Chapter 5 The little revenge

"What? Did you find her? Where she is?"

I asked Alexa and Cathy. We were in the middle of the field now because Sir Alvarez wasn't there so we got out of the room. Chloe, Hailey and Trixie didn't go into the first subject so here we are and looking for them. I have a feeling that they are only here inside of Villareal because one of our rules is that it is forbidden to be absent even if you are still sick. I will definitely look for her no matter what happens, as long as this day is not over yet.

I never thought she would be able to locked us in the classroom at night. Did she know how scary that was, it was really good that I wasn't alone, it was good that I was with my friends and Theon came right away to help us. I don't know if it's just a coincidence or he's really just always there somewhere.

"No! She's good at hiding these days, huh?" Comment by Cathy.

"We can't do anything except for waiting for her, waiting for them to step the rules." I frowned at what Alexa said.

"Rules?"

Sh nodded. "Rules! One of the rules is don't be late in the second subject." She smiled at me.

"That's right! I literally forgot about it."

I smiled at what she said so we walked to our classroom together and there they waited. I stared blankly at my watch as I leaned against the wall near the door. I can not wait!

One and a half minutes!

I looked at Theon who was staring at me, I thought he was going to take his eyes off me but I was wrong. He even smiled at me so I just stared at him. He thought he's handsome, huh? No way!

"They are already there. They are running!" My classmate said who was watching outside the door, so I arranged ourselves.

When Chloe came in, I suddenly put my one foot forward, causing her to stumble and fall on the floor, followed by her friends, Hailey and Trixie.

"Oops! I didn't know that you were there. I'm just straightening my legs." I smiled at them as they looked at me badly before returning to my seat.

My classmates laughed as they fell to the floor. Alexa and Cathy and I had a high five because of our successful plan.

They got up and immediately approached us. She pointed at me while trembling with anger. "Why did you do that? You bitch!"

I stood up. "Then, why did you locked us up here last night, huh?"

She was about to slap me when I was in front of her. "If you're going to make a fool of me, us. You should accept our revenge, don't be stupid, Chloe." I added more.

She could not answer because the next teacher had arrived. She just keeps glancing at me. And every time I catch a glimpse of them, my eyes hit Theon who is also glancing at me. Is he waiting for his jacket? If that's the reason, I'll return it to him later. Tsk!

I didn't realize that I fell asleep, I just woke up because Alexa woke me up and said it was breaktime. I stretched my body and then looked around done at them.

"The teachers didn't get mad?" I wonder question.

They shook their heads. "I said you woke up last night because something bad happened." Alexa replied.

"Is that so?" They cried "Then, where are they?"

"They already went outside. So, let's go?" Cathy and Alexa got up so I got up and we left.

We quickly got down to the Cafeteria and the queue was long. It's still boring to line up if it's this long. I'm not in the habit of just sneaking in, I'm not the one who will inherit it, one day I'll be burning here. That's not in my vocabulary.

"How's that? The queue is so long, we haven't been able to make a reservation," I said as we sat in our seats first.

"Yeah! Right. I don't think I can eat, now." Even Cathy.

"Me too," Alexa added.

We were about to leave when Ate Melissa, the one who works here at the Cafeteria, approached us, we often reserve food for her. She put down two trays and then the next one put down one tray.

I looked at her. "What is this all about, Ate Melissa?" I asked.

"Foods for you three," she said while still smiling.

Our foreheads furrowed even more. "But we didn't make a reservation, Ate Melissa," Alexa said.

She nodded. "But someone ordered that a while ago. He told me that you often order what I give you. And then he paid for that as well."

"Really? Then, who is it, Ate Melissa." Cathy asked.

He pointed to something in the last row of the table. "There he is. He also gives this note." She took something out of her pocket and handed it to me.

I looked at my friends before accepting that. Sister Melissa left. When I looked again at where Theon had been sitting before he was gone now. Right! He was the one who ordered them, and the one who gave the letter that I hold right now. What is his reason for doing things like this?

"Open it! We should read it together, right?" I nodded to the two of them before sitting down between them.

Welcome for the meal and don't forget to enjoy the food. And I'm waiting for my jackets, you can give them back anytime. There's a place where beautiful and bright clouds are able to reach. The place where you can rest and calm yourself if you're sad or upset. -Theon.

"Oh my god! What does he mean by that letter?" Alexa asked.

"Can you lower your voice? Chloe might hear us, it's dangerous." I went back to my seat and hid the note in the pocket of my blouse.

They just looked at me as if wondering, of course about that letter Theon had given. I started eating even a little less because they think so. When I didn't last long I put down the spoon and fork and then looked at them.

"Don't mind that note, okay?"

"So, you know what it means?" I didn't answer. "You know that we have rules, be careful Feyre." Cathy reminding me.

I took a deep breath. "I know and I understand. It's just nothing, okay? There's no malice in that."

They both nodded. "We are just saying that you should be careful with everything. Chloe has a crazy brain, she might think differently," Alexa added.

I just nodded and then finished our meal and then went back to the classroom. Chloe was already there so I checked my surroundings first, especially our chair, I wouldn't want to be stuck in my own chair again. But I didn't see any problem so I sat in my chair with a smile. So are they.

Our teacher came and he didn't teach because he was asking us, especially the freshmen when they would buy a PE Uniform. We also need to start pe next month. So we had to order in advance so as not to take too long to deliver, because after a while it might be difficult for us to get in because there are already a lot of orders. Fortunately for me, we who have been here for a long time have the PE Uniform.

There were many who signed up, maybe I think almost all of them so our teacher left early. But he is not our teacher at MAPEH, he is the only one assigned now to register the buyer of Villareal's PE Uniform. He must have asked us earlier, but my classmates quickly left with our MAPEH teacher.

