Chapter 7 I want your elder daughter!

Neil could see that Thomas was in a dilemma of approaching him. Thomas was standing right before Neil but at a distance. At one moment He took a step forward and at another moment he stepped back.

Neil was observing all his actions while talking to others. Now he was more determined that Thomas would approach him. And he wants to see how he will do that.

His mouth lifted up into a smirk.

Mr. Smiths! What a pleasant surprise!" An old man said.

"Mr. William! Nice to meet you! How are you doing" Neil said while forwarding his hand to shake with a modest small smile on his face.

But Mr William didn't shaked rather he gave Mr Neil a strong bone cracking hug. Though there wasn't any change in Neil's expression he kept that small smile on his face, expressing nothing at all.

On the other hand Mr Thomas was walking here and there and tried to make small talk with everyone. But no one knew him nor his Hotel's name. At one time he was thinking if he should ask someone else instead of Neil and at another time he thought not to approach anyone else as Neil Smiths is a really big catch.

Little did Mr Thomas know that Mr Neil was keeping an eye on him for what he was doing. And Neil was satisfied with his nervousness. He smiled slyly. The more nervous Mr Thomas becomes the more will be the chances to give in to his condition.

Neil deliberately walked past Mr Thomas and went towards the bar, which wasn't full as many were going to have the dinner towards the dining table. Mr Thomas noticed every move of Neil. He was making it quite obvious.

"I think it's a perfect time to talk to him." Mr Thomas said, after analyzing that not many people are present in the bar. He walked taking baby steps and was sweating a lot as if he was going towards his deathbed. Well, even if Mr Thomas didn't ever meet Neil before but he sure does know how Neil is. He is known for his arrogance and attitude. He has a little anger issues also.

Once Mr Thomas had read in the newspaper that Neil almost killed somebody because he wasn't talking to him in a pleasant manner. And Neil is not accustomed to this type of behavior at all. Neil wants obedience, respect and good behavior wherever he goes, even if he acts coldly and is full of arrogance.

Mr Thomas gulped down his own saliva when he reached Neil and the gulping sound was so loud that Neil turned around to see who it was behind him.

Neil stared coldly towards Thomas. Though he was very happy in heart, the emotion didn't appear on his face. Not even a bit.

His cold gaze made Thomas more nervous so he gulped again and gave an awkward smile to Neil.

He opened his mouth to speak, " Hi.. I... I'm Thomas wa.... Watson the CEO of... of the Watson Ho... Hotel" He said, stammering.

Neil laughed in his heart as Thomas is making everything easier for him.

"Nice to meet you" Neil said and turned his back to Thomas and started drinking again.

Thomas still had that awkward smile plastered on him as he couldn't understand what he should do. Should he still talk to Neil about his matter? As it was clear to him that Neil wasn't even interested to look at him.

Not thinking any further he took the seat beside Neil and asked for a drink. Then he looked at Neil, who didn't have any change in his expression.

Mr Thomas cleared his throat loudly to let Neil know that he was also present there. And he was interested to speak to Neil.

Neil looked towards Thomas with his creased brows, with a glass of wine on his one hand. "You want to say something?" Neil asked coldly and then gulped down that glass of wine.

"Yes, Mr Smiths." Mr Thomas said and then stopped in the middle. Then he started speaking again. "Well I need your help Mr Smiths."

Neil narrowed his eyes and asked "My help?" Acting as if he doesn't have any idea of what he's talking about.

"Well I know it's weird to ask for help with something you don't have anything to do with. But I'm helpless. I'm under debts. Both to banks and money lenders. The bank will take my home and the money lenders will kill me or take my organs to sell to get their money. My hotel is not in a good condition so that I can earn from there and pay off my debts. Rather it's running in loss and I have a family to feed. I have two daughters and my wife and they will have to suffer with me too. And I don't want that."

He said trying to make Neil feel pity for him. But nothing was working on Neil. In fact he was getting irritated with his talks.

" Can you please come straight to the point?" Neil said, creasing his brows, making Mr Thomas understand that he was irritated.

"Um, yeah, sorry for the inconvenience. I couldn't handle my emotions. My bad" Thomas said, and scratched one of the temples. He was sweating and Neil was enjoying the whole situation.

"Okay, I'll come straight to the point now. " Thomas said.

And again started speaking, "As I told you that my business is running at a loss. And I have debts. So I need to have someone's back now. Someone who can back up my situation. Who can clear my debts? And in return I'll give you a percentage of the partnership of my hotel. I believe that at this moment only you can help me in this situation. And you are the one who can save my business as well as provide a backup." He said and gave a big smile to Neil.

But Neil didn't have any change in his expression. His eyes were still narrowed.

Neil then led his head to one said and asked raising his one brow. "And how will it be beneficial to me, if I help you?"

Thomas gave another big smile and said, "As I told you I'll give you a certain percentage of partnership"

Neil tapped the table with his fingers twice and asked again coldly, "What percentage of partnership?"

"Well I'll give you 40% of the partnership" Thomas replied.

Neil laughed mockingly. " And how will that benefit me?" He asked.

He instantly made a cold face and said, " If you want to save your business then you need to have a proper plan to maintain it. Your hotel is suffering loss because you couldn't manage it, which means you are not eligible for it. Now you want to save it, and if you think I can save it, which I believe that I can, you have to give me 50% of partnership, which means it will be your hotel as well as mine and I would be able to make a proper decision for it?"

"Yes, sure! I'll be happy to give you half of the partnership" He said, without even thinking twice.

Neil became happy and now it's the time for what he was waiting for.

"But I really don't get anything from all this. It's not beneficial for me at all!" Neil said.

"What are you saying? I'm giving you 50% already?" Thomas said dumbfoundedly.

"Well I'm a businessman Mr Thomas. And how will I gain profit even if I have 50% of the partnership?" He asked.

Not giving a chance to Thomas to speak, Neil continued, "Well like you said that your Hotel's condition is not good at all. And even you can't save it. I believe that I can save it. But still there's a chance that I can't. And there's a chance that I'll only incur only loss and get nothing on the other hand if there's anyone who will be benefited if you. Are you making me a scapegoat here?" Neil asked, narrowing his eyes.

"No, no.... Not at a... all Mr Sm... Smiths" Thomas again stammered.

"Well I'm willing to be that scapegoat but only on one condition, that way you can have the money and I'll be also benefited even if your hotel is in loss." Neil said, looking straight at Mr Thomas's eyes. But this action of his made Thomas more nervous.

'Oh God, will he ask for my organs like those money lenders? But he's already a billionaire, why would he do that?' Thomas thought to himself.

He then looked at Neil, fear could be seen in his eyes, and said, "Wha... What condition?"

Neil stood straight, put both his hands on his pockets, leaned towards Thomas, smiled slyly and said, "I want your elder daughter!"

Thomas instantly widened his eyes as if he had seen a ghost. He couldn't believe his ears. "WHAT?!" He almost screamed in shock and disbelief.
