Chapter 7

"Hello, who is on the line?" Myer demanded.

"We are your friends online from a supercilious company, we have had a package for you."

"Really?" He asks without hesitating, he rushes out.

"Susan, someone just called me and told me they have a surprise package For me."

"They might be a scammer, do not bother going." Susan explained to him.

"Susan, I really need money, what can I do to have money?" He asks her.

"Rob a bank, or walks as a cleaner." Susan replied him.

" I'm damn serious." He said.

"What do you need money for? If I may ask."

"To take care of Irene, I don't want her to work. I want to work, so I will take good care of her."

" Wow, so romantic of you. I wished my boyfriend will actually have some common sense like you." Susan cried out.

"Remember, I do not have sense, I'm senseless." Myers aid and giggles.

"I know of a place, I will take you there."

"Then why hesitating, let get going." He commands.

"Just wait. I want to get a change and of course I will be right here in not less than five minutes." She said, and disappear into her room.

Myer waited so patiently until he fell asleep.

"Bryan, I'm so happy that you are alive." Lalita, the daughter of Mac says amidst happiness.

"Thank you" He says to her.

"Well, actually I made some cookies and cupcakes for you. I hope you like that."

Bryan stares at her and smile" such a great scene, earlier he did have been crushing on her, but she will not even look to her side. He thinks to avenge his boss death, he will have to use Lita to achieve the goals. "

"Yes." "Why don't you take a bite and see how delicious it is."

" I will eat that later." He replied her.

"No, I want you to eat this now." She says with a pleading look.

" Your father gives this to you?" He asked.

She paused before replying to him" how do you know?"

" I know you can't make cookies." He replied her.

"Don't get us wrong, I just want to impress you a d get you a gift. So, I want to prepare that myself and I don't know how to do it. My dad volunteer to teach me."

" I understand." He muttered and pretend to be asleep.

"Bryan, I got to go, my sister fell from the stairs, and you know she can't walk." She said and place a kiss on his forehead and chuckles.

" So you want me to lend you some money?" The man said, and Susan eyed him.

"Susan, your friend is so nice. I'm grateful for this kind of favour you've shown to me. I will inform Irene and..."

"Do not inform Irene." Susan says in an authoritative voice.

"But why?" Myer questioned.

"Don't you require this money so desperately? Perhaps you inform her, she will ask you to return the money or collect the money from you." Susan explained to him.

"If she wants to take the money from me, I will be willing to give it to her without feeling hurt." Myer mumbles.

"You have such a great heart, but not everyone was born with a special heart or mind like you. So, I did tell you that you should be careful of Irene. Probably you do not know she is a prostitute and a stripper."

"Enough of the story, give me the money, I think I'm overstaying my visit here."

The man asked him to call his bank account number or better still they open an offshore account for him, but he declined he will want his money in cash, and he was asked to sign. Do he sign and Susan and at his foolishness?

Myer was given the money,, so he went off and ordered so many kitchen equipment. He orders a refrigerator, electric cooker and cooking gas, a fashionable wardrobe, a big bed, pillows, shoes, and clothes for himself.

He called for some home decorators to come decorate their room, and he paid them. Furthermore, he also bought a television set and network cable.

Irene, arrives that night and enters into their house but was slapping her heads to confirm whether it was really her room or not.

"Why are you standing by the door, go inside or stay outside if you wished to." A voice said from behind and Irene turns to look at who it was.

It was Myer the spoilt brat, "what are you doing outside, Myer? And why is our stuff outside the house? Did the agent drives you out, did someone perhaps park into this room."

Myers stares at her at and walks at a slower pace. He walked past her and pushed open the doorknob and was about to get in when Irene grabs his hands and dragged him back. " Don't go in, you maybe sued for bagging into someone room like that."

"Leave my hand and come inside." He says and pushed open the door.

Irene follow him and exclaim, she was left speechless. The room was beautiful and there was a big refrigerator, and she was brought back to normal when she heard him says"how about you get me some water from the kitchen."

Irene rushes off to the kitchen and see the cooking gas, electric cooker and plate hangers with some new plate.

Irene brings the water for him and asks" where do you get the money from?"

"I thought you are never going to ask, but someone gifts me two million dollars." Myers said boasting.

"Two million what?" She inquired.

"Two million waters." He replied.

"Be serious Myer." She said in a displeased tone.

"Of course I'm serious, someone gifts me two million dollars. But the person ask me to keep it as a secret from you"

"You can't be serious, are you kidding me or what?"

"I'm not, you can ask to confirm from Susan. She took me to the man." He says and locks his mouth with his two fingers.

"So in other words you are a prince charming you seduce her into giving you such funds."

"She introduced me as her boyfriend and the man said `wow."

"Boyfriend?" Irene repeats after him and her countenance changes.

"Are you jealous?" He asked.

"Why would I?"she replied him, smirking her face.

"She even gives me a peck on my cheeks and promised to satisfy me if I give her all my heart." Myer utters.

Irene spilled her drinks and sa uid "what?"

Myer just keeps a calm look and smile inwardly,, but we have to stop sharing room. You should sleep in the living room while I sleep inside the bedroom. "As I will want no disturbance, please do endeavour to heed to my words."

"You want me to sleep in the living room while you sleep in the bedroom with two fans rolling over your head. Don't you think you are being heartless? "

"The word heartless is too ambiguous for me to understand. I hope you break the meaning down."

"You're such a pretty jerk."

"I wouldn't perhaps argue with the keyboard."

"Are you saying that, I'm a keyboard without beating through the bush for so long." Irene questioned out of curiosity.

"Eat your food, Irene, the food is getting cold."

"I'm going to eat even if you said not to eat." Irene says consuming the food at a faster pace.
