Chapter 4 Painful betrayal

"You make me feel uncomfortable and then suddenly stop, Athelstan, you're so mean." Fiona lightly punched Athelstan in the chest.

"I love how sexy you are right now, it reminds me of every night, and no woman can replace you." Athelstan gave a sly grin, then peeled off Fiona's dress quickly and masterfully as if he'd done it many times.

"I also like how intense you are in bed." Fiona made an embarrassed expression, her cheeks flushed red but her words provocative. "Your muscles are toned and your technique is amazing."

Athelstan smiled amusedly, hastily untied his tie into his annoying shirt, and bent down to kiss Fiona longingly. Fiona had one arm around Athelstan's neck, the other groping for the zipper of his pants.

"I am going to." Athelstan bit Fiona's earlobe to give her more pleasure.

Lucasta sat in the cupboard, covering her mouth to prevent herself from making any sound as if she could figure out a few things now. About Athelstan's attitude, he is always polite when around her; it's not that he respects her, it's just that he doesn't love her, so he is always distant from her.

'How long have they been together, they seem so familiar, and they have betrayed me for so long?' Lucasta wondered, having been with Athelstan for two years and not knowing Fiona and Athelstan were involved together.

Lucasta hugged her trembling body and burst into tears; she loved Athelstan with all sincerity. After her father and Celina died, Athelstan was the person Lucasta trusted the most but did not expect that day. Now she has discovered this deceitful betrayal.

"Does Lucasta satisfy you in bed?" Fiona asked with a voice filled with jealousy.

"I've never slept with her." Athelstan longed to touch Fiona. "I just want to sleep with you."

Fiona collaborates with Athelstan but still does not forget her hatred for Lucasta. "Did you say the same to anyone? And how many times have you told Lucasta?"

"I have no interest in Lucasta's body." Athelstan kissed Fiona's moaning red lips. "She's not as attractive as you, she's the most boring woman I've ever met, it makes me sick to touch. When I am with her she's always talking about things in the future, but she never knew I'd never wanted to marry someone as boring as her."

"Then why are you out with her? You should have left her long ago." Fiona glared at Athelstan. "I can't believe you never liked Lucasta, she's such a beautiful person."

"When we were arguing and I wanted to piss you off so I said I wanted to date her, she said yes right away." Athelstan answered hastily and kissed Fiona's neck.

"If that's the case now that we're back, you should break up with her." Fiona thought about something and hit Athelstan on the back. "Or did you fall in love with her?"

'What? Am I just a pitiful substitute?' Lucasta wondered, her brain almost exploding at the information. She couldn't describe how happy she felt when she heard Athelstan's confession and how foolishly she thought she was the luckiest woman in the world. But it turned out that she was the most stupid one.

"Stop joking, I did everything for you. Didn't you say you don't want to make our relationship public? Because of this I had to take Lucasta as my substitute, over the years rumors about me and her were constantly being sought, and you managed to escape." Athelstan was a little disgruntled. "When are you going to make our relationship public?"

Fiona pretended to think, then smiled seductively. "You make Lucasta break her face to get her out of the entertainment industry, if you do well enough I'll make our relationship public."

"This is what you said, if you don't keep your word then I'll. . ."Athelstan stopped suddenly.

"How will it be?" Fiona challenged. "What do you dare to do to me?"

"I'll show you how powerful I am in bed." Athelstan teases Fiona.

Lucasta painfully closed her eyes, and she tried to cover her ears to avoid the dark noises of the traitors. She was afraid to hear the terrible words that came from Athelstan's mouth; it was like a sharp knife that fiercely pierced her ear.

Once again, Lucasta's name became the subject of conversation for Fiona and Athelstan.

"Did you know that I slapped Lucasta so many times today, I said I wanted to create the script and constantly failed to shoot it. But she's so stupid, I hit her with all my might but she still thinks I'm teaching her, she keeps thanking me." Fiona was pleased to remember Lucasta's pathetic appearance today and proudly recounted her feat. "She didn't know I hated her, she often made cakes herself and brought them to me, I didn't eat but threw them all in the trash."

Lucasta clenched her teeth to hold back her anger; she should have rushed out and taught Lucasta a lesson; she could scold, she could hit, or she could make a big deal out of this. But her pride did not allow Lucasta to do so, and most of all, she was not prepared to face Athelstan in such a situation.

"We are so similar, what Lucasta sends you is for Sherwin to eat. Once he even asked if I could stop eating, because he was so fed up with it." Athelstan laughed.

'Why are you treating me like that?' Lucasta wondered. She spent every day preparing Athelstan's morning, and it took more than two hours to get it to his place. And she remembered well how happy she was to do it, but in Athelstan's eyes, it wasn't worth a penny.

"My hand hurts, Athelstan, Lucasta's face is hard." Fiona looked at her red hand with a frown.

"You shouldn't have done that, if you got hurt I'd be heartbroken." Athelstan kissed Fiona softly on the hand with an indescribable pity.

"So are you heartbroken for Lucasta?" Fiona asked.

"She has nothing to do with me, only you in my heart." Athelstan gently coaxed Fiona.
