Chapter 8 Thank you

Lola left and close the door only to find dumb struck Daniel standing at the door she's snapped her fingers in front of his eyes before he snapped out of his reverie

He kept on looking at Lola as if she fell out of space

When they were the kitchen and Lola served their hot chocolate Daniel said " I had a dream just now that a young master apologized to you "

The edge of Lola lips twitched as she looked at him as though he were a fool.

" It was not a dream" she said even though she was equally shocked

"This is crazy I should have recorded it now Aaron won't believe me if I tell him the young master apologized to someone" Daniel ratted on

When they finished the chocolate Lola went to her room while Daniel left the Villa to return tomorrow morning

Lola entered her room she laid on the bed and called Audrey

Lola: hello Audrey

Audrey: hello my little cupcake

You're leaving on Saturday right

Andrey :yes

Lola: I will miss you

Audrey: I will miss you too cupcake

Lola: you had better

Lola: don't forget my birthday is in two weeks on Saturday

Andrey; like i dare to forget

Lola: Andrey. . .

Andrey:Yes cupcake

You won't forget me mum and Selena when you stay there right Lola said

Andrey: I swear I won't forget you

And you always be my big bro and I will always be your little sis right Lola asked

yes cupcake no one can take your place Andrey said

He understood that Lola was insecure she had never experienced love from people except Selena and her mom so the little warmth she had gotten she tended to cling to it steadily.

Good night cupcake sweet dreams Andrey said

"Bye big bro" Lola said and hung up

She chatted with Selena and told her she got the loan they will take their mother to the hospital on Sunday and then prepare and ask doctor for the date of the surgery.

The next morning when it was time for breakfast. The young master came down with Aaron following behind. Lola had already chatted with Aaron that morning.

After serving the food she stood beside Daniel on the right while Aaron stood beside the housekeeper on the left. When the young master was through with his breakfast he finally spoke up.

"Daniel you are to give Lola a ride in your car to the office to finalize the agreement and bring her back home. The money should be transferred to her before the day runs out"

Lola was excited that meant she would receive the money today Friday.

"Yes young master" Daniel said

"Thank you young master" Lola chimed in

"And Lola I won't be coming back today so no need to wait for me" Hayden said but later thought. She is not my wife or girlfriend so why do I need to report my where about to her.

Everyone present in the dining hall was stunned. When did the young master ever explain to a maid his where about?

They turned their eyes to Lola who her head lowered she didn't seem affected by the young masters statement. After all it was only sensible that you informed your employee so he or she didn't wait up. Well she tried to convince her self that.

The young master left the villa and Aaron followed him to office. Immediately he left Lola checked her watch. Omar should be watering the plants. She ran out of the building to the garden.

Omar was yet to start watering the plants he had just pulled off his shirt. Lola threw caution to the wind and jumped on him hugging him. Omar stumbled a few times before regaining his footing.

"Can't you at least give me a heads up? What if we had ended up falling huh?" Omar queried

"Well we didn't" Lola said

"Well baby girl you sure added a pound or two " Omar taunted half seriously.

"That's a lie I didn't gain any weight" Lola denied

"Get down your weight is killing me my arms are about to break off" Omar said jokingly

Lola thought for a while before she spoke up "Omar will you jog with me" she knew even though she denied it that she was gaining weight

"Yes I'll if I have the time" Omar said

"I'll remember this promise when I'm ready. That's by the way I came to tell you that I got the loan" Lola said

"You are not pulling my legs right" Omar said his voice filled with doubt

"Why will I joke with something that important to me" Lola said

"That's great but don't forget you owe me a meal on Sunday"

"Send me your address I'll come to your flat then we can go to the location on your motorbike" Lola said

"Why not send me yours I'll come and pick you up" Omar asked

Lola didn't want anyone to misunderstand their relationship. Selena would interrogate the hell out of her and she didn't need that

"Don't bother let it be as I said see you later" Lola said and went in after patting his arm

What both of them didn't realize was that the young master was watching their actions right from the moment Lola ran to the garden. He at first kept a neutral expression but slowly lost his composure.

Hayden's face was already gloomy when he saw Omar carry Lola. He went back to the car and told Aaron to drive. He had gone back just to get something he forgot. He didn't know what was wrong with him. Why did he care about someone hugging her it should not be his business? But when he saw them he felt like walking forward to separate them and carry her away. He decided to look for advice. His feelings were wrong. How could he feel so annoyed by her presence and still care about her relationship with other guys. It was none of his business