When the next English teacher came, we just watched a movie that was also about our lesson today. But even after discussing that he was still floating my mind, I didn't understand anything. So the class ended when I was depressed while looking at the board.

In our last subject, ma'am just wrote and then discussed and called the students. But honestly, I'm serious about this AP subject because I don't want to be called that I don't know what to answer, I don't want to stand outside the room until I go home, that's singing.

When we returned home, we did not give up, fearing that we might be locked up a second time. I was about to leave, we were in the room when Theon suddenly stopped and smiled and left immediately. I think I wish Chloe hadn't noticed that but she seems to be really focused on me.

"I saw it, Scarlet." Chloe approached me. "What is that? Are you already close to him?"

I calmed myself without her noticing it and then turned to face her and smiled. "Stop talking nonsense, Chloe Seren. You know that I'm friendly to everyone."

She raised an eyebrow. "Oh! Is that so? Then, is he your friend now?" She asked again with a smile.

I laughed softly. "What if... yes? Will you do to him what you did to Jay?" I have a serious question.

Her face immediately turned into q serious expression. "Jay... Correction, Jay is not your friend, he was your boyfriend."

I looked at her badly. "So if I say that Theon is my boyfriend," I approached her, "will you get rid off him like what you did to Jay?"

Sh crossed her arms and then grinned. "Hmm! It's not impossible... It will be fun for sure."

I didn't let her notice that I was too surprised, and I seemed to want to strangle her. As she seems to be enjoying what she is doing. She looked at me with a wide smile and touched my arm.

"So be careful and look after him, he will be in danger because of you." She hit me on the shoulder and walked straight away.

I could not move for a few minutes due to my shock. And she will definitely repeat what she did before. Did she not have the slightest remorse for what she had done? Is this what she wants?

"How's that? What if she continues what she said? We know her," Alexa said all of a sudden.

I shrugged. "I don't know. But I'll make sure what happened in the past doesn't happen again."

"We also need to watch Theon... always," Cathy added before crossed her arms in front of her chest.

"Yeah! I'm sure she's going to start bullying Theon."

I looked at them. "It's not surprising if that happens. It's her habit." I have already started walking.

"But... that guy is just an outcast. We shouldn't be involved in his life." I was stunned by what Alexa said.

I looked at her. "I know. But he is also a person, he doesn't deserve to be treated like a trash."

I left first and didn't look back, even if I didn't say I knew they had complied. I knew they wouldn't leave me and I knew they couldn't refuse what I wanted. They are my friends and I know they love me. They are the only ones left. I've long wanted silence or peaceful life but Chloe doesn't give it to me. She has already bullied many students and no one has tried to retaliate against her. Even if they wanted to do that, they couldn't because of the threats that Chloe was making. This year, we will be graduating from high school and I only want one thing... peace.

This time, I won't let any freshmen bully by her again, especially Theon. I really can't stand if this year someone leaves school again or... tries to commit suicide.

"Here! Your jackets." I handed him a paper bag containing his three jackets that we had borrowed.

He frowned before accepting that. "Why just now? Three days have passed."

I raised an eyebrow. "Because we still washed it. It's embarrassing if I give them back to you without washing them. Duh!"

He laughed softly. "Why are you so naughty? They say, you are their guardian angel but why are yo-"

"Can you just shut up and leave? Huh?" I did cut off from what he has to say.

I crossed my arms and stared at him with one eyebrow raised. "Why aren't you leaving? I said, shut up and 'leave'."

He looked at me and then he put his hands on his back. "Hey, I'm the first one came here. You should be the one to leave."

"Excuse me?"

"Why? Am I wrong?" He asked innocently as if he was born only yesterday.

I burst out laughing and then slowly approached him, as in, very close but he did not panic. "Do you know who you're talking to? Huh?"

He quickly shook his head. "No! Should I know who I'm talking to? Is that so, Miss Scarlet?"

I arranged my posture and sighed. I put both my hands on both my waists and then sighed again. I don't know if he was really just born yesterday. To my knowledge, this is the first time anyone has dared to speak to me like this. He was very brave then.

I approached him again, our bodies almost touching. I looked up a little because he was taller than me. I raised an eyebrow at him.

"For your information, you don't have the right to talk to me like this way. You are just an outcast here but you are intrepid. I can't believe this!"

He looked me right in the eyes and suddenly his face was also serious. I was surprised when he suddenly stepped forward causing me to back away and my eyes to widen.

"W-what... are you doing?" I asked confusedly.

He grinned. "I know that I'm just an outcast and weird, but it doesn't mean that I can't talk to a person I like."

Until I leaned against the wall I was still shocked by what he said. What was the last thing he said? 'I like'? He likes me? What does he mean by that?

"What do you mean by that? You l-like me?" I asked in astonishment as I frowned.

He didn't answer right away but his face was so close to mine, I could smell his fragrant breath so close. His one arm was on my head, blocking me. My arms were wrapped around my chest, worried that his chest might stick to my chest. His head tilted a little and came even closer to my neck. With just a little movement, his lips will touch my neck.

"S-stay away from me," I added but he was not intimidated.

I wanted to push him but as if I had no strength, my arms were weakening.

"You smell good. It makes me crazy but... I don't like you." He moved away from me a bit but his arm still remained there. "I like you as a person, that's all. Nothing more, nothing less."

I breathed a sigh of relief because of what he said. Well then, I don't like him either. I just stared into the air, especially when he laughed and patted my forehead. I glared at him but he laughed even harder.

"What is happening here?"

We quickly and simultaneously looked at the rooftop door when it opened. And my eyes widened because then three women came out that I didn't expect to see here.
