'Thank you so much! You have to hurry, otherwise I will be late!' said a woman almost out of breath, as she sat down.

'What are you waiting for? Let's go!', she said heading towards the door to close it, but the moment she saw me, she froze.

'This is my car.' said calmly.

My thoughts were interrupted by the ringing of a phone.

'You can answer, I don't mind' I told the driver.

I looked over and the phone was on the sit next to me. Mark was calling insistently. 'Please pull over that blonde girl to give her phone back and we will continue.' I asked the driver.

I got out of the car and said 'Excuse me!'.

She turned around, without any expression on her face. But when she saw the phone in my hand, she laughed mockingly and said 'Really? Now you're running after me with the phone in your hand, trying to take my phone number? I am sorry, I am not interested!'.

Not even a second later, the phone started ringing again. When she heard the sound, she blushed all over.

I narrowed my eyes and showed her the screen. 'Your boyfriend is calling.' I said indifferently.

Just then Andrew called me. The car was ok, so I told him where to pick me up.

'You can have the cab.' I said coldly.

I could barely look at her as I handed her the phone back. She didn't look at me, took the phone and got into the car.

We arrived at the office and when I looked up, I saw Ann getting out of the taxi. I waited 2 minutes before getting out of the car, so she wouldn't see me.
