chapter 4 The pack house was already Empty when I came out, I could feel my heart beating in my chest as I walked out of the pack house. I knew that I was late and I had already gotten myself into another mess but I just didn't know how. I had thought of just running away where no one would find me but I knew that it wasn't possible for my dad would come for me and am going to make me pay for everything. I walked down the bush part to the gathering and just as I have predicted the gathering was already filled to the brim.

I could see the omegas that are to participate In the ritual already standing there and with that I decided to join them. I walked down the road avoiding everyone and before I could get there someone dragged my hands. I looked at my hands and looked at the person holding me it was my elder brother. I was shocked as he held me, this was the first time he had ever touched me. "I know Mom asked me to promise her that I would take good care of you priscal, but I couldn't do any of that, I had watched dad do so many horrible things to you and it's more painful that I couldn't do a thing to stop him, I know I had never been the best big brother but I just want to let you know that I love you so much, you should let the fact that the monster said you killed his wife, you never killed mom and you will always be her child, mom loved you so much even before you were born, it's just so painful that death had to separate the both of you, I know that there's nothing that I can do to help you, but I promise you when I become the alpha I will right all of this, "he said with his head bowed. I knew he was trying so hard to hold the tears in his eyes but I wasn't moved one bit if he loved me all this years why did he let me go through hell and couldn't do a thing well I don't care am just here to my fate. I could see his stare all over me as I walked to the rest of the omegas but before I could get there two grabbed my hands and dragged me forward and made me kneel in front of him. I didn't know why he was doing this but I knew the rest the alpha were watching us. I didn't want to turn to the crowd but when I didn't hear a single sound I turned immediately and then my eyes ran into him. I could feel my heart beat increase immediately our eyes met, the rumors about him were true, the fact that he was heartless didn't take away his looks from him, he looked like a demi-God, from the night I could see his brown eyes and black curly hair, he had the perfect manly body but that didn't change the fact that his the devil son, he wore a black turtle neck and blue faded jean and a boot, his face as cold as ever, he didn't even have a single smile on his face, his presence alone sent chills down everyone spines, I could tell that even my dad was very scared of the man in front of us here, I guess his attention was on me because I was in front of my dad. My dad immediately stood up and I was dragged away just immediately everyone went down on their knees and bowed their head to him including my dad and the rest of 100 alpha. I didn't bow my head but I was just rotted to a spot, I was going to die anyways so I didn't see any reason to pay respect to him. "You all may rise "I heard the man beside him say and everyone stood up but I guess his gaze never left me and I knew my brother saw it and he followed it to me. I sat on the floor dejected, I didn't care about what was going on, it was not worst than being dead. As you all know the alpha of the north had decided to grace this beautiful occasion that the omegas are participating in, you all know how it's been celebrated and how the unlucky ones are being killed and without wasting much time invest all of it to commence and those that haven't found their mate choose their mate from the Omega" This ritual was more like hope to all Omega and also a death sentence, those who didn't find their mate was going to be killed. All the guards suddenly grabbed us up and chained all of us together and with that, they began to rip off the clothes from every one of their bodies and apply some things on them making us look like some kind of sacrifice. I knew my clothes were going to be torn next and the thought that the whole pack seeing my body made me shiver. I waited for the heavy harsh hands to come but when they didn't I opened my eyes, it seems like I was the only one who wasn't naked yet. "Let her perform the ritual like that, or am going to kill you "I heard my brother's sag and that was when I saw his eyes turning red, even though he wasn't the alpha yet he still had some alpha qualities. I guess he had finally decided to stand up to the monster for my sake.
