Alessio was chasing an enemy who stole from him~ Rob. They had a deal, he had paid the man for some weapons only to discover that he had been scammed.
But one thing Rob didn't know was that nobody stole from Alessio and got away with it.
Alessio had asked his men to trace the location of Rob and they got to know that he was hiding at a motel down town.
Perhaps, Rob had gotten the information that Alessio was on his tail so he fled before he could find him.
Annoyed that he didn't get to catch the man, Alessio made way to the bathroom to wash off the blood of the people he had killed from his hands~ Rob's men.
The scene that graced Alessio's eyes as he walked into the bathroom was one that made his stomach churn.
Though people said he was cruel and cold-hearted but one thing he could never condone was a sexual assault.
He had put a bullet in his father's skull when found him harrassing his mother and he didn't regret it a bit. He also wouldn't hesitate to do it a second time. He was all blood and crime after all.
Alessio watched how the woman in front of him fought to free herself from the grasps of the bastard but she was unable to as she was too weak for him.
He watched her scream desperately for help till she eventually gave up and how the horrible bastard continue to rip her dress apart.
Alessio raised his gun and aimed at the back of the man's head, then he pulled the trigger.
The woman's eyes were still closed and had probably not heard the commotion since he always used a silencer with his gun so as not to alert people.
Slowly, the woman opened her eyes and they widened in shock.
Jenna momentarily forgot the state she was in as she continued to admire Alessio.
Staring him, she felt like time had stopped. The man who had saved her was a being of ethereal, breathtaking beauty.
As he drew closer towering over her, she was unable to take her eyes off the stunning beauty in front of her. The moment he extended his hand, she snapped out of her thoughts and put her hand on his large hand as though she were under hypnosis.
She questioned whether it was the light of the cars that suddenly surrounded the place because of the way his deep ocean blue eyes sparkled and glistened vibrantly and alive. His eyes glistened even brighter behind his long, black lashes and her eyes darted to his thin red lip that curved slightly. He screamed built perfection from head to toe.
"Miss?" Jenna heard Alessio's deep voice, waking her up from her reverie. "Are you okay?" He asked.
"Y-yeah, I'm fine." She stuttered, still in awe of his beauty.
"Here, take this." He handed his coat to her to cover her body as her clothes were torn.
"Oh, thank you." Her face flushed in embarrassment. She was enchanted by his beauty so much so that she forgot the state of her clothes.
Alessio had a soft spot for women who had been sexually assaulted because they reminded him of his mother.
He made sure that she was properly cover up then he turned to leave without saying anything to her.
"W-wait!" Jenna held her luggage and ran after him.
"Is there a problem, miss?" He turned to her, his face stern.
"Thank you for saving me." She smiled at him.
"It's nothing." He said and continued moving forward but Jenna kept walking behind him.
Alessio ignored her thinking that they just happened to be going in the same direction, not until he got to his car and she was still behind him.
"Why are you following me?" He frowned deeply.
"Because I don't have anywhere else to go. I just landed in New York today and I don't know anyone." She blabbed shamelessly. "I was robbed and harassed today but you saved me. You seem like the only good person here. That's why I'm following you." She ended her words with a wide smile.
Alessio looked down at the woman. "I'm not a good person" He deadpanned. "I happened to save you because I was present."
He opened the car door to enter but the stubborn woman had not still left.
"Why are you so stubborn?" He questioned, now starting to get annoyed.
"I told you, I was robbed so I have no place to go." Jenna said but she didn't seem even a bit sad about the fact.
Alessio drew in a deep breath to prevent himself on lashing out at the stubborn woman. He was pissed off that he didn't get to catch Rob and now this woman was adding to his annoyance.
He reached out for his briefcase and took out a bundle of hundred dollars bills and handed it over to her.
On normal circumstances, she wouldn't have collected the money but she was stranded and plus it was coming from her saviour.
"Thank you." She smiled and stretched her hands forward for a handshake. "I'm Jenna."
Alessio looked down at her hand but ignored it and closed his car door.
"At least tell me your name." She said. "I want to know the name of my saviour"
"It's best if you don't know me" he simply said, hoping she'd give up and go on her way. But she didn't. She remained glued to the spot, letting him know that she wasn't willing to give up.
Alessio sighed. Did he make a mistake by saving this woman? Why wouldn't she just leave him alone.
"Alessio!" Dimitri, Alessio's right hand man emerged from the darkness. "What's keeping you?" He asked.
"Let's go" Alessio said, and Dimitri hopped into the vehicle and he drove off, totally ignoring Jenna.
"Alessio" Jenna muttered and smiled "So his name is Alessio. I like it. It is as beautiful as him." Then she smirked. "You can run all you want, I'll find you my saviour"
