Nicholas POV

Ughhh... My head hurts so much.

What the fuck happened and why the hell do I feel like I got run over by truck. Uhhh..... My head hurts and I can't even move because I'm afraid it might increase the pain, maybe if I try to go back to sleep it might help a bit.

Few hours later

Ughhh.... I feel like shit but the headache is better now I guess but I still do feel shit.

"Maybe breakfast would help...... That's if I am brave enough to move" I said to myself, damn even talking feels painful.

***ring ***

Ughhh where is that fucking sound coming from..... Oh wait that is my phone and I wish I could ignore it but alas I can't, it might be from Benny and as was right i thought as I saw the caller ID "hello Benny "

"Hey.... Are you alright? " he says cautiously.

"No No I am not alright "

"Yeah thought so because you literally sound like death Niko"

"Ah huh and you don't, I wonder how since we both got fucking drunk yesterday and how the fuck are you awake this early? "

"Seriously; it's literally 6 pm, please don't tell me you slept the whole day away "

"Ok fine I won't tell you that I actually slept the whole day away and besides 6pm is a perfectly good time to be nursing a hangover "

"Really Niko"

"Yes really Benny, look I have a massive headache that is not going away and you are adding to it"

"Well good for you because I'm coming over"

"Nooo, don't you fucking dare come over Benny I need my rest"

"Spare me Niko, you have been resting since 4 am this morning "

"Yeah well it's not enough time ok "

"Why did you even drink that much "

"Are you serious right now, you guys we're the literally the ones telling to drink and let go of my worries "

"Yeah well in my defense you should really stop listening to us when we are drunk which technically means that it's your fault "

"Huh....you are right, i do have terrible friends and I really need to stop letting go my worries my drinking and just stop listening to you guys in general " I said

"You really should stick to those wise words you just uttered, Niko anyways, I am almost at your house more like a mansion...... Show off" he huffed, really.... How am I showing off now "so get up, shower and get ready because we need to talk and I will bring food so there is no need to cook"

"Ok fine see-" I gasped "did that fucker just hang up on me seriously..... Fucking rude if you asked me"

I got up and went to the bathroom to carry out my morning or should I say evening duties...... I really can't believe that I slept through the whole day.

I think I should go lazy and home casual today since I actually slept for the whole day and Benny is coming over with food and it better be junk food.

"Come down already Niko! "

Ughhh..... So loud, "shut your trap Benny, I coming " I said walking down the stairs "we're is my food Benny, i'm fucking hungry "

"Shut it Niko" he urged

"Hey be gentle ok, I am nursing a hangover here" I announced, rubbing my forehead.

"Just how much did you drink last night "

"I don't know, I lost count after the tenth one"

When Benny said that he would bring the food ; I actually thought that he would get junk food and I mean a lot of it but instead he got me soup..... Yeah that's right soup not that there's anything wrong with soup but seriously, "are kidding me Benny, soup, that's the food you decided to bring " I scolded

"What" he whined "YOU said that you were still nursing your hangover so I decided to get you.... you know soup to help with your hangover " he replied with what looked to be an innocent face but I know better than to believe that he didn't do this on purpose.

"Whatever Benny" I said as I dived into the soup "so what are you doing in my house this early?" I pointed out after a few minutes of eating in silence.

" It's almost 7pm........ But yeah i did get the location " he replied

"Really wow, thats awesome man" I said with excitement "so what is the place "

"Look Niko I am giving you Mr Duncan's location because I trust that you won't misuse it, I am trusting you Niko" he noted with all seriousness. All the playfulness gone from his eyes already, this made me realize the gravity of the favor I asked of him.

"Shit man I'm-I'm sorry, I don't mean to cause you problems and if I had another way of doing this trust me I wouldn't hesitate but if you think that it's too much for you then don't...... I would understand " I said with a sad smile and a sense of guilt.

"I know Niko but I can't just leave you hanging man, you are my brother and I will do all I can to help you ok" he said "he is in Dubai with his wife in the Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah hotel and resort... Fancy right? " he joked

"Yeah.... But I thought you said the Caribbean in the office " I said confused

"Yeah I thought so too but turns out he left with his wife to Dubai the day his son came back home "

"He has a son " huh surprising if you ask me I mean for someone who I have been trying to get a deal with for a year now I sure do know nothing about him and his personal life.

"Yeah he does and let me tell if I wasn't married and in love with my husband I would PAT THAT ASS" he said with a glint in his eyes making what he just said more serious than they sounded.

"Oh no you don't Mr man, you are married ok so get that glee look off your face" I warned

"no no no friend, you have got it all wrong man I wouldn't cheat on peter if my life depended on it ok" he continued "it's just that that boy or should I say man as he would always tell me to address him is like a ball of burning energy man, he is that one person that when he smiles everyone and I mean everyone must smile" he said with all sincerity

"Since when did you become wise in words Bennett Armstrong " I said as I shoved him in a friendly fashion.

"I'm serious man, that boy has an aura of happiness and sass around him, he is just happy it's like he has never known no moment of pain or sadness in his life, you guys will make a good couple I mean he is always a ball of sunshine and you are.... you I guess"

"Ugh, come on Benny you know that someone like that doesn't exist, you should know first hand" I said with a double meaning and a sad smile reminding me of my past.

"Everyone is not like Anika Niko! , you can't just judge everyone you meet with the same attributes and the wrongdoings of Anika, it's not fair" he snapped.

"I can and I will Benny! " I snarled with my teeth shut together, I really am in no mood to scream especially at Benny "look I am sorry Benny but can just go back to the issue at hand"

"You can't run away for it forever Niko, you can't " Benny insisted

"I know, I know can't run from it forever but for now I can and I will" I stated "so can we please continue "

"Ok fine" he murmured " Anyways like I said he left with his wife Sonia to Dubai the day his son left for Washington "

"Huh weird if you ask me, why would he leave whatever island or resort in the Caribbean for Dubai the same day his son left" I questioned

"Well that is not your business so leave it Niko I mean it" he bossed

"Ok boss I will leave it, anyways when do you think is the best time for me to go"

"Well I think as soon as possible if you can "

"Why I mean why the rush" I said a little bit puzzled

"Nothing I just think that you should go before he changes his location "

"Oh yeah right so tomorrow then"

"Perfect by me" he said "yeah Niko, I don't know but-but did you notice the way John was quite yesterday "

"Yeah I did but I didn't put meaning into it, I just thought that he was still very much angry with me "

"Yeah probably, anyways I got to go; see ya. "

After Benny left I went up to my room to pack for my impromptu trip and as I was packing I came across my guns "damn I haven't used these for a very long time".

These guns were my favorite, I always took them on my missions and I created memories with them.
