Chapter 9 Look up

Jordyn had a good sense of direction and chose the shortest route back to the medical tent. The female medic was nowhere to be seen, and she didn't care much. She went straight to her bedside and sat down, opening the military ID bracelet on her wrist. Called up her resume and began to look at it carefully.

Griffin is a small area of the small base, the right flank of 1,000 soldiers, damaged more than a hundred people, plus follow the logistics troops and the original soldiers attached to Griffin, more than a thousand people crowded in this small base is not large, as far as the eye can see, all military green tents and dense soldiers, walking in the aisle formed by the military tent, than one after another, a good deal of activity.

Jordyn inhaled a deep breath of cold air and secretly said: My God, what kind of a person has she saved?

Jordyn reacted for a moment and understood that she was talking about the "assassins in the army", and a sense of powerlessness flooded her heart.

Jordyn was silent for a while, pacing twice in the tent, her mind pondering what else she had to say to Logue. Jordyn thought for half a day and finally remembered that she had something to ask Logue.

"Yes!" Rogers feet "snapped" together, standing upright and straight, loudly replied.

"Thank you very much for the rescue, Sergeant, I admire your courage and perseverance." Jordyn laughed. If it hadn't been for this somewhat dumb soldier who carried her to Griffin, she would have ended her short journey to the future and gone to God. So this gratitude is from the heart.

"I'll see you tonight, then." Lillian smiled and saluted Jordyn, then with a glance at Lyon, she turned to leave.

"Very good Jordyn, Jordyn is a strict and pragmatic soldier."

  "Trouble." Jordyn nodded.

Jordyn met Logue in the lieutenant's tent southwest of the camp. His rescuer was not far from her imagined image, the German-born mech brigade sergeant was tall and fit, with short cropped blond hair, an angular face, and sunken turquoise eyes, deep and charming, a handsome man. He just seems to be a bit stereotypical and obedient, a typical soldier who puts military orders first.

"Are you injured?" Jordyn asked, speaking again.

She was assigned to the 7th Brigade Logistics and Transportation Squadron of the Central Army's Mecha Division and became a transport soldier, specializing in mountain armored transport vehicle driving. At the age of 19, she had an outstanding performance in the military competition, turning around the defeat of the troops with one person, and won the second class merit of Sherman, which enabled her to quickly rise to the rank of sergeant.

The identity of the female medic she also checked together, her name is Aelita Smith, American, Lieutenant rank, technical military position, is the accompanying medic of the third squadron. In fact, this mission, the third squadron only brought two medic, respectively responsible for the treatment of the left and right flank. Two doctors and ten nurses were sitting in the medical armored car, the team was scattered, the medical armored car followed the right wing troops, the doctors and nurses coincidentally came together to Griffin.

Jordyn hurriedly left the lieutenant's tent, identified the direction, and headed for her medical tent. Since this was the temporary stationing place for the right wing, there was no tent belonging to Jordyn and Logue. The tent will be ready to leave tomorrow at noon, so it doesn't matter.

After Alita left, Jordyn exhaled a foul breath, raised her bracelet ID again, and continued to look up information. This time, she typed the name Willie Crosby into the search box.

She stood sideways, her hands wrapped around her chest, and turned her head to look at the camera. The figure is excellent, well-groomed, and the originally heroic and handsome military uniform is worn with a unique feminine charm. A head of long chestnut hair meticulously coiled behind the head, wearing a large brimmed hat, which looks more compact and beautiful than that of male officers. The uniform she was wearing was also a military green double-breasted uniform, not much different from Captain Rodcliffe's, except that the cut was more in line with the curves of a woman's body. The boots on her feet with a bit of a high heel, no weapon at her waist, but a white coat hanging from her arm. She looked at the camera's beautiful phoenix eyes cold, not angry, exquisite features can not find half a flaw, red lips slightly curved, as if in a smile, but plainly give people a feeling of chills down the spine, a powerful aura can be strongly felt across the camera.

"Then, I am not yet recovered, so I will go back to the medical tent to rest, and remember to report at five o'clock."

"That's right, you do still need to rest. I will accompany you when the time comes, they won't let loose with me around." Alita seemed to know exactly what was on Jordyn's mind and said in a kindly manner.

"I'm fine, thanks for your concern Jordyn."

"Jordyn! It's so good to see you again!" After saluting Jordyn and Lyon, Logue said excitedly.

Jordyn froze and was secretly surprised, but did not move her voice on the surface and said, "Thank you."

"Well, we are now in the right wing of the army, we should be more careful in what we say and do, so as not to offend people and invite trouble. Tonight there is a bonfire party, you prepare, come to my tent at six o'clock in the evening to report. Also, tomorrow at noon, we will leave Griffin, let you know in advance." Jordyn took care to use the way of speaking as a superior to a subordinate, once upon a time she was at least an officer in the army and understood how to talk to the soldiers under her.

"Where, I feel fine physically, nothing wrong with walking a couple of steps. Thanks for your concern." Jordyn said pleasantly, speaking in a somewhat formulaic manner and really not thinking much about it, as she was recalling the identity of this female military doctor at the moment.
