Chapter 3 ONE NIGHT WITH A STRANGER

"I'm just kidding" his eyes held a different look from what came out from his mouth. "You seem tensed, you have to loosen up" he said pouring the alcohol into our glass cups

"I wasn't expecting you to be so straight forward about it" I turned away shyly.

"this would help you loosen up" he handed me a glass cup. "thanks" I said taking it. My alcohol tolerance was low but I didn't mind taking it, at least it made me feel less conscious about my surroundings and I needed it now more than ever.

"more?" he raised his brows and I nodded

"you seem to like alcohol" he smiled in admiration as I poured myself a drink. He watched me drown myself in alcohol and he didn't bother to stop me until I had taken five cups. I reached out for the bottle of alcohol and I felt his hand firmly on my wrist.

"you've had enough of alcohol" he said and I smiled still in my drunken state.

"but I haven't had enough of you" I smirked as I leaned towards him. I wasn't in control of my actions but I knew fully well what I was doing. I slowly reached out for his lips and ran my fingers slowly through it. Looking in his eyes, I couldn't tell what it held, but it sure wasn't love. He pulled me closer to him and I sunk unto his laps.

"Babygirl, you're dangerous" he smirked as he looked at my chest, he could see the upper part of my boobs, then he smirked.

"go for it then!" I ran my fingers through his curly black hair.

"I know what I want and I go for it when I want" he carried me up aggressively and pushed me to the bed.

I just laid there smiling as I looked at him seductively. His broad chest went up and down as his breathing doubled, he was enveloped in the heat of the moment. He hurriedly took of his pants and I could see his boxers were protruding due to his erection.

He came at me with a smirk on his face and leaning down, he ran his hands through my hair as his lips explored my neck and then up to my lips, I could feel his boner in my thighs and it felt good. Our lips met and we kissed aggressively, allowing ourselves to be driven by the heat of the moment, my hand moved slowly underneath his boxers and found its way to his erection, he quickly held back my hands and a smirk crept into his cheeks.

"Not so fast babygirl! we still have time for that!" he slowly held my hand and placed it around him.

I opened my eyes slowly, as I tried to stand up, I could feel my head heavy and I laid back in bed trying to recall what happened the previous night but my head ache wasn't allowing me to think well. I looked across the bed and saw a drink with a note on the table. I crawled to get the note

"take this, it'll help relief your hangover" it read

"Hmmm... so he's a nice guy after all" I smiled taking the drink and in one gulp, I swallowed it. I really worked in relieving my hangover and I was glad. I stood up and peeked into the bathroom for any sign of him but he was not there.

Then, I caught sight of a sticky note placed by the door "by the time you read this, I'd be gone. I had fun yesterday night but I guess this is what you wanted, for us to have fun and never meet again"

I felt a hinge of sadness creep into me. Why was I sad? I had no idea of my reason for being sad. I quickly dressed up and walked out of the room. As I walked through the hallway, I kept stealing glances around for any sight of him but I was disappointed as I got to the counter without any sign of him.

"I'm checking out" I said

"Okay ma'am! I hope you enjoyed our service?" the lady from the previous day smiled.

Services? I don't think I used much of it. "yeah, I did" I nodded forcing a smile. As I turned to leave, something occurred to me and I turned to her smiling

"uhmmm.... about yesterday, the guy I came with, did you see him leave?"

"yeah, he left earlier and said you'd check out later today"

"do you have any details about him?" I had no idea why I asked that.

"Uhmmm.... we don't give details of our VIPs out" she said politely.

VIP? I was shocked. It really added up with the way he was treated. A part of me was sad about that but the bigger part of me was glad, at least, I wasn't going to see him again.

"thanks" I held my head up high as I walked out of the hotel.

I flagged down a taxi and entered, "take the shorter route please" I said and in few minutes, I was home. I opened the door slowly and quietly so as to not attract any noise or wake Luna, that's if she's still asleep.

"hmph" I heaved a sigh of relief when I had successfully entered without making a noise, or maybe not successfully. The light bulbs turned on and that was when I knew it was over, sneaking around. I looked up slowly my lips curved into a smile at an angry looking Luna who stood by the wall. Her eyes peered through me and at this moment I felt if her eyes were lasers, I'd be dead by now.

"Hey girl" I chuckled trying so hard to act all natural

"where did you spend the night?" she inquired, her eyes held anger but yet worry.

"uhmmm.... I spent it in a hotel. I was searching for a job and I didn't keep track of time, it was too late for me to come back, so I had to spend the night at a nearby hotel" I lied

"which hotel?" she asked and I just stared at her
