Chapter 3 The hidden revelation

As I watched Ana being taken away by her father's arms, my transformation into a wolf began once again. The pain in my chest was unbearable, knowing that we were being separated for her well-being and the well-being of my wolf family. I understood that our love represented an unimaginable challenge for both sides, but that didn't make the farewell any easier.

As my fur bristled and my human form shifted, I felt a mixture of sadness and resignation. I knew I needed to protect Ana, even if it meant letting go of what I desired the most. My duty as the Alpha leader was to safeguard the welfare of the pack and maintain peace, even if it involved personal sacrifices.

I took a deep breath, feeling the weight of the words echoing in my mind. I knew it was time to explain my motivation and justify my actions.

"I understand your concerns. We, as wolves, have faced many challenges and threats over the years. However, I believe the answer does not lie in closing ourselves off within our own borders, but rather in seeking peaceful coexistence with humans. Together, we can find a way to live in harmony, respecting our nature and protecting our pack."

Murmurs began to spread among the elder wolves, indicating that my words were starting to have some effect. One wolf, known for his rigid stance, stepped forward and spoke with a deep voice:

"Lucas, you have brought us a complex issue that challenges our traditions and values. Here, such behavior is not acceptable. I regret to inform you that you can no longer be our Alpha. We cannot trust a leader who puts us in danger and involves himself with humans."

"I respect the decision of the clan and understand the concerns you have. I know my actions have brought uncertainties and challenges to all of us. I apologize if I have disappointed you or put the pack in jeopardy."

"I have always strived to be a dedicated and protective leader, but I understand that my recent choices have shaken the trust you placed in me. I accept the consequences of my actions and take responsibility for them."

I know that at this moment, the clan needs a leader who inspires trust and is willing to put the well-being of the pack first. If I cannot be that leader, I respect and abide by the decision of the clan.

I apologize to all of you for any harm or concern I have caused. I promise to reflect on my choices and learn from this experience. I hope that in the future, we can find a way to rebuild trust and harmony within the pack.
