I said

I turned to talk to Sam and I saw him wandering off,we just got here and he has gone off Lord,what a best friend

I yelled his name and he came back

"This place is huge,Jake do you have a job or is being a wolf your job?

I hit him with my elbow asking him to shut up

Jake just laughed and told him he had other business.

We made our way inside the house and Stan and I were given our rooms.It was really spacious,I settled in and began unpacking my things,I made my way out of the room

Sam was talking to someone of the pack members so I joined the conversation,I noticed I hadn't seen Jake the last time I saw him was when we got here which was like 4 hours ago,I went to look for him using the opportunity to explore my new home ,I finally saw Jake he was having a conversation with one of our pack members. I overheard them talking about how a wolf from a neighboring pack attacked one of our pack members. Jake was furious.He spotted me and told me we would begin our training the next day

It was the next day and the training had started,the training ground had different equipment,and there were various obstacle courses. This was going to be a long day.

Jake started off by teaching me how to turn at will,he told me I needed to form a bond with my wolf. He took off his clothes and transformed into a wolf with dark fur. His wolf stood strong and powerful,he shifted back to his human form and instructed me to do the same.

I found it difficult at first but after a few tries I formed a bond with my wolf. My wolf and I had many things in common,the only difference is he was a really cocky dude,my wolf was brown and was slightly taller than Jake's own.

After the first lesson we proceeded to the next,it was meant to be hunting but he told me we should have a physical combat next,he called Kol and Zack informing them I'll be fighting with them,they fought me in their human form and might I add they are strong,I was pretty tough myself but they didn't even put efforts they just beat me,after I managed to tackle Kol but zached threw me across the other room,I got tired and Jake came to the rescue

"That's enough training for today, we'll go again tomorrow"They nodded and made their way back to the house.

Jake helped me up

"You didn't do so bad you'll get better with time and proper training"

Sure I replied

"Dude you look like shit",Well I just got beat up I replied Sam

"I wish I was there" he kept laughing

I just ignored him.

"How bad was it Jake"

"He couldn't even win one fight" Jake added

I threw my shirt at Sam,yoy are just mean I added.

I'll see you guys later I need to go freshen up,I got out of the shower and made my way to the kitchen I was starving and need to get something to eat,getting there I meet Sam thankfully he already made something I could eat,so I dug in

"So I met this girl,her name is Kate I think I'm in love" sam said

You just got here, how are you in love?

"Well heard of love at first sight"

"Touché,but I know you are not in love,I give it two weeks"

He asked how I was doing and I told him I was pretty good but extremely tired,I told him I was scared and had my doubts but he encouraged me saying he knew I'll do well

I smiled and thanked him.

After dinner,I decided to head to the gym to train by myself,I met Jake already training

"Hey Jake"

"Hey kids,shouldn't you be resting"

"I couldn't so I decided to train a little".I know how you feel tho,I was like you when I ran away,tho your case is different I was a rogue,so building everything from scratch was quite tough.

"How did you do it though" I asked

"I was discouraged,had bad days,but I kept pushing and training,you can't learn in one day it takes time and effort"

I thanked him and ask if he could train with me,he agreed and we started,he showed me some techniques and after a while called it a night
