Chapter 3 Confrontation

THE next day, I felt a warmed hand caressing my manhood. I was about to kick the owner of that hand when suddenly a woman stood up and quickly overtook me.

"What the-" I hadn't finished what I am going to say because I was suddenly crushed by a kiss on the lips of a woman I can't remember the name of. All I know is we met last night at the bar.

"Good morning handsome!" She's still there on top of me. She is currently sitting on my stomach as his finger repeatedly played with my nipples so I was barely tickled. I admit that I also enjoy what she does but I prefer to be a sensible person.

"Hey! Stop it young lady!" I tried to stopped her when I felt that she was going to caress again my manhood that still hasn't calmed down until now.

"Weird!" She refused and then jumped off the bed.

"Get dressed and then I'll book a Grab Car to take you home." I ordered her.

"Nah, you don't need to do that Mr. Fuentebella! My whole day has ruined because of your craziness. Damn you! Don't you remember that last night you almost adored my feminity just to relieve your lust!" she yelled at me.

"Okay, i'm sorry! Just give me your bank account number before you leave in this room so I can deposit your salary for working with me all night."

She never spoke again. Instead she shredded the paper on the side table and threw it at me. Perhaps his bank account was already written there and then he hurried out of my room. I just let her go and went straight to the bathroom to take a shower.

One by one I took off my clothes. I stood under the dripping water from the shower. I also just stood for a few minutes and let the grain of water flow into my body. I fell into a deep thought so I repeatedly refreshed my memory regarding on the bad happenings in my life in these past few days. I still can't fully imagine that my relationship with Maverick will reach this far. I thought she was the woman I would be with forever but for the third time, I failed again.

So after Maverick cheated on me, I felt like I had lost my desire to have a relationship again. Especially since most women today are chasing men just for the sex and money.

I let out a deep sigh before I covered my whole body and when I was in a hurry. I rinsed when I remembered that I just had to go in early now at my office. But it was nine o'clock when I left the house so I drive as fast as i can just to get to the company right away.

"Oh my gosh! What is the exact date now?" Bethany said as I opened the door of my office.

She's my loyal secretary for five years. Her mother used to be my mommy's bestfriend. That's why I have a lot of trust in her when it comes to managing the company. Once again I laugh every time I think about how she can withstand my behavior.

After all, what she does here in my office is no longer the job of a secretary. I was often absent and she almost took over my work. So it just doesn't matter to me every time she preaches to me. Even if she always cursed, well, it's okay with me. Because I wholeheartedly accepted her rude mouth.

"You're late again Mr. Fuentebella. Tss, If I were you, i wouldn't go in my office. I will just waste my time hanging around with my friends !" she added as her arms crossed and a series of snarls were made.

"I'm sorry! Promise, I'll get it back now. I'll do all the paper works and-."

"You scammer!" she smirked. "Since 2016, you started to tell me that kind of promise. And until now you're still promising me for almost five years but nothing has changed." She added that it was accompanied by a series of snarls again.

"Sorry again, my beautiful secretary." I apologized to her."All right, what do you want for breakfast and lunch? I'll order it for you. My treat." I kindly talked to her just to stop the conversation.

"Nothing! All I want is for you to go to the conference room because everyone has been waiting for you."

"Okay! But before I leave, I want to know what I really have to do just to make up for my beautiful secretary?" she even winked at it and smiled foolishly.

"None! Just hurry up Mr. Fuentebella! Those people in the conference room are getting bored."

"Uhm ... can I set a dinner date for you and Michael?" I suggest her. She tried to punch me in the stomach but good thing is, I escaped quickly.

"I'm not interested!" she frowned as she turned her back on me.

AFTER the meeting I said goodbye again to Bethany.

"Oh, why? I thought you were here all day?" She shouted infront of my face after I said that I was leaving again.

"I'll be right back!"

"Gosh, there you are again with your rotten styles."

"Promise!" I slightly raised my right hand just to convince her. But that didn't work for her now.

"All right! Get out of here, but if you don't really come back later, I'll pull out those papers. I'll dump them in your house!" I smiled at what she said so I immediately had a new idea on ​​how to tease her.

"Okay." I gave her a short answer, which caused me to punch by her again. So I immediately returned a sweet smile to her.

I hurried to go inside my car and drove it to the nearest bank. Because I badly needed to deposit the payment for the woman next to me last night before it might turn me around and cause some trouble.

Fortunately, there weren't too many people in the bank. That's why , i deposit the money quickly. Then, i decided to go home early to force Bethany to take home the papers I needed to sign. And then I would call Michael to pick her up in the office.

Michael Anderson is one of my friend. He is the owner of Anderson Jewels who has never even had a girlfriend since birth. So, the first time that he goes in my office. I introduce him to my secretary. But, just like Michael my secretary doesn't gave him, atleast a single glance. That's why I was often tempted by them and once again I really made a way for them to have time to each other.

