Chapter 6 Is it possible

Lina's POV

"I do care," Nath said looking down.

I sighed and smiled

Grabbing her chin gently I made her look up but her gaze was still down

" look at me," I told her. She looked at me and our eyes met

"what you just said is that true''? I asked her.

She nodded.

"Oh, Nath" I sighed again.

She kept her hand on my cheek and said "I know you think I am doing all that because I want to show people what a nice person I am but that's not the truth I do care for you really! please trust me" seeing me silent she sighed and said" at least let me apply some medicine " I nodded and sat down at a chair while she went to collect the first aid. With the box in her hand, she came towards me and started applying the anticipation I hissed in pain. Seeing me suffer she blew at my wound "better"? She asked I nodded in response.

Soon she was done

"Thanks," I said

"What's with that assignment," she asked me

I looked at the paper which was still in my hand and I exploded

"Oh, this! Hyun-jin gave it to me and told me to give it to you why did you tell him to do your assignment, Nath? he's my friend, not your servant !" I told her.

"Woah calm down girl! I know that Hyun-jin is your friend, I also know he's not my servant I only told him to do the assignment because I didn't want to put more pressure on you'' Nath explained to me.

"You knew it''? I questioned her ."Yes, I know that mom forced you to make my assignment " I was shocked but I knew that one day she will find out eventually. I was about to say something when the door knocked "come out both of you, or else" it was SM. We both rolled our eyes at the same time and laughed.

Nath came close to me and whispered "I'll come tomorrow to your room keep the door unlocked .''

I nodded "Wait your assignment, " I asked her

"Keep it and give it to me tomorrow at college she said and don't forget to take a painkiller! I nodded again. She was about to lean forward but it knocked again "Aish" she sighed and backed off. We opened the door and saw SM and Mira standing there "What was taking so long do you know how long we are waiting for you guys to come out?!'' SM said.

Without replying Nath left I was about to follow but stepmom stopped me "not so fast first tell me what were you doing in here?''

''Are you ok?'' Mira said and looked at the bandage.

"Applying the medicine" I answered SM and i nodded at Mira

''yeah I'm fine don't worry and went to my room.

Is it possible that Nath is telling the truth can I trust her? I thought and went of towards my dreamland.
