Chapter 8 Maggie Came In Time

Rosy's words made everyone feel even more disgusted with Brian.

Jonathan didn't say anything, but he also glared at Brian.

He did his best to build this image of a gentleman over the years. He could not let Brian destroy it just like that.

But he wouldn't be convincing if he explained, so he looked at Benny.

Benny immediately understood what Jonathan meant.

So he said aloud, "I swear with my reputation that what Rosy said is true. Yesterday morning, I received a message from Mr. Sanders complaining about Brian. That's why I fired him."

Since Benny had confirmed, the crowd began to sneer at Brian, trying to curry favor with Jonathan.

"I know Jonathan can't do such a thing."

"If I have such a useless boyfriend, I will also break up with him."

Jonathan was overjoyed when he heard these. He said, "Brian, I didn't expect you to be so filthy. I understand that you are unhappy because I complained about you. And you want to take revenge on me.

But today is Maggie's birthday party. Why do you have to do this in public? Don't you think you're going too far?

What's more, Rosy has taken good care of you. But you are so ungrateful that you even cheated on her.

After being exposed, you even slandered us to prove your innocence. You are really a bastard."

The more Jonathan spoke, the angrier he became. He shouted angrily, "Today, I must avenge Rosy."

Then he ordered, "Catch Brian!"

Several burly bodyguards rushed into the lobby at once.

Then they surrounded Brian.

Kim was overjoyed while watching this scene. After all, he was beaten by Brian on the live broadcast just now. He was furious when he thought of it.

So he clenched his fist and suddenly swung it at Brian.

However, before he could punch, Brian directly kicked him.

Kim cried in pain.

He clutched his belly and rolled down the floor in pain, sweating profusely.

Everyone was surprised when they saw this. And someone immediately criticized Brian.

"Brian, how dare you resist! Mr. Sanders is teaching you a lesson on behalf of Rosy."

Brian retorted coldly, "He doesn't deserve to teach me a lesson."

These words irritated the crowd more. They glared at him and continued satirizing him. "What did you say? How dare you!"

"Yes! How dare you talk to us like that?"

"We only allowed you to stay to attend the birthday party because we pity you. Otherwise, with your identity, you don't deserve to attend this birthday party at all."

"Let's not waste our time talking with this loser anymore. Just drive him out."

Everyone agreed to kick Brian out of the party.

Brian was so angry that he was about to resist.

But the bodyguards didn't give him a chance. They were about to catch him and drive him out of the lobby.

Brian glared at them with cold eyes. He clenched his fists and snapped, "Loser? I am the president of Megatitan Group. I have billions of dollars of assets. And you call me a loser? What do you think of yourselves?"

He looked at them without fear and said disdainfully, "The identities you are proud of are worthless in my eyes."

But everyone just laughed scornfully, mocking Brian.

"He must be suffering from delusional disorder. Otherwise, how can he say such ridiculous words?"

"Ask the security guards to drive this madman out," Jonathan ordered again.

"What are you doing? Why are you still standing there? Drive this madman out of here right now!"

It was only then that the bodyguards reacted. They nodded and rushed towards Brian.

But a female voice suddenly rang out. "Stop it!"

Then someone exclaimed, "Maggie is here!"