In fact Bethany and I were both cheated on by our lovers before.So I also can't blame her for why she avoids men so much. Even Michael doesn't even talk politely every time my friend teases her. So this time I knew my plan would work.

My smile reached my ears after I parked my expensive car in front of my condo. And I called Michael first before I went inside the condo.

"Bud!" Michael said after answering my call.

"Are you busy now?"

"Fuck you Fuentebella!" He shouted. "You know I'm always busy!" He added.

"Tsk! Bud, i just going to ask for something you in favor."

"What's that?" There was a hint of irritation in his voice.

"Kindly fetch my secretary after office hour."

"What? Are you out of your dumb mind?"he shockingly asked me.

"Of course not!" I answered with a laugh. "She's the one who told me not to come back to the office and she said that she'll going to ask you to bring home the papers that I need to sign." I added just to convince him.

"Tsk, okay. What time is it? I'll try to add her in my schedule." Michael said that he was obviously just forced.

"Before five o'clock."

"Okay!" He answered so I pressed the end button.

I continued to go inside the house and i was shocked when I saw sitting on the couch and her full attention focused on the television.

I was a little taken aback. I also don't know how to greet her. At that moment I

all i really wanted is to shout at her and drag her out of my condo but I thought it would be better for me to pretend that I didn't know of what she did to me, last day. So that I could immediately find a way to get revenge on her now.

I sneezed first just to get her attention and I succeeded.

"Hey honey!" she greeted me softly after kissing my cheeks.

"You look tired!" she said while helping me to take off my shoes.

"Thank you." I said calmly.

"Hon! I cooked your favorite pasta!" Maverick smiled after serving what she had cooked. It was still smoking and still smelling fragrant.

"Wow! It looks delicious ah!" I commented, causing her to smile widen even more.

"Taste it! I'm sure you will like it." she added. "Wait a minute, and I'll get you some juice from the refrigerator." But before she left, I immediately grabbed her wrist and pulled her closer to me. She fell exactly on top of me so I took advantage of that opportunity. I pressed a passionate kiss to her lips. A kiss full of pain and anger that she was very surprised.

She complained and tried to pull her lip back but I pressed it even harder. Then i bite it which made her complain again of pain.

"Ouch! What the hell are you doing?" she growled angrily at me while holding her lower lip tightly.

"Why, Maverick? Didn't you like my kiss? Or maybe you prefer someone else kissing you?" I asked her sarcastically.

"What the hell are you talking about?" she was light-headed. "What happen to you Nicolo? Why are you doing this to me?"

"Why, are you cheating me?" I asked her with full of authority.

"Stop asking that kind of nonsense question, Nicolo! Because i think, i should be the one who must angry with you. You forgot our monthsary the other day, right? Didn't you say that you were going to my condo?" she's scolding me now. I want to laugh at her because she's still making me feel guilty.

"And then?" I'm still teasing at her.

"Are you stupid? Of course I expected you to come! But I tried to never got mad at you because I knew that you were busy with your company. So I tried to understand you! Then here it is. It looks like you're not happy that i'm here now." she stated.

"Wow! And the best LIAR award, goes to Miss Maverick Perez." I shouted loudly along with my successive applause.

"Hon, what are you saying? Do you have a problem?"

"You are my biggest problem!" I yelled at her.

"Huh! Why me?" I was so annoyed that I pulled her closer to me again. And without any warning I tore her blouse. I kissed her again on the lips, down her neck until it reaches to her exposed chest.

"Stop it Nico!" she stopped what I was doing as she pushed me away from her. "Please, stop it! I'm already hurting!" She's begging now while crying.

"Isn't this what you really want?" I asked her insultingly after I let her go. " Why did you cheated on me, huh?, Why? Hmm...did Matt tastier than me, huh? Is he better than me? "I shouted again.

I couldn't control myself anymore. My anger toward Maverick become more intensified.

"I don't understand you honey!" she said that she was completely in tears.

"That's enough Maverick! Don't you dare to mess with me again! Leave now! And don't even hesitate to show up again. Because I might not be able to control my temper, then the next time that i saw your face, i will no longer respect you."

"No, Nico please...let's talk about this oh! I'll explain whatever news you got and-"

"I said, enough! Are you leaving or will the police should be the one to drag you out of my condo?"

"Yeah, i-i'm leaving now! But I hope you gave me a chance to explain first." She pleaded again while his tears were still dripping.

I want to feel sorry for her. I wanted to hug her and rub her back as my fingers wiped the incessant tears flowing from her eyes. I want to convey that I love her very much. But every time I remember the sin she did to me, I suddenly feel devastated.
